This is my new spot! I love these people they are American owned and operated. They are the best Vape Shop in the south Houston area Ive been to many and this one is my favorite. The staff is also very friendly to all and actually care. Gunner is who I talked to and he helped me out more than anyone else could! Everyone should try them out!! Also they have the best prices on disposable vapes!! God Bless Uptown Vapors!

Been coming here for about a year now. I don’t usually leave reviews but I think everyone should know how awesome these guys are. I usually end up coming in when Colton’s on shift. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and his suggestions are fantastic. They keep the place pretty neat and clean too which is a major plus given some of the other shops I’ve been to. Check ‘em out y’all.

I was curious about some gummy products but was unsure about what to get, or even if it was okay for me to buy. Draven was pretty helpful with explaining the laws surrounding these products and made a solid recommendation 👏 for the gummies I got. All in all a nice store and great people. Cant wait for yall to expand your stock. More things to try 🤪

Staffs always been nothing but helpful and courteous, ive picked up a few new products from them, and I know I can always trust their reccommendations!! Colin has always been helpful, and I onow I can always get a good deal from here!

My husband and I visited Uptown Vapors on 03/26 around noon and were greeted by Colin. We purchased a Vaporesso (second purchase) and his customer service was wonderful. Very patient and helpful in deciding what flavors we wanted as well. He even helped us set it up. Our favorite vape shop, thank you!

Nice spot, filled the gap left by the previous shop ran there.Good owner who cares about his business, employees that usually make an effort to be friendly and responsive.Most recently, got some decent service from Colton working on a holiday.Sure, occasionally you find a hit-or-miss suggestion(s) or hear some info about a product that leaves you a bit conflicted—but they’re there to help you and often try to make you smile while shopping.Worth a check-in, especially with all the copycat/over-priced places you could get trapped at.4/5

This store definitely had the best staff I’ve experienced in a smoke/vape shop! Everyone was very helpful and they got me hooked up with the products I needed for a really great price. I’ve never seen such a wide variety of elf bar flavors! It’s so hard for me to find Sakura grape ones and I was surprised to find that they had them !!! I haven’t seen prices like this in Houston yet. I will definitely be coming back as a regular !!

Fair experience at best. Young man, knowledgeable and personable. Female on two occasions stated they are out of product, clearly they were not. Said female not helpful and not remotely versed in products sold here. Ive tried 6 times and its not worth the trip.

One of the best Vape/Smoke shops ive ever been to! Moved to Texas Sept 22 and theyve got me as a loyal customer. Tons of different brands and flavors to choose that rivals many shops ive shopped at!! Have had the pleasure of working with all the employees at one point and everyone is SO knowledgeable on the brands. I give this place an A+. I went in to buy a new device and the employee who helped me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He really listened to what I need in a device and it was great. Unlike some of the area stores, there isnt a 200% markup here. There is a great selection of juice here as well. This will be my new go-to shop. Just get over there, you wont regret it.

The people behind the desk are very informative on specific thing I ask them about the devices. Uptown also has a wider array of flavors than any other store ve been to. Very friendly environment, been my home shop for years 10/10 would recommend!!

Okay so FIRST OF ALL, this is by far the best vape shop in town. And surrounding towns. Way better than Vape City. They have SO many flavor choices. Pretty much anything you could want. And secondly, there is EXCELLENT customer service. Lindsay is the BEST. She was so accommodating and friendly. I normally hate going into vape shops because everyone seems annoyed and rushing you out. I told her what flavors I like and she pointed me directly to my all time favorite without me even mentioning it. Lindsay deserves a raise!!! Don’t go anywhere else. It’s not worth it.

I like the staff at this joint. The last kid that helped me really did go out of his way to help me out. Decent joint. Good location. The owner is very involved.

Went in for some juice and pods and they greeted me right as I entered and were fast to help me find what I was looking for and surprisingly they had the pod I needed for my device as it was my first time there and is hard to find the pod in there area. There prices are great too! I will be shopping at uptown vapors for now on thank you guys🤟🏽 And you should too definitely won’t be disappointed!

Very good place, great environment, well taken care of, all the staff is well knowledgeable in all their products. Colton, the GM, is extremely friendly and kind to everyone. I come in fairly often and Colton always takes care of me. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service, prices, and overall atmosphere. Blake the ASM and Gunner the owner helped me pick out a new Aegis H45. Both were very knowledgeable and informative and answered every question I had. They also do price match at this store. This is by far the first vape shop in the Houston area that I’ve seen offering price match. For sure will be returning to this store.

I’ve been vaping for 7 years now and have been going to the same store. Went I went in to Uptown I didn’t realize how much I’ve been overpaying and how much I was lacking with customer service. The Customer Service alone was enough for me to switch stores and the deals you get there make it even that much sweeter. I’m giving Uptown 5 stars for how amazing my experience was, thank you all and you’ll definitely will be seeing me again!

Hands down best place in Texas from the friendly customer service to the prices. They are extremely knowledgeable and will help you get exactly what you are looking for even if you don’t know. Will always be my go to for everything I need. Definitely a 10/10 across the board.

Visiting a friend, I ran out of vape liquid! I went to 3 other stores in the area but they had outrageous prices. I found myself in Uptown Vapors. The clerk who helped me out was Colton. Nice guy, knows his business and very honest! Colton gave me a good deal on some awesome vape juice. I live in Ohio and stop in to check out the vapor shop when me and the wife were in Texas. They made my experience difficult from any other vape shop. I recommend to stopping in there if you have the chance. worker we great with us.
