Morgan did an exceptional job on my hair! She listened to me and gave me exactly what i wanted! She also walked me through each step of the way and gave me instructions on how to upkeep after service! definitely recommend Morgan Clem!

Morgan colored my hair and it was phenomenal! She actively listened to my needs and her shampoo was amazing and so relaxing. I will most definitely be back! She will be my hairdresser for life!!!

I love this place. Everyone I’ve gone to for my hair is great! Relaxing, good, personal environment. My friend gave me a gift card to here and I’ve enjoyed it so much.

Positives: The receptionist/front desk staff were great. The shop is fun and lots of great gift ideas. The lounge area where the large sectional was at was comfortable. Locker rooms were clean.Negative: I was told our massage was at 1pm, we arrived at 12:30pm. They told use that our massage were schedule for 1:30pm. Not that much of an issue because we walked around the shop and stayed in the lounge. The massage staff was kind but they shouldn’t be doing this. We were left with bruises (my bf bruises show more than mine, I’m a darker complexion), we’re sore and they dont understand light pressure. This isn’t our first massage either. We know proper steps for before and after massages and made sure we had plenty of water.As much as we loved everything before the massage, this is unfortunate that I have to give a 1 star review.

I had a $100 giftcard that I never used until the day it expired. Obviously, that was too late to use for a scheduled service, however, their boutique allowed me to use it on items. Im so glad it didnt go to waste! The atmosphere is quiet and calm. They have plenty of services to offer. While shopping I saw customers getting pedis, their ears pierced, haircuts and massages. The shop itself had a lot of options. I was happy with the selection and ended up spending more than the giftcard amount on items I couldnt leave behind!

I highly recommend this spa for a relaxing time. Ive received manicures, pedicures, and massages from this location and always walk away relaxed, never disappointed. I had my first facial today and Kaity explained every step so I knew what was going on. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The relaxation room is one of the best Ive ever seen with an abundance of seating, soft music, and refreshments. Thank you!

I had my first Beau Monde experience today with a facial from Kaity and a massage from Blanca and they were both fantastic! Kaity is amazing and knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about making you have the most pleasant and relaxing experience as possible. I had never had a facial before and she made the entire experience fun and so very soothing and was more than happy to answer any of my questions! Blanca is wonderful and professional and we had a great conversation during my service and after my massage I feel amazing and can’t wait to come back to see her again! Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to see Kaity and Blanca again for more services in the future!

I have been here twice now and it has been amazing and relaxing both times! The locker rooms are super cute and convenient. Then to the relaxation room which is an absolute dream! I have had a massage, facial, and their hair services and I have been pleased with every employee I have come in contact with so far, they are all so kind and absolutely amazing! And the owner is pretty amazing as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress free time!

I heavily enjoyed visiting here with my daughter. The staff here treat us with kindness and truly do value their customers. Getting facials here are relaxing and soothing, massages are comfortable and correcting, and the snacks were amazing. My daughter enjoyed it. shes been needing a massage because of her muscles and now feels so much more flexible after the task. I totally recommend it.

I highly recomend this spa for all of your relaxation needs. I do massages here and haircuts. Sabrina is fabulous for massages, and I highly recomend the 90 minute relaxation massage. Although the prices are on the higher end, you get the experience you pay for. Snacks and drinks in the relaxation room, nice robes, and a beautiful building makes for an excellent experience.

I got my second official facial from Kaity today and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the products and skincare in general—she also gave me some suggestions for my migraines. Really enjoyed my time! I will be back.

I recently went in for a haircut there and my stylist Morgan gave me the haircut I wanted and provided excellent service during my time there, will definitely be back again!

One of the best in town. Had the start of my bachelorette/bridal party here 11 years ago and have been coming back ever since.All you have to do is ask and they are very accommodating with groups or single services.

1st time going for a couples massage and it was amazing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. It’s very clean with rest room, shower, and vanity area for you to touch up your makeup.

West location is very very friendly and helpful! They are relocating soon to 37th and Maize. I plan to have my birthday party there with my besties! Can’t wait!

My adult daughter and I celebrated her birthday with facials, and the whole experience was fantastic! We each got their signature facial, which they personalized for our skin types, and includes a neck and shoulder massage. Both facialists were professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I worked with Katie. Beau Monde has an upscale ambiance and all the amenities to make you feel pampered. Its super-clean, classy, and has a shopping area with oodles of fun merch. They offer a huge variety of services. Its my favorite spa in Wichita. It isnt cheap, but worth every penny.

WOW!!!! I love this place! Today was my first time going and I got a 90 min firm pressure massage with CBD oil by Ashlynn. She’s great! She made me feel really comfortable and I swear she has more strength in her pinky than I do in my whole body. I have chronic muscle pain and tension and I left feeling amazing!The entire business is clean, I didn’t get a chance to look around the boutique but I’ll definitely make time to during my next visit. The relaxation room and the locker room were so nice! All the staff I interacted with were so nice and welcoming.I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience getting a deep tissue massage with Blanca. She did a great job and although I was sore for a couple of days (my muscles were WAY too tight and she had to really work to massage the muscles), I am having so much pain relief and increased range of motion now! I cant thank Blanca enough! The atmosphere was relaxing and the spa area looks very nice. I cant wait to come again!

First time ever having a facial, and Beau Monde was fabulous! Luxurious and relaxing area to change, great esthetician (Katie), and overall wonderful facial results. I was initially concerned due to having rosacea which is often triggered/exacerbated by friction, but the Signature Facial actually seemed to calm it even though she used some exfoliation products!Cant wait to book another one!

