These girls were out of their way to fix a problem caused by another salon stylist. They made an opening. And I can see they treated me wonderful. Grace did an excellent hair cut.. my hair still is needing more treatment to get my hair back to where it should be. They were honest and helpful and said its going to take more than once. The price was excellent for all they had to do. And I will never hesitate to go there from this point forward. There was two different stylist that went above and beyond to help. Thanks to the amazing staff and Taylor for going that extra mile to get these ladies to fix my hair.

Love this place!!! All of the beautiful ladies that work here are absolutely on point!! They work so well as a team, and you can see that they like and respect each other, which in my eyes makes everything run smoothly.The owner goes above and beyond, leading by example her staff follows her example ♥️

This was my first time here and i fell in love! alek made me feel so welcomed and she was so sweet with her recommendations for my hair to improve it. definitely will be returning in the future!

We went to Domani this past Saturday for haircuts for my boys who are 3 and 6. It was an amazing experience! Stacey was so patient with them and their cuts turned out perfect.

I go here often. The services offered are outstanding. There’s something for men and women. I love my pedicures and my hair always gets complimented.

I gave it 1 star because I went in, explained EXACTLY how I wanted my hair , but the stylist didnt like what I wanted , so she cut my hair the way she thought would be best.... $90 later, I was very broke and disappointed. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.. I ended up going to great clips and $20 plus a $20 tip. My hair was AMAZING, and it was exactly the way I wanted.

Becca rocked my long layers haircut! I am done trying other salons because they may be closer to home or cost a few bucks less. If you want a perfect cut, color, or style, this is the place to go. Every time I go there I leave happy. Domani stylists have fixed at least three cuts or color issues Ive had from other salons over the past few years and they never disappoint. I will not go anywhere else again!

I always have a great experience every time I go to Domani. The minute I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I’ve never had a service I didn’t enjoy and where I was not pleased with then result. All the staff is great but Mallory especially does an excellent job every massage I have with her. Also, Nicole at reception is great and always make sure I have all my appointments in order. Thanks Domani!

Domani is a beautiful salon and all of the staff are so kind and attentive. I look forward to my pedicures with Autumn.They are so relaxing and revive my tired feet.

Megan is the best! She does such a great job with facials and dermaplaning. My skin has improved in so many ways, Im grateful for her professional expertise and recommendations. Domani is very welcoming from the minute you walk in the door, and its a very clean, beautiful place to visit for spa services.

I have been coming to Domani for years for numerous services and have never been disappointed. Autumn makes me feel like part of her own family and I trust her with my hair 100%. Stacy was great. Its been 8 months since my last haircut. She cleaned up the mop-top and, wow!, it looks great. The staff was very nice, too. Warm, relaxing atmosphere. Give them a visit - you will not regret it.They were punctual and they follow Covid-19 protocols and it is clean and just a good place to spend a little time.

I always choose Domani Salon & Spa over any other Salon in Watertown, WI. They are pricey but I ALWAYS have peace of mind knowing an educated and experienced stylist will be doing my hair. Becca is now my favorite. She’s friendly, cuts, dyes, and styles my hair the way I want. She’s great! If you’re not sure where to get your hair styled in Watertown, I suggest Domani.Their staff is friendly and I’ve never had a haute experience.

My daughter recently was married and Domani provided the princess treatment. We had 8 bridesmaid, Mob, grandma of bride and mother in law all having hair and most with make up and these ladies were outstanding. They arrived at our church all set up and waiting for us at 7:30 a.m. Each stylist was friendly, complimentary and we all just LOVED what they did. Absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Domani and their staff. You have a personal bridal planner to assist you and accommodate you and take all the stress out of it. It really is about the bride and her needs. A big Thank You!!! I only wish I had more daughters because Domani would be my first call!!

This place is beautiful and everything was wonderful. Megan was absolutely amazing! It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so I was a bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend her.

My Domani experience was wonderful! The building is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I dont treat myself to salon and spa services often, but my visit to Domani makes me want to change my mind! The extra little details, like a warm towel prior to my color treatment and a fresh, hot cup of coffee to sip while browsing through magazines, added the perfect touch to a great job by my stylist. I walked out feeling refreshed and incredibly happy! Im looking forward to scheduling my next appointment there soon!

I was unable to make the appointment, as I did not see the confirmation email until the night prior so I sent a email canceling as I was not able to make the appointment because my boss and his boss where coming to my work for a visit. So now I have been charged $62.50 for a visit that I could not attend. I would think with everything going on in the world today and the holidays they could be more understanding. I could understand if I had just not shown up. Also I think phone calls are more appropriate for confirming as not everyone has time to check their emails every day. I would like to say though that I did have a previous visit there and was very happy. The salon is beautiful and everyone was very friendly and I wss very happy with the service I did receive at that time.

So blessed to have Domani with its talented hair stylists, great skin care aesthetician and masseuse. Always exceeding expectations!

My teenage son demands to get his hair cut and styled here. Nice facility with all the expectations of a spa and salon. But it’s perfect for a cut and shampoo. Well worth the fee for a really good styling.

Friendly service not to mention amazing deals if you watch for them! I had a very pleasant experience today with Megan, she talked me through steps and very knowledgeable about the products. So many options and a very comfortable feeling the whole time even with our crazy times they aim to please and make sure everyones safe and comfortable.

