Marianne was amazing!!!! I struggle finding someone to cut my hair, it’s fine but I have a lot of it so my cuts always tend to look choppy- BUT with Marianne it was perfect!!!! 100000/10 recommend her! This salon is also super cute and comfy feeling. Ashley gave me an incredible shampoo and Tyler at the front desk is awesome! Definitely worth the price. This place is absolutely amazing! This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the staff and the beautiful detail of the interior. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. My hair is blonde so I always get nervous trying new places. Matt did a beautiful job with my hair. It was bright and vibrant. He was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing. I definitely will be returning.

In the past week, I was lucky enough to get a personal mani / pedi appointment at Fabrizio Salon in Wilmington, with the very talented AMIE! She really took her time and paid great attention to the detail of her work. I rarely treat myself to such luxuries; but after having experienced the pleasure and relaxation of it; + enjoyed the great results, I think that I will have to treat myself more often. The warm towels on my legs were just the piece de resistance after the deep lotion massage. So thankful that they fit me in; and will certainly be back again. Go ahead and try for yourself, you will definitely see what I mean :)I have since been back to Fabrizio for a second go around of the mani-pedi luxurious experience with Amie and it did not disappoint! The price is totally reasonable for the top shelf experience. Trust me on this one...this is the best manicure for the discerning customer ❤️

I have been coming to Fabrizio Salon & Spa for years. Brittany is always willing to talk to me about my crazy hair ideas and also realistically come up with a plan that is affordable for me to have a look that I want. She’s always adding dimension to my hair in a simplistic way and helps talk me off the ledge when it’s unreasonable. Brittany also understands how to cut hair for curly girls and is willing to give the best hair advice, as well as hair tools to create the look you want from home.

My husband, all our boys and now I see Matt for all our hair needs. I definitely needed a pick me up since I’m coming up on my birthday. This was my second coloring appointment with Matt and he’s taken me from red to very pale blonde safely and quickly. He gave me an incredible haircut with lots of movement and the style really suits me.From the stylists, to the assistants and front desk, you can’t go wrong. I can’t recommend Matt enough!

Always a great experience at Fabrizio Salon! Staff is warm and welcoming. Experienced hair stylists! Always makes sure youre happy with your style/cut/color. We also use some of his hair products that he sells. Little bit of a distance for us but totally worth the drive every time!

Another great experience at Fabrizio...Ive been going there for years but when my regular stylist was unavailable a few months ago, I (nervously) booked with another stylist, Marianne. I just had my second haircut with her and Im loving it. Marianne is a true artist and every snip of her scissors is calculated perfection. Added bonus: shes super nice and easy to talk to!

Mary Ann - hair stylist - is fantastic. This is the third appointment that I had with Mary Ann. Her style and recommendations are spot on. She is also great with customer service: super down to earth, relaxed, friendly.

This was my first visit back in almost two years. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, and I left with a great haircut. The boost in confidence was invaluable during job interviews.

I have been going to Fabrizio for the last 3 years. I absolutely love this place. Heather does my facials and she is professional, sweet, and knowledgable. I also cut my hair with Kerri ! She knows about curly hair, and she understands what I want and how I want to blow dry my hair. Excellent job! Today, I tried a pedicure with Yudith, she was great! She is new at the salon, and she was gently, sweet, and did a great job! The people at the front desks are also super nice, they always treat me like family!!! It feels good to go to Fabrizio. My family also goes there and absolutely love it too!!!

Fabrizio is a comfortable and classy salon that is very convenient for me. My stylist, Allison, has been consistently reliable in giving me a haircut that I love.

I was unable to schedule a haircut and highlight with Fabrizio. He was booked. So, I scheduled what was available with him, a haircut. Once he saw my roots he tried to squeeze me in but was too booked. He looked at the other stylists schedules to see if anyone had a cancellation and could highlight my hair. Brittany was available. She was so nice and did an amazing job. She said she learned from the best, Fabrizio. Thanks to both Fabrizio and Brittany. As always, looking out for the customer and providing an amazing service.

While in Wilmington for a girls weekend, we found this place. We went for pedicures and, although not a listed service, massages. To say it was amazing would be a huge understatement. Nina did our pedicures. She was professional, very attentive, and fun to talk with. Matt did our massages. He was simply amazing. Its a rare thing for me to find a masseur who can actually work out all the knots in my back...and he did. If Im ever in Wilmington again, I will be back.

Victoria always does a great job! She has good ideas and suggestions but is focused on respecting what her client wants.

