A New Attitude Salon Spa

Today i got a new set of acrylic nails by Elaina. Absolutely gorgeous. Exactly what i asked for. Shes very meticulous. So very happy with the services. Salon is immaculate and very nice inside.

I’ve been going to A New Attitude since 2021 and I have no regrets whatsoever! Joe and Athena have been my main massage therapists for every booking and they have hands of magic! Staff is very professional and friendly and always know what to do to help you destress. Highly recommend New Attitude salon

My review is about lash service :I hate giving bad reviews but this one is warranted. I have been a client for years at new attitude. I have received countless massages which all have been amazing and I highly recommend5 plus stars. They know their stuff.………So here’s my issue ………I have been getting my lashes done every 2 weeks for 2 years and I have NEVER had an issue. Christina was professional and her technique was spot on. Recently christina left.I was set up with Natalie. First appt there was no interaction , no introductions of herself. No questions about my lashes. No speaking of any kind on her part. Very awkward.I did in the beginning thank her for taking me on as a client.So here’s what happened. My lashes were filled on a Tuesday By that Thursday they were half gone. I called the salon the secretary asked if I wanted her to fix them. Honestly I had no time last week because I was working (10 hour shifts) x 5 days and I knew this would just happen again.I asked for my money back fore I felt this was very reasonable after only having my lashes done for 2 days. The secretary told me Natalie would call me back. Well I never received a call and I’ve waited a week. Very unprofessional.Now all of my lashes have fallen out except for a few and it’s only been 9 days. Im very disappointed and this is not how one builds Clients.I have made an appt with a new establishment.I can not recommend new attitude for lashes.Picture is day 3 of brushing my lashes you can see all the fall out. Insane.

Although the stylist isnt new to my son, the salon was. It doesnt look like much from the outside, but delightfully charming inside. I will definitely continue to allow my sons stylist to care for his hair. She has amazing skills with scissors and shears, even for curly hair. We will be returning customers again and again.

I get facials, waxes, mani/pedi and massages here. Sperb atmosphere, great service & sweet staff.

Christina has been my lash technician since I’ve returned from working overseas. She has been amazing and the absolute best at getting my lashes done. I love that she works with my new schedule and never complains with my many million change of plans. I highly recommend her for your lash experience❤️ I have not let anyone touch or do my lashes unless it’s her. Unless I really need it and she’s on vacation (which I haven’t gotten there yet) she my main gal. She’s awesome!!!

This place is a life saver!!!!I am getting married in 5 days, had my lashes done a few weeks ago at a new salon and it was a night mare not only did the lashes look absolutely ridiculous but I lost a lot of my real lashes in the removal process, making matters even worse. I booked an appointment a new attitude salon to try and fix some of the damage done and maybe save some of my self confidence for my wedding and the girl nailed it! Not only do my lashes look perfectly natural and amazing but you can’t tell that I am missing most of my natural lashes ! The service was perfect and Natalie couldn’t have even sweeter! I live over an hour away (I’m in town for the wedding) but I will definitely be coming back for all my saloon needs! Worth the drive! Thank you!!!!

I booked my appointment online. The website was easy to navigate and sent an appointment reminder to my email the day before. My stylist was Tina, she was friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. I was pleased with my haircut and overall experience.

I have been going to Erin at A New Attitude for almost a year now for her waxing services. She is not only professional but she is also welcoming and friendly. When I am in her room she is attentive to my needs as the client and focused on me and my visit. Her room is clean and the services she provides are definitely 5 star worthy!! I have not been disappointed once after walking out of her room. I will be a lifelong customer for sure and so should you!!

Mindy just gave me an amazing pedicure! She did a beautiful polish, wonderful conversation, very comfy jet tub chairs with separate pedicure room, and more foot massage/rub than I have ever got in a pedicure before! I tried several places in Watertown and I am happy to have finally found my girl. Will definitely be coming back to try other services at this salon too!

