Jason and all the staff at Energy Spa are professional and give the best massages! I have made that my go to spot for a very reasonable price and relaxing experience. Also their deep tissue is on point !! Would recommend to all my family and friends.

The language barrier is terrible. Once in a while they have someone that speaks English. Making/canceling appointments is a pain. Massages are usually great, however the last I had an elderly man do mine and he scratched up my back. Idk if he had rough skin around his nails or long nails. When he used his arms I could feel how thin he was. It literally felt like someone was rubbing my back with a bone. I won’t be going back.

Best place around. They do amazing. Husband and wife are amazing doesn’t matter who you get. I always feel better after I leave. I would give them a 100 stars.

I love this place! The couple that runs this place are so sweet, they are on the older side but very strong. I really enjoy my massages here. Hopefully everyone can have patience when coming here cause this couple works very hard.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. My masseuse was shouting through most of my body massage. Sometimes right in my ear! I asked for medium pressure and she was too hard. I had no idea she was going to walk on my back and legs ! Which hurt a lot! When I told her to stop, she didn’t understand English. Three customers walked out while I was there because they were waiting so long even though they had an appointment. Another customer was double booked and couldn’t even be seen. She left angry too. When I checked out, I gave her my gift certificate and she tried to charge me extra for deep tissue. My foot massage was nice, but I would never go back here again or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing, especially considering I never get massages and this was a gift from my son. I was really looking forward to it. 😞

It was much better when it was aroma. There are new owners and no one tells you they aren’t honoring all of my gift certificate. Honestly I didn’t know they changed hands. My fault!! Just kind of bummed. Massage was good. Better as aroma! Lesson learned

Im speaking on behalf of the current owner, from Energy Spa. The website on Google belongs to the previous owner, and we cannot edit it, and so therefore we are saying this through a review/post.Regarding the gift cards, since we changed owners in February, we had honored these gift cards from the last owner (Aroma) for two months, and weve tried our best to reduce the losses from the gift card owners. The money from the gift cards went to Aroma, and we dont have any money. So we wont be honoring the gift cards from Aroma any longer. We hope you understand, and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience.[As for the 5 star rating, Ive put it like that so people have a higher chance of seeing this]

Old Chinese couple that are very strong and do it the traditional chinese massage and its great for the body. Just dont expect a gentle swedish massage, these people do lots of tension and toxins releasing!

Great massages! The workers there are very nice and know how to massage the right places. Just dont really seem to be too professional. I made an apt and while I was there, people were walking in through the door so the massage lady had to stop to talk to them. She probably should have put a sign outside the door saying shes in session or have another worker there attending the people walking in. The massages were great and everything seemed to be clean. Will definitely go again but hopefully they can get more professional.

Received a gift card in September, made and appointed a few days ago just to find out there under new owner ship and turned me away. I will never be going back there again, nor will I be recommending anyone going there. Especially after speaking to someone and them never telling me that they wouldn’t accept my gift card.

I had the full body massage and reflexology so relaxing! I did not get the young woman’s name unfortunately but she was amazing best massage I’ve had in a while and I’ve had plenty! Even included aromatherapy and hot stones. It’s not a fancy place but a great massage experience and more affordable then others. I will go back there another time! Highly recommend.

Brutally honest review.I’ve been here 5-6 times my wife has been here more than I have. HANDS DOWN the best foot massages. Vinny is amazing! We went in tonight for a couple’s massage I had the women there my wife had Vinny I thought this women was going to pull my heart out through my back! Told her softer and it was perfect! My wife has said multiple times since we left “that was the best massage I’ve ever had” we have been to many different places and we both love aroma!

I had one of the most relaxing experiences of my life at Aroma. This is unlike any other foot massage you will have. You are covered in a blanket, you are given a warm neck wrap and a warm eye mask and headphones. He massaged all 10 of my toes individually! It ended with a wonderful back massage. The prices are incredible and the beds were very comfortable. They treat you like a queen. I cannot wait to go back!