If you have never been here I recommend 100%. Started off with a pedicura then a 1 hour body massage. I felt I was walking on clouds when I got out of there.

Went for a couple massage. Not sure what I was expecting. Staff was nice and the interior is pleasant but the service part was underwhelming. Counter part enjoyed it but I was far from impressed. Never had a professional massage before and for 200$ I expected more than someone just going through the motions.

Wonderful experience during my visit today. I had a couples massage w/ my husband, to include a prenatal massage for myself (6 months along). We were greeted by very friendly professional staff. The facility was very clean/calm/relaxing. Our massages were wonderful, especially mine! I had been dealing with moderate to severe sciatica pain, so much so that it hurt to walk. My masseuse really worked on that area and I walked out pain free! I would definitely recommend this business out to anyone looking for a good massage.

I went in for a pedicure (East location) with Jenny and she did such a good job. Even more important, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I had never had a pedicure before, but needed one because limited mobility from a handicap has made it nearly impossible to do my own toenails these days. She never once made me feel bad about the job I did and made me a customer for life!

I have gone to Beau Monde more than 10 years. They are very friendly and always greet me when I come in the door. I get pedicures from Amanda and she is wonderful. I am diabetic, and she is always extra careful with my feet. I look forward to going there.

They provide a great spa experience, highly recommend. Upon arrival youre shown to the changing area with secure lockers. They have nice white robes and slippers, then wait in the relaxation room until youre called back. Great one hour massage with Lauren and manicure with Sofia. They are professional and it was a great spa experience.

I gave the massage/ pedicure duo as a gift. I was nervous bc I had never been here, but there were good reviews. My mom was surprised and has no idea what I planned. She said everyone was so nice! No one made her feel out of place or unwelcome. I really appreciate that you guys made her feel special on her birthday!!!

My Mom and I had an amazing experience at BM. I really like that you have a place where you can relax in between services. I just wish it was warmer in the relaxation room and maybe add a diffuser with essential oils and it will be perfect! But overall I loved it. It more classy and you pay for it but it is worth it!

All service spa - separate changing room with lockers, shower, and amenities to get ready without bringing the whole bathroom with you! Couples room even which is what we did! Manis, pedi, hair, makeup, and cute gift store up front! Definitely will spoil you from any other massage place! Only thing missing is a hot tub for after, haha!

I had the good fortune of having my nail appointment booked with Dee - my shellac manicure is perfect, and she was so wonderful to chat with throughout the process. Will be coming back to see her!

The infrared detox was great! I had been sick a lot lately. So my boss told me that I needed to go detox. Im not usually one to buy into that kind of stuff. I felt amazing afterwards. Mani pedis are great! Massages are incredible. Infrared detox is above anything I ever expected

I love Beau Monde and have been there several times. Their services are amazing. I always find wonderful, unique gifts for friends and family (and myself) in the boutique. The atmosphere is exactly like their tag line....Relaxing, Fun and Unique! Definitely a must experience place.

Had a really nice experience... had a 1 hour facial with Cherine and then a 1 hour hour full body deep tissue massage with Crystal. I really enjoyed both of the ladies and how knowledgable and professional they were. Beau Monde is a beautiful Spa...it is more than just a Relaxing and Tranquil place...they have shopping there too!! Like lots of it! Great gifts luxury bath and skin care care, jewelry and fun items too. Stop in just to shop!!! I look forward to returning in the future.

This is one of my favorite places for a massage and pedicure! Definitely more upscale- they offer coffee, tea and for massages a ton of free test products and add ons.

On first impressions I liked this business. However, after actually having services done I was not satisfied. Although the work was professoally done, it was not what I had asked for and not anywhere close to the example I showed the stylist. Not to mention the extra charges they added on at the end that I was not informed about before the process started. Extremely disappointed and would definitely not recommend.

Not sure how to post pictures but I got the absolute worst haircut of my life from a different salon and needed a PROFESSIONAL to fix my hair. My hair was long down my back and took me so 2 years to grow out just to have this one stylist chop it all off in an uneven, unhealthy way it looked like a kindergartner did it! ALI at Beau Monde was recommended to me and she did an amazing job !! She really knows what she is doing and I can put my full trust in her. I will be going to her from now on!

This spa and salon is a amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and at ease. Ashley is an absolute professional! She is so nice and her skills as an esthitician are doing wonders for my skin. I would recommend this spa and salon not only for the reasons just listed but also because of their pricing. They have not priced themselves out of my pocket book like so many other spas in ICT have done. They are right in the range of treating yourself with out breaking your budget! Believe me you will feel like a million bucks when your done!

My wife and I get a couples massage for our anniversary every year. This was our first time trying this place. My wife says it was the best massage she has ever had and mine was certainly really good as well. Friendly staff as well.

Got us in early and one of the best massages Ive ever had!

Be sure you call ahead (although you shouldnt have to) to confirm that you actually have a appointment. Drove over a hour and a half to get there for our appointment, only to be told that we didnt have one! Whoever booked us put us down for another date and time, after my daughter confirmed the appointment when she called in . They apologized but acted like they didnt give a rip. Wont be coming back .

If you get the lash lift and tint she mayor may not get your bottom lashes andyou still have to pay full price if shedoesnt. Also if youre going in for apedicure to relax with a professional, not the joint.