I talked to Carey a little bit about what I was trying to do, but didn’t really give specific direction. She took what I said very seriously and gave me some suggestions and what we could do. I frequent Fabrizio once a month or once every 6 weeks. I usually get a haircut with Victoria and she does a great job every time. I get a massage every once and a while with Amie and she does an incredible job too. I enjoy supporting Fabrizio!

I’ve gone here a few times. But today was the last. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Alyssa Infante cut my hair. I wanted bangs past my eyebrows, touching my eyelids. I requested that. Told the Alyssa how I was mortified (used that word) in the past (done elsewhere) when the bangs were above my eyebrows, too short. The pictures are what I got. This is 3 weeks before my wedding. And now I have horrible hair to try to make look okay for the biggest day of my life. I wish I never would have came to this salon.Added: photo where bangs are long is what I showed her (me in May 2023, done by Lion Salon in Norman, OK); other photos are what I look like after having my haircut at Fabrizio (March 2024)

I’ve always had a 5 star experience at Fabrizio salon. I have been a client for over 3 years and repeatedly go on monthly sometimes weekly basis. Every time I’m there I have had the most amazing experience with staff and management. Until a pricing mistake was made by one of their employees. I decided to do hair extensions, I was asked to make a deposit for the hair to be ordered which I did and was quoted a remainder balance for the installation by the front desk. Upon confirmation of my appointment I was quoted a different price (almost 3 times what I was quoted originally). When brought to management’s attention no accountability was taken. I was contacted by salon owner and spoken to in a very condescending aggressive manner. I was told I misunderstood/misheard and no mistake was made by the employee. There is no integrity exuded by management here and customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority. I ended up losing out on my deposit. After 3 years of being a loyal customer I will not be going back and do not recommend this salon. No one should be treated in such manner.

This was my first time to Fabrizio Salon. I am new to Delaware and was looking in the Lewes De area for a salon with good ratings that did perms. To my amazement, perms are hard to come by! My hair has been straight my whole life. From the 80’s till 2011 I had perms. Went straight until now, 2023. Straight is boring. My straight cannot hold a curl. So, I found Fabrizio. It’s an hour and a half from where I now live. Carmen is awesome! She listened to what I was saying and the perm came out great! Soft curls, great cut and I’m glad I found them!Will definitely be a future customer, even if it’s a hike from home!

Recently had back surgery. Everyone was over the top in graciously assisting me from the minute I until I left.

I had a very long hair and wanted to do bobcut . Maribeth really did a great job !!! The outcome was beyond my expectations!!! She also gave some tips on how to blow hair . All the staff are friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Im a new client and absolutely loved my first time experience! I was scheduled to have a full foil, wanting to go even lighter than I had been getting before. My stylists Maryann, seeing my over processed hair had a lot of reservations. Her concerns were valid because Im now in my mid 50s, my hair is thinning and have damaged from having my hair colored for many years. She , along with another stylist- Carmen, took the time to feel my hair, look at it section by section to understand all my problem areas and then helped me understand them as well. Although I was saddened to hear I wasnt going to walk out looking the way I wanted. Their gentle and caring explanation helped me make the right decision in choosing the best color for today. The othervadded bonus was they came up with a plan to gradually get my hair to a healthier place, so in the future. I can eventually achieve the color I desired. They also recommended products and hair tips I could do at home to assist in repairing my hair. I was able to get highlights and they recommended a darker base color to make my highlights POP. I LOVE my color but even more, I appreciated the time and care these two ladies gave me. Im now a loyal customer and cant wait to start seeing the results of healthier hair! Disappointed with eyebrow lamination. One brow much darker than other. Although I discussed a taupe shade, I received a brown golden shade. Several brow hairs will not lay down, although I have been vigilant about combing them. Brows look like I had my colorist (previously) apply the same color to my brows as the color she applied to my hair. It was not a good look

I havent been here in quite awhile. Ive been letting my hair grow and it was looking pretty shabby. I had an appointment with Allison tonight and Im sure it wont be my last. She was awesome, very welcoming and I felt like Ive known her for years! Super sweet and my hair looks and feels great!! Go see her, you wont be disappointed.