Outstanding foot massage. Ask for 90 minutes in the chair. You’ll get a short arm rub while your feet soak, then 60 minutes of outstanding manual foot massage and a small bit of hot stone massage, then you’ll turn over on your stomach and get 30 minutes of a back massage. You will feel like a new person when you’re finished. They give you a headset for music to block some of the ambient noise but you’ll still hear conversations in the building from time to time.

Everyone is very friendly.. more rubbing than deep massage but I still enjoyed. It’s not rushed but they take their time! Been twice and I plan to return very soon! My only complaint is the first time I kept hearing a child run up and down the hallway. A nice little gem in Watertown overall!

Great little spa, caring group of employees. Love the atmosphere, well worth the price. Professional staff, quality service, quiet and relaxing ambiance. The massage therapist are wonderful.

Wow! I have no other words. I have never had reflexology before so it was all a brand new experience to me. You go in, there’s nice music playing. They give you headphones and an eye mask with essential oil on it. Instantly relaxed! The massage was PERFECT! Not too rough and not too light. I’ve been having issues with my heel from an old injury and this helped dramatically. It is definitely a life changing thing and you should go right now!!!!! Love it and will be back soon!

Purchased a Groupon for 40min hot stone massage. What I got was 1min of hot stone and the rest a very awkward and uncomfortable rub down. This type of massage might be fine for some but the hot stone was literally the only reason I went and I didnt get that. I tried to leave as fast as I could because I felt really uncomfortable and was stopped at the door and told I had to tip. Do not waste your time or money..at least if hot stone is what you want..fyi Groupon will not refund you!

I had a very relaxing foot and body massage. Price was very good. Surroundings were just lovely, felt very exotic in a safe way. Beautiful music in the background. I felt like I was well taken care of. I cant believe I found this little treasure right in Watertown! Have gone back twice since. It does not disappoint!

Found the gem on Groupon! Had a great massage. Massage started 10 minutes late but I got my whole hour in. Def worth it!Place nice and clean.Staff were very friendly.Parking available in front of store on street.

I was given a Groupon gift certificate. Aroma Body would only let me get a massage at 10 AM or 7 PM with the Groupon. What? Also, the price of the regular massage turned out to be the same as the Groupon, so they were offering a false discount. Finally, there is no privacy. The massages are separated by short walls, but I could see people getting massages from the tiny waiting area.

I originally purchased a groupon but when I called to make an appointment, I was asked if I was paying cash or credit - I said I had a groupon. Was told they had no availability for weeks with a groupon but if I paid cash (and was told they wouldn’t charge sales tax if I paid cash)I could get an appointment the following day. I cancelled the Groupon and took the appointment for the following day.We had a couples massage and the rooms are not private nor quiet - just curtains that separate them. You could hear the door open every time someone came in and everything they were saying. The massage tables had a thin sanitary paper covering them much like at a Dr.’s office. The “sheet” that covers your body is probably 60”x60” big and very thin. I was freezing. The therapist kept pulling the entire sheet up and shaking it out through the massage which left no modesty and I was freezing. The two therapist kept talking to each other and someone else kept poking their head in to talk to the therapists.This was not a relaxing massage, it was a deep tissue massage and I have bruises on my back from the excessive pressure. I thought it would be a Swedish style massage for relaxation and it was none of those things. I’ve never bruised from a massage before or been in pain days afterwards. Save your money, Watertown has much better places for massages.

The massage was great. hands are like angel hands....it was clean and relaxing she seemed to know where I needed to be massaged....the only thing I didnt like was she basically forced a tip on the way out unprofessional.

I have never been disappointed with any service at this spa. Today I had a marvelous full body massage and hot stones were included. Many places charge extra for these. When I come to visit my family I look forward to making a visit here.

This place is Watertown’s gem. The staff is professional and friendly. As for the massage, it is like no other! Do not drive past one more time. Stop in and set up an appointment.