They got us right in when my girlfriends daughter decided to cut her own hair. Friendly staff who chatted with her while doing her hair and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had a appointment last Friday to do cut and color. I realize Rachel had to do a correction color on some my hair because black is hard to die red but I showed the cut I wanted done she said it would be to my shoulders. Its so short I cant even put a ponytail in it and after 115.00 the color still isnt finished. I spent another 90 on special products from here and after my first wash the color is already fading. All she did was chop my hair. I could have done the cut myself. My hair did need a cut but I hate this cut. I didnt even want anyone to see it. I feel like I threw away over 200 dollars. I cant afford to waste money. I want a refund. I wanted to do this to feel better about myself and I just feel worse. All she wanted to focus on the different shades in my hair so she chopped it could have done it myself. I told her I didnt want it real short. And I have to wait till December 14 for another appointment. Ridiculous. I cry every time I look in the mirror.

Let me start off by saying Ive had my hair messed up to many times to count, so now I am really weird about letting people touch my hair, I decided it was time to get it cut because it was so long and dead it just needed to be cut, I called this morning wanting to get in today because I knew Id let my nerves talk me out of it, they worked me in to get me in last minute at 4:15, when I arrived I was welcomed with smiling faces, its very spacious and clean and everyone was nice and made me feel at home. However I did have to wait until about 4:35 before I was called back witch is 100% understandable considering I called the same day and they worked me in. Lynn was the lady who cut my hair and she did an amazing job Im not going to lie I was really scared from whats happened in the past but Lynn talked me thru everything and even asked me several times if it was okay to cut my hair this way or if I wanted it shorter or how I wanted my layers cut. I will definitely be returning In the future. Im happy to say Ive now found someone I can trust to cut my hair and would recommend A New Attitude. Very satisfied.

Erin did a fantastic job waxing (genetics has blessed me with lots to work with). Joe gave me the best deep-tissue massage; it was relaxing and completely professional. I will absolutely be back to try one of their many other services.

Mandy is the best nail stylist! I have yet to meet anyone who provides the high level of service that she does. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and honest, and as a bonus funny and easy to be with. If you want your nails to look amazing, go here and ask for Mandy!

I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut here by Tamy twice. Both times she cut my hair exactly as I was hoping and was delightful company the whole time. Being in the military you move often and it’s hard finding new hairstylists. Tamy is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, this establishment in general is really nice.

Pedicure was just ok. Lots of product put on and taken right back off. Very little attention paid to callouses. No real massage of anything. Like I said she put the product on and rinsed it off.

My appointment was at 12:30 and it was supposed to last 2 hours, so Id be done at 2:30. So, I get there at 1230 and Im waiting for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then I got my hair started, at 1. I didnt have enough time to get it finished OR cut and I left with a wet head. The stylist was nice and I liked her but time management there is awful

My daughters and I will be returning to A New Attitude Salon and Spa. I felt welcomed, understood, and relaxed. Lynne Meyer-Johnson did a beautiful job with my daughters hair. She asked many questions to ensure she understood what hair cut my daughter wanted. She is knowledged and pays attention to detail; reconizing my daughters thick stright hair type and using techniques that left a soft, finished, and professional look rather then the choppy mess she walked in the door with. Lynne fixed my daughters hair! I appreciate the hours this salon is open. I appreciate the salons website, with descriptions of each of the stylists, and I appreciate the atmosphere. The salon is a clean larger room slightly divided that gives a feeling of space without feeling empty. I also noted that each of clients there had conversations going and all seemed happy. I have not felt this way in a salon since I left my home town over 10 years ago. It is a relief, for me, to have found A New Attitude Salon and Spa. Thank You Lynne!

Terrible experience. Cold atmosphere, people spend time on their phones instead of entertaining their clients. They rush you in and rush you out like a factory assembly line. Dont expect to get pampered here. And yes my haircut sucked. I had to cut it again when i got home because it was lopsided! New Attitude needs a new attitude!!!