My pedicure with Amie was out of this world! I’ve never had someone pay such attention to detail with my cuticles which left me with this most beautiful toes. The massage was just heavenly. I feel like I’ve got new baby soft feet! This is how pedicures should be. 😊

My wife has had her haircut several times by Fabrizio of Fabrizio Salon. This last cut was by far the worst cut he ever did. When she showed it to me I saw that the back of her hair was cut much shorter and unevenly underneath making it impossible to put her hair up, as well as one side of her hair was longer than the other. The cut she asked for was for a blunt trim as she was growing her hair longer. During her cut, Fabrizio was working on two clients simultaneously therefore the attention was not given.My wife called the salon and told them about the haircut and was given an appointment with Fabrizio a few days later. After checking in for her 12:30 appointment, she waited approximately 45 minutes. Fabrizio did not respond well to my wife’s unhappiness with her haircut. She requested that he fix the unmanageable cut by cutting the bottom of her hair in a blunt cut up to the shortest hair that he had originally cut in the back. I could hear him raising his voice to talk over my wife. He would not admit that there was anything wrong with the haircut and refused to make any corrections and continued to emphasize how great he is and how much experience and training he has.If you want to deal with someone who is condescending, never wrong, always right, knows everything, rude, will not listen and will never admit a mistake, then Fabrizio is the place for you.Note: My wife went to another salon and got a hair stylist that saw what was wrong with the cut and did a beautiful job correcting the haircut!

My first massage here was absolutely perfect. Instant checkin, absolutely comfortable setting, the entire experience was fabulous. Amie, my massage therapist, made sure she understood what I was looking for as well as to realize my particular issues because of a chronic back injury. The massage was almost hypnotic. My daughter and I scheduled a gel manicure for each of us for her graduation party. There was no glue for the tips anywhere in the salon! I just had a manicure and my daughter bites her nails so had no nail without tips. The manicurist offered a partial refund but the front desk said they don’t do that. I will not go back there and would not recommend to anyone. She went to a salon near there and had her nails done and they are beautiful! I prepaid for our visit! Never again

Carrie was fantastic! i love the color + the cut! we ran a little behind on time and i wasn’t able to blow dry my hair fully. the second lady that was in charge of blow drying my hair was really rude and really slow. she had a purple shirt and a ponytail. it took her 5 minutes to do a small section and then rolled her eyes several times - then proceeded to stop and go on her phone and went to the back to be on her phone while my hair was pretty wet and i’ve been there for 3 hours at that point. the salon is gorgeous and carrie was fantastic i couldn’t recommend her enough, but that lady clearly needs a lot more training or needs to be let go.

I recently joined the Fabrizio Blow Dry Club after my phenomenal stylist, Theresa, recommended it. I have a standing appointment, every Thursday, with Li. His expertise protects my style for a week and I leave every Thursday looking perfectly coiffed for the weekend! This has bumped up my quality of life several notches! It isnt just the convenience - its the confidence in knowing that, Li, a serious professional and highly skilled stylist, sends me back out into the world with my hair down and my head high every single Thursday evening! What a luxury for $99 a month! Best hair decision ever and Ive never had so many compliments! Thank you Li!

I came in for a color correction and haircut. Chelsea was careful and thorough. Though it will take another visit to get my hair back to the desired color, the current results are very pretty.

I have been going to Fabrizios for four years. Victoria does beautiful work coloring and cutting my hair. I especially love my new haircut today. Everyone there from Taylor at the front desk to Alyssa who shampooed and applied a mask to my hair are lovely to talk to and conscientious at their jobs.

She spent time talking to me about what I wanted, and looked through the pictures I brought as reference. Nothing was done to my hair without asking my permission. I travel about 50 minutes from the Main Line PA area to get my color done by Fabrizio. My blonde hair color hasnt looked this good since I was a little girl (you know, when you have that naturally perfect hair color!). Fabrizio takes the time to really understand what you want, he did test color with different formulas on my initial visit, which was so helpful. He is like an artist when he paints my hair. What I really appreciate is that Fabrizio tells you exactly what he is going to do, explains everything, his technique etc. The salon and the staff are both lovely as well. Also, the product they have at the salon has done wonders for my hair. Five stars, highly recommend.

Very informative and gave his attention to us the entire time. I was able to be with my daughter during her hair appointment. I will say it is well worth the money to do business here. Linda is the best. She always takes the time to discuss your preferences and makes suggestions based on your personal hair type. Ive had long hair for 35 years and wanted a change and was going to go extremely short. Linda made a great suggestion to go just above shoulder length instead of a drastic change due to the fact that I had never had very short hair. She suggested we do it in steps that way if I decided to wear it long again it would be easier to grow out. I liked it a lot and the style looked good on me, but I still needed something different. Went back and Linda and after a lengthy discussion and reviewing several pictures of possible styles, Linda gave me exactly what I wanted. I never thought I would like my hair so short but I love it. Linda is amazing. She takes great pride in her work and always ensures she is making her clients happy. The time she takes to talk with you prior to cutting your hair is greatly appreciated. She is a true artist and genuinely cares about her clients and the results.

