I was just there yesterday and I got a vape and when I hit the vape it would continue to hit after, so the guy gave me another one and it did the same thing and he said ohh it’s fine I paid 34$ for it! After I walked out the door he instantly locked it, when it wasn’t even closing time for them! So now im gonna be Karen, I feel I should get something that works for 34$ and not pushed out the door!

These guys are always helpful and provide solid recommendations for Vape products. The stores have a large selection of disposable vape and more advanced Mod systems. Highly recommend.

Service here is always excellent. Lucas is usually the one working when I go and he is always very helpful and prices are very competitive compared to other shops around. I recommend this shop to all my friends and have never had a bad experience from them. 100% my only place to go from now on

This is by far my favorite vape shop! They have hooked me up and helped me out, beyond any other vape shops have. They carry a ton of juice options and are very knowledgeable. My fiancee and I did have problems at one point with one of the workers and we said something to the company and immediately, they took care of the problem and that worker has improved more than we could imagine. It feels great knowing they actually care about their customers. I highly, highly recommend this shop. Keep up the amazing work guys!!!

I went in there a month or so ago to buy a new mod as mine is broken in some places. I wanted the same as before, but they were out of stock (okay fine not a big deal) I needed something with a good battery on it. I ended up buying, as suggested by the associate, the luxe nano. And was told it should last me all day if my current vape lasts 1.5 days without charge. And I had a 30 day warranty to return it for any reason. It did not last longer than my current vape. It lasted me maybe 4 hours. I tried to return it, and was told that he couldnt return it because unless its a mod issue that made it last less than 2 hours, then he cant return it. So two different things I was told.Tonight, I went in to buy juice. I was told to wait in the corner as the other people were checking out (okay understandable with covid ect) when I got to the counter he (same guy as last month) asked me what I needed, I said juice. He was very short, very unfriendly and cold towards me, when just a moment ago, he abd the guy customers were laughing and joking around. I asked about a few juices. And I waited 20/30 seconds between the end of my question and his response.This shop is horrible. In customer service and prices. It used to be my go to because of the friendly staff. Not so much anymore. Ill go to unique ecig where theyre actually friendly.

They claimed they had to adhere to New York state tax laws and vape tax , but there are many other shops that sell the exact same brands for less.

I am so impressed with the service. Guy was pleasant and didnt try to over sell me. Gave me exactly what I needed. Had a good selection and plenty of juice to chose from!

I started vaping about 3 years ago. I had seen the shop when it was in the mall and the lady with the clear glasses was very helpful. As time went on I realized I was absolutely in love with CNY which was made by clouds over Watertown , so it was considered a house juice. Not a premium. They used to sell smaller bottles of house juice and they ended up discontinuing the option to buy anything smaller than a 100ml bottle. As a customer this was shocking because I at the time only purchased 60ml bottles but mainly the smallest option available. So the price increase was steep to say the least. I was told it would get better with time and prices might change. They moved the shop to where it is located now and changed staff. They sometimes brought the friendly girl with the long hair who had originally worked at the mall over to work and I would get to see her. She told me that she had good news not only did they drop premium prices to 23 but they dropped house juices to $18. Which is a fantastic price. When she was there I would in fact get that price. Time went on and she was gone. New staff came and the gentleman that was working the counter today always was friendly but did charge me random prices anywhere betweeen 20/22 so okay no big deal? Up until today. He had a friend sitting with him like he usually does at work .. I came in for my CNY like I have been for years. When my card got declined I said wait a minute how much is it? He laughs and said oh we had to up the prices again. I was absolutely appalled. I not only don’t have the extra $1 but he made it a point to say well if it’s about money I could give you a discount. Embarrassing to say the least. This isn’t what this shop is or was about. You can buy everything they have online at giant vapes for not even a fraction of the price. This is a good way to lose customers who have been loyal and not done the online route to support what we thought was a good solid business. Maybe the owner should go back to offering smaller bottles of the house juices, as customers are well aware of price increases but they do not care for wishy washy prices which is exactly what your current shop guy does for customers

35$ for a elfbar LOL! I mean cmon guys we all know there 10-15$ from the distributor. Stop messing around.

Seriously!? If I could vote 0 stars I would. I used to work here and now I don’t even feel comfortable supporting a place I took pride in. You have to be kidding me. Absolutely terrible customer service and short answers for any questions. Very rude. I thought it was just a bad day a few months ago when I had this experience but customers I know share the same bad experience. I know y’all are better than that. Interstate Vape it is.

Terrible service not helpful at all, very limited product and pathetically sarcastic. The employee or owner is surely a tool. They lacking selection and customer service (if you want to call it that). Save yourself the trouble your wasting your money here. There are better shops in the area.

This store is 1000% the place to go too. Everytime I walk in it’s good conversation and great service. Absolutely recommend to everyone when I get the chance too. Same with the evans mills location

Walked in to a very unfriendly staff member. Greeted me as I opened the door by asking why I was there as if I was some criminal not welcome to browse for a moment before I decided on a purchase. They said to me most people come in knowing what they want to buy. Just so you know not everyone walks into a store knowing exactly what they want to buy before they get to the register.

Great vape shop very helpful with the tons of questions I had. Customer service is on par the gentleman was very knowledgeable about all the products and just super friendly!!! Definitely my go to vape shop!!

Clouds Over in Watertown New York always has what I need. They are always friendly and always makes sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend people come to this store. Lucas is the man to go to, he will help you out.

Its definitely worth the visit. So many options and flavors. I will be back again for sure. Better than many vape shops Ive been to it watertown and Rome.

Prices are way high. Service is good products are good, various brands both disposable and permanent devices offered.

Despite its smaller size this shop has a large and varied collection of vapes. Employee was helpful and patient with us.

Friendly staff, prices are very high, compared to Florida....but thats not the stores fault, Thats New York state ripping off the common folks by tax gouging

This is the best vape shop around here. Lucas was very great, helping me find the best mod for me. And showed me a great selection of flavor juice that fit me and what I like.

This store has what you need and if they dont, they will order it for you. Lucas is the guy to talk to, he will point you in the right direction. I highly recommend people to come to this store.

Gets the job done, helpful but didnt do anything that made me want to go back to that specific shop when there are so many shops in the area.

They do not answer the phones, had to drive 15 minutes just to ask a question.... Tried to get a hold of someone through the website, doesnt even look like its finished being made! I would like to be able to give this place more than one star but they lack basic customer service skills and dont seem to be much concerned with answering phones... Hope you all figure it out
