Very nice people here. Every time I go in I like to try something new and they always give good recommendations! 10/10 spot for anyone looking for somewhere with decent pricing and friendly staff.

This used to be my favorite spot. The younger brother has a bad attitude and told me a vape was black and didnt want to open the box to make sure the right color. After I bought it it turned out to be purple and he acted like he didnt remember me even after 5 minutes. I tried to return it for something different and he said no. I understand all sales are final but if an employee gives wrong information to a customer then the store should make it right. The twins and the older brother I respect but the young one will stop me and other people from buying from your business.

Just got my Puffco Peak V3 today. Been coming here for a while. Very knowledgeable staff. Whether you need a vape, a coil, some glass pieces. Theyve got everything and anything.

This place has everything I needed and more! Anthony in there is helped me find what I was looking for and even recommended something better for cheaper. 10/10 recommend.

They sold me a vape that was at 1% battery charge.And it wouldnt charge past 28% and I called rectify the problem.And the gentleman that works in the daytime hung up on me twice.They have horrible customer service

Just got in town and my GF told me about this new spot. So I go over. Really nice dude. Had everything I could want at great prices. Saves me from buying online. Differently be back when I get back to town next time.

Wow..! They got disrespectful behavior and don’t even How to welcome the customers.. terrible service and behavior. Didn’t take care the customers very kindly. Only villagers might get into those areas OR business. I prayed not to go back that type of store OR business. I was dropped off packages that they ordered from Office Depot..terrible person and disrespectful person.

Incredibly friendly, super selection that is second to none. I think I found a new home. For edibles that is. I spoke with the owner and he told me that hell order anything I want. The best part is that its completely legal. 2018 farm bill baby!

My first time in.. got blasted with amazing scents of awesomeness.. then the clerks were very helpful..even showed me how to download an app to save monies.. thanks guys Ill be back.

Can buy a phone, a bong, some dunks, and a table saw all at the same place. And is staffed by some of the coolest mfs around. Makes it an ez trip every time 10/10 am going again.

Low prices, great friendly owners. Shelves are always stocked with the latest and greatest. I had a problem with a disposible Hyde that wouldnt charge after a day of using it. They replaced it for me and I also bought another one right then and there. Had the same issue at Big Daddys in Niles and they said they couldnt do anything. I will continue my business here at Little Bros!

Nice selection. Owner could be more personable. Would shop but will probably stick with Amazon. I dont feel like a nuisance when Im ordering online. Note to small businesses, be nice so people will want to spend their money at your establishment.

Ive been going to Lil Bros for a couple years now, theyre always friendly and help me find what I need. They have a huge selection of glassware and lots of vape products. They also sell a ton of different papers and wraps. I cant think of a better store in the area.

Only shop in 3 towns that actually had the items we were looking for to fix our hookah, the gentleman on the phone took the time to answer the questions before we traveled from Youngstown... meanwhile other places I quote Ive got customers. Got to go.... my husband and I will be coming to this location for all vape, pipe,hookah needs!! A little customer service goes A LONG WAY!

Was in the area today and swung in and bought my 1st vape unit. I had no idea about them but the dude working was very helpful in explaining how they work, different kinds, ect. I believe his name was Moosa. Im sure I misspelled it lol. He didnt try to sell me one and said I should research the different types and then decide which kind I wanted and come back TO make my purchase. I called a friend who has several to ask about them a bit more. I finally decided what type and Moosa showed me all of the different choices of that type. He also didnt try to sway me towards the high end models or the low ones either. He showed me a nice mid level model that he said customers have had great luck with. Then I had to decide on a flavor of juice. He even gave me a discount on everything and threw in a smaller portable container that I could use to put a bit of extra juice in so I dont have to take my big bottle with me everywhere. So many choices and flavors. Haha. Thanks for all the help today Moosa.

I quit tobacco three and a half yrs ago by going the vaping route. This place has an amazing selection of both vaporizers and eliquids. And very nice glass products, as well. Dude behind counter was cool as heck, thank you. I will be going back, many times, so i hope it stays in business. Everybody check it out, youll find what you need! My new main vapor shop, from now on.

My first visit to this store I was given the incorrect coil and assured would work. It didnt and was not given a refund. A year later I make a 2nd visit & purchased discounted juice for $15....get it home and notice the expiration date on the bottom of 1/1/2018.

Unknowledgeable about vaporizers, sold me a cheaply made vape for $90. Only lasted a month before it broke. Worst shop in Warren, and all of Ohio. Save your time, and money.