I got a haircut and scalp detox. The haircut was ok but the scalp detox was absolutely bad. The person didnt know what they were doing and my scalp detox was just a scrub rubbed on for a couple of mins and it was done. I was charged $35 for the scalp detox. Ridiculous! Dont recommend this place at all.

I’ve been going to see Matt for haircuts for a couple years now, and he always does a great job. One of my favorite things about Matt (besides how great my hair looks when I leave!) is that I don’t feel forced into chatty gossip. We talk sometimes and it is all perfectly pleasant, but there isn’t a constant need to fill the silence, which is really a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a hairdresser!

Im a long-term Fabrizio customer and I love the place. (I used to have my hair cut and colored in NYC and London -- and honesty, Fabrizio does it better). Last year, the salon began using a new hair color product --Symphony Color Line--and I was one of the first to use it. Besides a nice result I didnt expect any additional benefits. I now realize that the color has been working as a conditioner for my slightly-wavy, slightly moisture-holding hair with notable results. Prior to this, I got Tanino hair straightening treatments twice a year (expensive) just to calm my hair a bit. But its been over a year and I havent needed the Tanino. At my last appointment, I asked Fabrizio about it and he confirmed that the Symphony color line has a subtle conditioning effect on the hair. Its really an excellent product. Thank you, Fabrizio.

I am very pleased with my recent hair experience at Fabrizio Salon & Urban Retreat executed beautifully by Pamela. Since I started touching up my grey, the base color became very dark or time. After a consultation, Pamela applied a new single process color using their exclusive product called Symphony, imported from Italy. First, a slightly lighter color was applied to the roots. Next, Pamela added semi-partial highlights to create a contrast, finishing with a golden toner to enhance a warmer finish overall. The result is simply beautiful, almost like high school hair, affecting the look of natural highlights! I highly recommend Pamela to create the custom look designed specifically for you. Brittany is fantastic. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now and have never had any issues. She helps me tweak my highlights so that I am comfortable with them and she knows exactly how to cut and dry my very thick curly hair. The staff at Fabrizos is top notch. Rita at the front desk is always accodating and they are always friendly and kind when you need to reschedule or change something up.I walked in one day when I lived in Trolley-- now living in Bear, I still make the drive up to them. There is a reason I dont go anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

Fabrizio knows how to cut hair! Truly wonderful! I have been going to him for years, many of which I lived 3+ hours away and would still make the trip. I tried multiple other places of course... the haircuts would all be the same and I would have to “fix it” on my own. When Fabrizio cuts my hair he cuts my hair and doesn’t follow a “formula”. My hair looks great freshly cut and for the following months. I can’t go anywhere else- it’s just not worth trying anymore.

My hair is very long pin straight hair that just hangs flat off my head. Most places say I cant have the cut I want because its impossible. I went 2 times w 2 different stylists Carrie and matt. Both helped guid me to the exact hairstyle I wanted involving the exact maintenance level I wanted (which is nothing) my hair is still long, thinner, and has some shape now. I dont know much about the beauty world but I am not often impressed when I get a haircut and both of these stylists just made me so gosh darn happy!!! will only go to Fabrizios from here on out.

Fabrizios haircuts are so good that even after 6 weeks, a hairdresser at Dessanges in Paris would not find any need to touch it up. Excellent quality, service, and overall experience. And it has been consistent for many years!

I went for a facial with microdermabrasion and Heather explained the whole process before beginning the procedure . She’s very competent and friendly, I felt at ease immediately. The result was better than expected and I would go back to this place whenever I am in states again.

After nine months with no professional hair cut or color, it was a joy to meet Mary Ann who communicated well, listened to what I wanted, & nailed it.

The new massage therapist, Matthew, gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. He worked in stretching, alternating between sore/tight points and other areas, and payed attention to places that often get overlooked, like hands and feet. I booked my next appointment before I left!

Me and my fiancé got a deep tissue massage here and everyone that I had talked to while I was here was very friendly. This was the first massage that I had gotten and Matthew was very open to explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable. Will defiantly come back here again.

My experience at time of service was mostly great. Its the months afterwards that has driven me to make this review. This salon will email and text you every other day with advertising and has made me never want to go back. Go for a decent haircut but dont give them your real number or email unless you like a never ending barrage of marketing.

Aimee is my go-to for massages. She has extensive experience and knows how to identify stress spots. She nurtures the area and makes sure that you are comfortable and relaxed. She is a great asset to the Spa!!

