I took my mom and my mother in law and myself to treat us for Mother’s Day with a 1 hour session for each of us.None of us have ever had a massage before, so we didn’t know what to expect, but we were soooo excited!My mom has diverticulitis and bad Charlie horses in her legs. My mother in law is in her mid-60’s, and has the usual aches and sores. And I got into a pretty intense car accident 2 years ago and sustained an injury to my neck and shoulder that pains me daily and is almost impossible to relieve, even momentarily.The atmosphere is pleasant, with low/dull lighting, nice quiet relaxing music, & candles with pretty relaxing scents. We were instantly greeted by staff that was welcoming and all too happy to guide us to the rooms and make us comfortable!Once ready, I started to become nervous about my injured neck/shoulder and wondered if I should ask to be cautious in that area. But I didn’t, figuring that if something was too uncomfortable I would just let her know then.To my surprise, I was given the absolute BEST massage I could’ve imagined! There were a few times that it “almost” hurt, but only because of how stiff and tense my problem areas were! She actually focused quite a bit on my neck and shoulder, without me asking her to. (Kinda like she could tell they were the thing that bothers me!) and after 2 years of constantly having to struggle to get comfortable, it doesn’t hurt to lay down in my favorite position!!!** I think these ladies are MAGIC! **If I could rate MORE than 5 stars, I would!100/10 rating, HIGHLY recommend!My only regret is that among all the excitement and gratitude, I forgot to ask my masseuse what her name was, so that I can request her again WHEN I return for another massage!Thank You, Ladies for the phenomenal service!

I have been going here at least a year. I have never had a problem. All the people are very welcoming . Massage styles vary depending on who you get so if you need them to press harder or softer you just need to ask and they are happy to accommodate .

My first massage in town. I had the sweetest lady today. I’m a little nervous about new places. But I’m glad I came in today. I spent 4 hours at Samaritan’s today for a pulled muscle. I can say now I can breathe a lot better now. I wished I would have asked her name so I can request her again. Oh and sorry about not taking my ekg bandaids of before the massage 😂

Some salon massage therapists do massages very well, some hurt...once they told me that I didn’t tip enough, then I paid $110 for a massage and $5 in tips (although I’ve often given many times more tips)Today I wanted to get a massage from a certain masseuse for 2 hours of massage, but they told me that this was not possible because I don’t tip enough.But they recommended that I go to another masseuse (the one I don’t like)Ill go to another salon.

Ive been going here for about 2 years and theyve always had great masseuse. I think they changed the owner from when I first started going here, but theyre still top tier in watertown

I was visiting Watertown with a friend today and stopped into your establishment to see about the services you have. I was looking to see about 2 pedicures. The 2 women jumped up as to looked like they were sleeping once we walked in and didn’t speak any English. The 1 woman kept putting her phone on a speaking app to translate what I was saying and the other woman came over to point at the book with times and services on it that said feet and back on it. I was trying to figure out if they did pedicures and when I said never mind the 1 woman kept trying to get me to stay. This was horrible as to this kind of establishment should have workers that speak multiple languages including English and I will never go back nor give a good reference for anyone else to go there

I have been here a couple of times, and never disappointed with the massage; the only thing is when they ask for a tip, which is fair.The massage was great, and wish I could tip more but unfortunately money isn’t that easy to come byHighly recommend

My husband and myself received massages here. Both Anna and Helen were outstanding. He had the full 90 min. body massage. I had 60 min. for the body and 30 for the feet ... well worth the visit . The location was clean and pleasant, staff attentive to my bodies reaction to pressure points. We will be back upon our return to the area next summer. Ample parking and easy to locate as well.

The hour and a half massage is incredible, these people know what they are doing. The only place Ive ever been better to this is Nelson massage in lake Charles Louisiana.

They did okay on the massage definitely not bad at all, had one strange experience.. we (spouse and I) had taken all clothing off except the lover undergarment, and during the massage they pulled both ours down and off. Mind you stretching was going on and I couldnt really relax after that. My spouse on the other hand felt fine 🤪

Clean environment, attentive, and customer service is awesome. Massage techs are very versatile and knowledgeable. Not just someone paid to give you a rub and tug.

They are very warm, welcoming, and accommodating with their customers. The providers always do their best to help soothe my chronic back and hip pain, and they’re always super patient with me when I ask them to focus on some areas or avoid other areas. Definitely a raving fan.

I travel from Syracuse NY once a week. Helen was the very best in Syracuse. I am happy I found out where she moved too. Its worth the two hour round trip drive for a two hour full body massage from her. She walks on my back. Her hands and the type of pressure is perfect for me, its a great sports massage !!!

Massage by Helen best I’ve ever had , but attitude and arrogance reign . They don’t care about you as a person , it’s all about $$$ and surprisingly possible resentment towards clients . To say communication was poor is an understatement and the dude (middle man) you deal with is creepy .

I have been there 5 times since January. Massages are great. Staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Great job people.

Salon had a terrible odor and a even more terrible customer facing team. I left the salon because I wasn’t comfortable and he would not stop calling me to come back so unless you want to be harassed and go there.

Was a amazing massage she found all of my sore spots and has magic hands I went in for 30 minutes tho and somehow it ended up being a hour Idk what happened but great place

Excellent massage place.. We moved to watertown recently and Was so happy to discover this place .. We go here atleast once every month .. they have amazing package deals .. ample parking spots .. clean , comfortable , welcoming ambiance with relaxing background music and lights .. there are individual suites for massage and you can call ahead for appointment .. the massage therapist speaks decent English and they also have google translate as backup.. would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!
