Praan Thai Massage

Constantly surpassing “the best massage I ever had”. They’re so talented, patient, and meticulous. I do the 120 min integrated body work monthly and they’re able to address so much that I see significant changes in my shapes in yoga and performance on the courts, and I have less general aches and pains. It’s a good investment in my health because I sleep better and I’m more willing to get movement in with the release!

Amazing massage, probably the best I’ve ever had! At the very least, top 3! I felt so relaxed and my masseuse consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. And the inside of the location was very clean and tranquil. Praan really takes care of you.

Really amazing massage it was a great combination of relaxing and helpful for my aches and pains.I deducted 2 stars only because they made me pay for the service beforehand. This confused me because I had seen 1 other person finish their massage and pay at the end. I have also been to this location 5 times prior, so it wasnt my first time.When I asked why I was asked to pay before, I was just told not to worry about it. Put me off this place a little. I felt because I looked young. Maybe they thought I wouldnt pay? Overall, it just left me feeling upset.All in all, it was an amazing massage, and I really enjoyed myself. Im just disappointed about the payment mishap.

I came the Praan Thai Massage - it was my first time getting a Thai massage and it was great! Part of it was similar to swedish - intense pressure on certain spots except using feet and elbows primarily. Sophia was able to use her feet to stretch out muscles and apply pressure at the same time, it seemed to work really well. The other half is putting your body into yoga positions, this part was excellent and the stretches were very good, would definitely recommend it!The only negative I have is that I felt incredibly peer pressured into tipping, to the extent that the woman at the front desk even asked to see my Venmo history to confirm I tipped! That really weirded me out and makes it feel like its mandatory to do... which obviously it isnt. Really not a fan of this practice and it seems like others have had similar experiences so they lose a star for that.

While the place was indeed nice and impeccably clean, and the staff were polite, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I had made a reservation for a couple with the expectation of receiving the same type of massage for both myself and my friend. However, we ended up receiving different treatments. While my massage focused only on my back and neck, my friend received a full-body massage as we had originally requested. This discrepancy left me feeling somewhat let down, hence the rating of 4 stars

One of the best authentic Thai massages in the greater Boston area. I’ve been to Praan and the other La moon locations in Cambridge and Wilmington multiple times. The facilities are always very clean and neat. The staff very friendly and can adjust the pressure to your liking I prefer a deeper tissue massage and that can only really be done with them walking on your back for pressure.

My partner and I had a really amazing authentic Thai couples massage to celebrate my birthday, and were really happy to have discovered this place.After realizing that I left my smart watch in the massage room, the owner was able to help locate it and return it to me.For the 60 minute couples massage we paid $200 (and left a 25% tip via Venmo- which is a nice convivence - for each masseuse).Edit: this review was edited to reflect that my watch was located and I was able to pick it up.

Praan is the best and only massage place in the Boston area that I go to. The traditional Thai or integrated bodyworks really hits the spot after returning from a long trip or during particularly stressful periods at work.The quality of the massages, generally speaking, is consistently excellent. But for the absolute best care, ask for Ava! She is extremely skilled and was able to work out years-old shoulder knots. I was putty after she was through - it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten in the US! I immediately booked another session with her before leaving.

My husband and I have become regulars here and have been coming at least 2 years now. Every massage is wonderful, the staff is kind and the facilities are clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend Praan Thai to anyone…and regularly do to our friends, family, and colleagues. Anyone we know who has come, has become a regular as well.

I had two traditional Thai massages at Praan Thai. Didnt have a great experience the first time, but I was extremely impressed with how the management handled it. The second time was amazing, Sunny has magical skills! My neck was hurting when I came in so that I couldnt even turn my head to the side the last couple of days. All the pain and tension are gone now, my full range of motion is back! Im so grateful. All through a very pleasant and relaxing experience as well. Ill be coming here for all my massages in the future. :)

Booking an appt was so easy, they were able to squeeze us in for a same day, last minute booking. Service was phenomenal. The massage itself was great. Pressure was perfect. Lindsey was my masseuse - she was really attentive to the areas that needed more work. she was super communicative through the entire appointment and checked in to make sure the pressure was okay for me. I love this place ! They do a great job and it’s a nice setting. Parking is street parking but usually plenty in the area. I have been coming here for a while. Although the last time I came, I had s nee person and I think the pressure on my shoulder was too deep and my arm still feels off. I recommend asking to change pressure if you need! They are very kind and listen to your needs. I love Peggy she is great! Will have to go back. I sent all my family here 😊!

I got me and my cousin a present.Only heard about this place, but never tried and it turned out amazing. I felt so relaxed at the end of the massage. I tried around 7 Thai spas around Boston. I would say it is the best Thai massage in MA. The woman who was giving me massage was very professional, intuitive and welcoming. I felt she very put her heart and soul to make me feel good. I had a really great experience here. I am definitely coming back!

My boyfriend and I come for the couples massage with Emily and Meghan who are our go to girls on a regular basis but everyone here is amazing starting with Ploy at the front desk! I appreciate that they really cater to pressure and focus area requests and always make me feel like a new person coming out of there!

Ive been here a few times & its always a wonderful experience. The beds are warmly heated, the rooms cozy & soothing, but the best part is the thorough head to toe Thai massage & there are even bars on the ceiling, so the therapists can walk on your back! So relaxing!

Very impressed by Praan Thai! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and my massage was top knotch. I think some sort of sound proofing would improve the experience (its a small space and if a guest is speaking loudly you can hear them unfortunately). I loved the heated massage table, although I wish there was a pillow for my head as opposed to a towel. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and Im excited to see how Praan evolves!

This review is way over due. Probably because I’ve been selfishly wanting to keep this gem all to myself. I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s the best therapeutic massage place around. They are good at helping the body feel like new after each session. They understand the anatomy and just know how to get the notes out and provide relief. For deep tissue and body work, try Sunny and Tom. They are great!

This is a review about my first visit to Praan. I had a head, neck, and shoulder 30min massage with Emily. The spa is very clean and smells lovely as soon as you walk in. Emily was wonderful with checking in about pressure and focused more attention on where I requested. It was a great experience all around and I look forward to returning!

I had a lovely head/neck/shoulders massage today from Tatya that was just what I needed. It was pleasant, communication was good, and the place is clean and lovely. My only complaint is that someone accidentally opened the door from the outside during my massage, which wasnt particularly awesome, but honestly wasnt a big deal. I will definitely be returning soon.

Prann Thai Massage is fantastic! I have very high expectations for massages and they exceed my expectations every time. I had shoulder pain for months and after my first massage with Sunny it was significantly better. I would highly recommend for both relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

From the easy online booking, great prices, super clean (and relaxing) facility, and of course the amazing massage itself, every part of the experience was top-notch. I chose the integrated body work massage, and it blew every basic Swedish massage I’ve ever had out of the water. Highly recommended!

I’ve had many, many massages in my life, and this was the BEST ever! I called at 4pm, and they were able to see me at my preferred time (two hours later). The office was clean, and they take the current safety requirements seriously.I had Megan as my masseuse, and she was amazing! Amazing massage. I feel like a glow stick that’s been cracked into neon colors. It’s so connected and relaxing. And Kiki (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was so kind about my left hand being broken and was able to incorporate that hand without making me nervous at all.

My husband and I called last minute for a one hour session. They took us and it.was.incredible. My husband and I have been to various massage places and when he walked out the door he said it was the best massage he’d ever had! He’s super right from CrossFit and has a hard time finding anyone that can work his muscles- praan thai crushes it! With my lower back problems usually I leave more sore than when I arrived. Not today! Instant relief and felt lots of energy but calmness.
