Came in today on 11/26 in the morning, and the woman helping me was so sweet and tried her best to find what I needed. Truly a life saver. She deserves a raise and respect for how hard she works to help out the customer !!

Cheyenne (I believe her name was) helped me out today and I was very pleased with my experience today and every other time I’ve been in the shop. I come every week or 2 and usually a younger guy is working who is also very nice and helpful, and another older guy who is also nice. All around great staff and the ONLY shop I go to for my nic, glass, tobacco and other fun accessories! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The lady working there was incredibly friendly. She made conversation, greeted me at the door, and was very polite overall. She also had some really great disposables in stock. 10/10 recommend going here if you need vapes, bongs, pipes, etc.

Vibes vibes vibes, nothing but good vibes the moment you enter the store. Then youre greeted with great relaxing music and a warm hello how are you. I dont know the girls name but Ill definitely be coming back. Her presence in this environment puts this business in a class of its own. Its the perfect blend of business and customer service that is sometimes found in corporate environments but not expected in a small business and with a real spiritual experience. If I could sit down chill and smoke, Ill be there for hours.GREAT PLACE

The female behind the counter was very knowledgeable about what i needed. I felt like she was not just trying to sale me a product, but more so, she genuinely cared about what i needed, and gave me the best advise in doing so. I will most definitely shop here again.

It shows on google that Smokers Alley opens up at 11:00 so I showed up at 11:30 coming to find out they were closed. I was in a rush so I had to leave without purchasing anything. The very next day I walked in the store and they lacked customer service. I had to spend 10 minutes just to make my purchase when my usual smoke shop I go to takes about 2-3 minutes to make the purchase. This was caused by the worker pushing all items that I didn’t come for and wasn’t interested in. I had people tell me that this location pushes their glass products all the time and try to upsell it constantly. I strongly do not recommend this location.

Cheyenne was amazing! She was very friendly and informative. Many CBD products, insense burners, glassware, tapestries, and sooo much more! Such a great store, well be back for sure!

I bought $100 limited-edition grab bag and it was a complete rip-off. The only good thing in there was a pipe that was incomplete so I have no use for it. Will not go back