This was my first time for I am quite timid about getting my hair done. I had lost a lot of hair due to medication so I am very fearful of all the brushing. I know what my comb looks like at home. I also like to trim my hair after a drink or two...so nice uneven ends there. I was given Matt as my stylist and he rose to the challenge. I knew it was going to take some time to shape and trim to get a good hair style going. He and I talked, he looked through my hair and we are going to do a session about every two months, I promised not to cut my hair and we both laughed. Staff was bright and friendly for an early Saturday...made me smile. Glad I found them.

It is the best salon - tried many in all my years but can’t say enough good things about Fabrizio and highly recommend Carmen!

The owner was really rude and attacked me personally for my negative review through private message. Im afraid I would never step foot in this salon again even if you paid me to, for any service, haircut or not.I really had super high hopes for this salon, more than any other Ive tried in recent years, partly because of the high prices for cuts, but also because their page said they are always training and learning, even from the master stylist/owner of the salon. I have a very difficult time finding someone to cut my hair right since its thick and curly, and so many people over some years now have a tendency to cut it shorter on one side than the other... Extremely hard to find someone who can give me a simple, straight up blunt cut, all the same length, even on both sides. Symmetry is important to me.I went in today and was impressed by the look and ambiance of the place, and the super friendly front desk staff, both in person and over the phone. The stylist herself seemed pretty nice the first time, and seemed very interested in what I wanted and asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted. She took her time, sectioned the hair more than Ive seen other places do, so I thought maybe shes the one. Couldnt tell until I got home and really felt my hair and compared sides to find out something was off. I called immediately and told the front desk staff there was some unevenness, and they invited me to come right back for a fix. So I drive back to the salon again, and wait a little. The stylist I had earlier calls me back, checks the front where I point out theres some hair longer on the one side, and measures and snips that, but then didnt bother to recheck the hair to make sure that was all there was, then pulled the cape off, said there you go, and walked off before I even started to rise from my chair. I was a bit stunned by that, as I felt it was kind of abrupt and brusque, but I just gathered myself and walked to the front to leave. So my nervous, shy, super polite little self actually apologizes to her for the extra trouble (instead of the other way around, after I drove there twice?), she quickly replied its no trouble and have a good rest of your day. So I go back home, check again, and sure enough, theres more thats longer on the one side that she mightve caught if she had looked and rechecked during the fix.I called the front desk again and told them it was still uneven, and when they offered for me to come back again, I politely declined and simply asked for a refund instead. Im afraid to go back to the same stylist now. I was assured the salon manager would get back to me in the morning, so Im hoping for an amicable solution by way of refund. I think $56 is too much for an uneven cut... even Supercuts $17 is too much for an uneven cut, to be honest.I have an appointment set with another salon for next week, and am desperately praying and hoping for better results Im happy with. It is getting scarily short for my comfort and taste. I am just beside myself right now, and emotionally upset with how my hair turned out, especially after such high expectations for such a high end salon.

I was in Wilmington for just 36 hours before flying back to Australia and I really needed this hair appointment (one that I had in Pittsburgh earlier in the week had been cancelled by the stylist last minute). I called for a same day appointment and was fit right in though the salon was quite busy. Kerry met me with a smile, we discussed my colour choices and decided on face framing highlights, a base colour touch up and just a trim with texturing to my thick, curly and coarse hair. I think all the assistants in the shop helped out through the process. I could not be happier.

I am deeply disappointed with Fabrizio and how they handled a mistake on their end. I have been ordering Fabrizio products for the last 2 years and have been a very repetitive customer.I spent $100 on an order to be shipped to a delivery/shipping address I provided them. Fabrizio shipped the product to my billing address which is a vacant property and I was never notified on the shipment delivery. On top of that, the property was non-existent. After making multiple efforts to contact Fabrizio, I received a response 3 weeks later.After making the mistake on their end, they would not refund or send another shipment, and offered a 20% discount which is offensive.There was no resolution to a solving a mistake/problem they created. Unprofessional.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but unfortunately, lacking skills to create large barrel curls that lasted more than half an hour - after that, my hair looked very frizzy. By the time I got back to my hotel, I tried to iron and curl my hair again, but I couldnt salvage my hair without enough time. I was disappointed and wished Id done my hair myself for a big wedding with lots of photos.

Marianne did exactly what I asked for. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back to get a haircut with her.

I went there for a chemical straighten. I was quoted $200 before even making the appointment. I told them I wanted to be sure I would be able to afford the process and didn’t have a lot of money. When I went back for my appointment and everything was done they told me it would be $700. Luckily I had the money but it was supposed to be for school. I never would of made the appointment if they had been upfront on the price! It was not at all worth it! Go to Michael Christopher’s instead!
