Great staff. Andy is awesome to come in and talk to. Always knows what I want. Sara knows her stuff. Everybody knows their stuff. They have a great selection. The store is amazingly clean and everybody is pleasant. Great store!

This is my favorite smoke shop! The owner and staff are too notch. Andy is always friendly, very knowledgeable, and super helpful with picking out which products will be best for my personal use. Roll & Smoke carries quality smoking goods and everything you may need to go along with them. I recommend this store as your one stop spot, they have you covered. Always a pleasant experience!

I enjoy the products and prices here very much, it locks me down for sure.Im a bit anxious but the staff are respectful. They pop their heads out for a hi and stand at the ready for any questions you may have.Ive grown accustomed to the same faces and have seen them interact with others pretty chill

I love going into this store. The people here are friendly and they seem to know exactly what you need and how to help you!! Amazing experience with phenomenal help and expertise with knowledge regarding what I was purchasing. Everytime I go they are friendly and caring with a smile to match. The only downside to this review is I cant give them a higher star rating!

Nothing against the wonderful people who work here, Ive never had a problem with them. Glass, however, is a different story. Whoever they source their pipes from needs to seriously reconsider their life. Both of the pipes I purchased from this place straight up did not work - One had an intake too large, (anything I put in the pipe went straight into my mouth) the other had an intake too small (The pipe was unusable). And of course theres no returns, that makes sense, but their glass sucks.

This is a very nice smoke shop, one of the best Ive been to! Prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of items. I highly recommend this place!

Great local shop with a fantastic variety of products! Staff is always more than helpful and friendly with any questions but will still get you in an out quickly if your in a time crunch. Highly recommend you visit.

The green haired cashier seems maybe newer but she is just really rude and makes you feel really uncomfortable in this store. The customer service she gave was really poor and seemed like she was having a bad day. Never have any issues with any other workers and the carding is extremely inconsistent. Gonna shop somewhere else that’s more professional unfortunately and we were regulars.

Love this place. But...not for what most of you all would think. Their Hookah selection of shisha is pleasantly diverse. When I first moved to Watertown they didnt have much in stock, but once I mentioned that they should carry more, they stepped up to the challenge! Well done!

Ive lived back in Watertown now for less then 90 days. In that time span Ive spent well over $500 at this business. The reps could have better product knowledge but what gets me the most is the quality of their products and lack of customer service. Ive had two defective products Ive purchased from here and both times they didnt care to make it right. The first time I purchased a water pipe that completley seperated from the base in less then 30 days. They offered me $10 off a new peice as their peice offering. Then most recently I purchased a Butane Torch thats not even 30 days old. Its pouring fuel out of the side which is an extreme safety risk. Today I asked for a replacement and instead offered a $4 discount towards a new product. I requested they call the owner too request a exception as this is now my second bad experience with their products. Instead off calling him on my behalf they dialed his number and handed me the phone and said, Its ringing. He didnt answer. Needless to say I will no longer be taking my business here. I recommend you dont either. The only thing they care about is getting your hard earned $.

I’ve always had good customer service here but based on the replies of the reviews the owner seems horrible D: anyways they sell fake poshes even checked my code on the posh website. Big let down probably won’t shop here anymore.

Bought some humidity packs and they were hard. Called the store and they said they can’t refund them and when I asked if they had new ones in stock the guy hung up the phone guess that’s the customer service you receive after spending money at the store. Disrespectful young punk that looked half out of it….

Best prices in town and the best walk-in humidor door. If you need a huge selection of tobacco, vape and cigar then you are in the right shop. They also have very friendly services, they advised me out on my purchase. Definitely recommend coming!

10 out of 10 DONT recommend! They knowingly sell defective product and then blame the customer. They dont stand by there product so if you have money to waste then this is the place.