I went to Google Maps to find an Aveda Salon and found New Attitude. It was a nice visit. Professional Staff. They had my product and I got a name for a stylist that does razor cuts. Not everyone can do them. I have very thin, straight hair and have found razor cuts work best for texture.

Had a great experience. You can tell that the staff is experienced and enjoys their job. Had a hair apt with Luanne and will definitely book with her again. Excited to try the massage and nail services too

My perm and time spent with my stylist was exceptional. My perm 3 days in looks great. The cut is comfortable and lays nicely. Always enjoy Kims company

I went and saw Melissa and she did an amazing job. I have curly hair and always worry about it being cut too short due to shrinkage when it is dry. She listened to my concerns and made sure to leave a few extra inches to offset. When dried it was the perfect length I was looking for.

FAR AND ABOVE the BEST HAIR SALON in the area!! My hair sylist is Kim Crown, and she is the absolute best. I highly recommend her. She is very meticulous, especially with highlights. I will continue to use her and no one else as long as shes in business!!

Went to Cynthia and she did a great job! Definitely going back! They had a bridal party in when I was in there and had lots of room for the party and their other customers. All the staff seemed very friendly and Im excited to see what other services they have!

I booked an appointment for noon, I was going to be a first timer, and I was ten minutes late. I drove an hour and a half to get to watertown. I can’t control the flow of traffic. I came all the way out here per recommendation from a friend. I’m told I won’t be seen, that the waxer (I won’t mention names, unnecessary) won’t have time to do a full leg. So I asked if she could do a half leg and explained to the receptionist I drove an hour an a half to get there and that I was extremely sorry I was late. She went to ask the waxer, and came back and said no that she wouldn’t even do a half leg. So I tell the receptionist it’s for my wedding Saturday and again I drove an hour and a half to get there. She said, “again I’m sorry but no”. I ask, “how much am I going to get charged for ‘missing’ my appointment?” She says, “I don’t know I’m just filling in.” I ask the reception why the waxer couldn’t come out and talk to me herself. Her response, “she’s having lunch.”I’ve never been to a salon that doesn’t have a grace period, but to each their own. So for anyone reading this, make sure you’re there on time because they don’t care how far you’ve traveled or what the occasion is :)

I see Kim and have for years. I moved away, but I always come see her when Im visiting home. Shes amazing! She also cuts my sons hair now and does a great job.

Get a facial from Erin. They are amazing! Most times I get a facial my face breaks up but I dont break out after with her. I usually have sensitive skin and I have no problems!

Called and made an appointment 2weeks in advance for my wife and I’s Anniversary. They called the day of and said they had to cancel. We had worked out extra because we knew we were getting massages. Now it’s too late to book elsewhere and we’re sore on our now very open anniversary, thanks new attitude!

One of the best hair experiences Ive ever had. The staff cares about the craft. She took her time and made sure to communicate what and why she was doing what she was doing and also made suggestions.

Great experience for a massage. I have injuries that leave my muscles in knots, my therapist (Joe?, SORRY) was patient and mindful. He adjusted the pressure as needed.

Lynne is a fantastic stylist. The salon is always neat and tidy even though its bustleing with activity.

Luanne has been my hairstylist for 28 years! She is up to date in color and cutting techniques. So creative with all her styles.

Didn’t even style my curtain bangs didn’t blow dry my hair asked for curtain bangs and I got only a tiny two strands of hair just got cut really short and I don’t recommend it’s an awful place

Got a haircut that was nowhere near what I asked for. I left crying and bought 4 hats to get me through the next few months. My hair is too short now to put in a pony tail.. I couldn’t muster up the courage to say anything. The deed was done and I needed to get out. Just really upset.

I was 8 minutes late for a haircut and was left standing at the desk until I was 15 minutes late and told they took a walk in in my place. It is clear men are not welcome here

I got a Brazilian and the lady was not vary good. She missed lots or hairs and the wax simply broke most of them instead of waxing so I was hairy everywhere one week later.
