Wild Bills Tobacco

Walked n at 7:59pm because the door was OPEN AND unlocked and the OPEN light is on. Was told they are closed. I knew exactly what I was coming n to get because this is my neighborhood cigar spot because it’s within walking distance but not my choice to shop cigars. I patronize because it’s n my area and I want to keep them here. Never dealt with these young colorful haired ladies, I always deal with a guy. Dont close your register down until the end of your open hours ladies…tip from Customer Service Instructor!

The girl that works there with the glasses is very helpful along with the younger gentlemen that’s the only wild bills I enjoy going to

Used to be a great place. Unfortunately they stock inferior products and wont let you open to see before you buy. I got an attitude from the young lady behind the counter because I wanted to open my Vuse carts before I bought them. She told me they couldnt send them back. I find it hard to believe that a reputable company would not take inferior product back. I wont go back to this location even though it is a mile from my home. Its a shame they dont have employees who look after the customers. I guess she wanted me to buy them even though I wouldnt be happy. I buy a 4 pack per week, candles, and other paraphernalia, but not from this store anymore. You lost a long time, weekly customer.

Wild Bills is always smells good, and great people who are really nice and eager to help you! Also, great candles! I travel from 12 & Mound to 13 Mile & Hoover where Chris is, 15 Mile and Chicago and Ryan! Just a group of good people at each one, and they have great patience with their customers!

I walked into this smoke shop the other day to buy some tobacco and cigarette tubes.The guy standing at the counter didnt even greet me or say one word. He was just standing there staring at the wall like a statue. And the young girl that was working there was ringing me up before I was even done shopping, I was nowhere near the register, and she rang me up and yelled out the total price . 🤦‍♂️What does that say to me?is Hurry Up and Get Out of My Store!I felt very unwelcome!A simple smile and a hello would have done it for me. I just switched from buying 2 packs a day to rolling my own cigarettes.So too bad for you because you just lost a good customer.. Do better next time because smoke shops are a dime a dozen!

Knowledgeable staff, prices on vape stuff and juices have gone way down as of late so theyre generally pretty fair vs. ordering online, wide selection of glass, tanks, mods, juices, almost anything you might need. Staff will take care of you if you have any issues

The store is very small but clean and the staff are friendly. The tobacco products (specifically pipe tobacco) are all at the low end (cheap). I would have given 5 stars if they had a few upper scale brands available.

I havent bought cigarettes since they were $0.37 a pack. They made me feel very comfortable and help me choose the properProduct, they were very very. Ill be back next. If there was six stars this place would be six.

Megan and Hailey were totally awesome and gave me great customer service. If you ever have a vaping need ask for them, they are extremely helpful.

Very poor quality service. Bad attitude, could careless if you buy there products or not but they will be happy to direct you to a book to read for hours about unknown products that only the know anything about but wont tell you. I guess unknown products are just suppose to sell themselves simply because they are sitting on a shelf. Not to mention they have absolutely no sellection for vape juices and very limited inventory.

Nice clean place. Would have been 5* if they didnt have to call me after I left the store when they found what I was looking for and said they could get more by next week when I knew they couldnt. Wishful thinking a guess.

Got me to drive 20 minutes out of my way because me said he definatly had what i was looking for in stock. Got there the guy i talked to just left Chris, i believe they said his name was. So they tried to sell me something else and then told me it would be 2 weeks to get what i was looking for. The people thar were in the shop were ok and all but the owner needs to have a talk with this chris guy.

I buy from Wild Bills Tobacco stores, but this was my first time at this particular store. Its not as big as some of the other Wild Bills, but the same as the other ones as far as everything else: Friendly staff, well organized clean store, good deals, had everything I needed, etc. 5 stars!!!