Overcharged and under-satisfied! Ordered green tea for 2.95 and was charged $6. She said manager would contact me and refund me, never heard a word from them. I wanted my hair color in back to be a little more silver or white to match the front. $300 later it is somewhat yellow blonde in back, that’s after two appointments. They won’t tell you the exact price to get the results you want. This place is totally a ripoff in my opinion!!

I visit Domani for massages and facials. Jennifer, Dani and Tracey are WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend any of them. My experience with all of the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because of the condition of the robes that they provide in the spa. They are too worn thin, see through and make you feel NAKED. Otherwise, its a lovely, relaxing place.

I bought a Groupon for a facial, pedicure and manicure. The facial was awesome and my skin was really great. The pedicure and manicure looked great walking out of the salon but there were a few things that really bothered me. She filed on top of my nail with a rough file and I asked her if it would weaken the nail. She said it would not but I doubt that. I have never had a rough file on top at a spa. Secondly after The gel nail polish was painted and cured with the light, she filed my nail tips which I read causes the gel not to wear well at all. She filed every nail, too. I did not like this at all. I would recommend for a spa service but not nails.

Rachel is fantastic I have lived all across the Midwest and I always come back to Domani to get my hair done by her. Great place with excellent staff! The prices are a little high, but its worth every penny.

I tried Domani because of their great reviews after just moving to WI and Im so glad I did! Sabrina has always perfected my color and has helped me strengthen my hair with proper product recommendations! I now live two hours away from Watertown and make the trip every eight weeks for the fantastic service.

Being a REDHEAD I asked if they cod tint my eyebrows and lashes..the girl did an awful job!! She used jet black.. fine for lashes but Im a redhead jet black eyebrows?? The service has gone way down over the years. Some of the staff are rude, its just not the same as when they first opened.

Natalie, Autumn, and Annika did an amazing job on the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. They were timely, patient, and everyone looked and felt gorgeous!! Everyone was so relaxed because they did just a great job :)

Terrible experience, my color did not turn out at all. Should have been cinnamon brown and came out purple. Also my hair was hardly rinsed and not conditioned. Had to wash out most of the color on my own. Will never go back.

I get pedicures at Domani. The staff is excellent, very professional and friendly. I love Jamie but have had pedicures from others. The full pedicure is excellent. Good way of pampering yourself. Make an appointment now!

Tracy is an absolute wonder esthetician and I cannot ask for better care. Her attention to detail, knowledge of her skin care line and true passion for her profession is exemplary. I’ve been going for about a year now and see the improved results in my middle aged skin.

Domani is a professional and classy salon. Trish works hard to keep it that way. Her girls reflect her work ethic. I enjoy getting my hair cut and colored and I also love all the extras that come with it!

It is a wonderful place however you need to dust. Your style books to the shelves and side tables were so dusty I had a sneezing fit shortly after I got there.They do amazing work and dedicate themselves to give the best. They even offered me a USB charger when I needed one.

I am posting an excerpt of an email sent to Domani via their website that they never responded to. It explains my rating.This is a beautiful place and the staff was very friendly. I wanted to let you know how my experience could have been improved. When I arrived for my massage I was taken to the Serenity Room where I encountered a man in a robe and sandals. I immediately stopped because I thought I had interrupted someones session. I was told to enter the room and figured our sessions had accidentally overlapped. I was then shown to my dressing room and told to get undressed, put on a robe and come out into the Serenity Room. I did this and put on the robe and not only could everything up top be viewed through the robe but my bright blue underwear showed through as well. I peeked out the door and the man was still there! I didnt know what to do so I put my bra back on (thankfully it was beige), very gingerly sat in the closest chair to my dressing room and kept my behind (to avoid giving a man I have never seen before in my life a free show) to the wall. I was stunned that it seemed normal to have been expected to appear in front of another customer in just a thin, see through robe. The massage itself was very soothing and Ashley was very nice. After the massage there were more people in the Serenity Room that got to see my blue undies as well. Instead of feeling relaxed I felt exposed and uncomfortable. My suggestion to make this experience more palatable would be to provide thicker robes that actually cover because I don’t want to see a strange man in a little white robe and I would not want my husband seeing another woman in the robe I was given either. Also, the dressing room was not clean. There was dust everywhere and the shower had a huge, nasty hairball in it. I was floored that the shower at the spa would be nastier than the shower at the gym. My final suggestion would be to not allow people into the Serenity Room in street shoes. The floor was noticeably dirty with winter debris and people continually tracked dirt through the room - not very relaxing. Please consider correcting these issues as at this time, despite good customer service, I would recommend against getting a massage at your establishment. Thank you.

Overall I had a wonderful Experience, i got a brazilian wax for the 1st time 😬. It wasnt too bad and the woman who did it was wonderful conversationalist to distract me. However, only thing All say is it wish shed waited longer too lwt the wax harden as not all came up when she pulled the strips....and didnt pull with enough confidence to get it all on one go so it was a bit jerky. Depite those things, im glad I did it at Domani.

Itso fine last shower, went for a style, sure about a massage but fell close to a friendly girls greetings that have been on the weekends..!!

Once they ruined my hair completely, then when i trust them again i made an appointment to go in and then the next day they had to move the appointment, then the next day they had to move it again. While i was on the phone with the manager she was very rude to me about it and they couldn’t get me in for another week😡

Had a facial with Megan & she is fantastic! My husband also gets his hair cut here, along with pedicures..we highly recommend Domani!

Went in for a haircut and was not disappointed. Given a beverage while I waited, got a great haircut, and even got a shampoo to finish it off. This is absolutely a top notch salon and spa.
