Dropped my kid off at a birthday party 6 minutes away at the laser tag arcade. Walked in, was greeted immediately, given various options, told about the cash/card discount.Chose 30 min foot + 60 min body and medium pressure. Comfortable reflexology chair especially after asking for a back pillow and neck towel rolled.Technique style is mostly lots of short movements rather than long sweeping or dig and knead. Body portion was all lying on stomach, did not flip.Would love to go back.

I have been going to Super Feet for a few years and have always enjoyed the services they provide. Recently I had a full body massage with April. It was the best massage I have ever had in my life! I have a lot of body aches and muscle tension and she was able to break down the many knots I have in my back. I will be going back soon for another massage from April!

UPDATE: this is response to below response from the owner. Just to clarify, the the therapist did a great job and did NOT ask for a tip. It was the cashier who embarrassed me for additional tip. The therapist and the cashier was different person. Thanks.It was on OK salon. Full body massage was nice and very relaxing. I didnt like the attitude Of the lady in the cashier. I gave a tip, right amount per percentage of the bill, but she openly commented “thats it?!” And made a facial expression. I added more tip because of embarrassmen. I will never come back here. NEVER. The 1 stars is for the masseur.

Super feet is the most amazing place if you want to relax and have a nice massage on your feet we went as a group today and enjoyed the one hour of relaxation and being pampered. I will definitely be returning to have my feet and a back massage at some point, thank you super feet .

I wish I could give 6 stars!! One of the best massages Ive ever had. I had a tension headache for 5 days straight and after my massage it was gone. I was so impressed. Friendly staff, very clean and relaxing space. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

I went yesterday for a 90 min very relaxing nice and dark and quiet the woman was great asked if it was good amount of strength which was nice she was smiling and looked like she enjoyed her job. I’ll definitely be back !!

We love super feet. The rooms are comfy and clean, it’s really nice and the staff are usually really great. The music was not on which would have been much nicer than hearing the man in the room next to us and the ticking of the clock on the last visit. Lights could have been lower and music on are our only complaints. We have been going here for years. Recommend for a calming relaxing date with your other half

My first visit was to the Wilmington location with my wife for a 60 minute reflexology foot session. Incredibly impressed. Clean, professional and extremely relaxing setting. The massage therapists certainly knew what they were doing. We will definitely be going back as well as recommending to friends and family. A hidden gem.

Very welcoming and relaxing and rejuvenating..my first time here with my partner and had a reflexology combo session for an hour. Technicians were excellent and definitely knowledgeable in their craft. Look forward to returning!

I went in for a 90 min. deep tissue full body massage with Diana today. It was amazing! She was very professional and knew exactly how much pressure to use on my body. Every now and then she would ask if the pressure was okay. I prefer medium pressure but also have trouble areas in my lower back that hurt more when she would apply just light pressure. I’ve gone to many Tui Na places and would have to say this is one of my favorites. Thank you Diana and Super Feet! I highly recommend!!

Not for the Faint of Heart, its DEEP tissue!!I went here on the recommendation of a friend, and because you cant beat the price (2 hrs for $100?!). It was a nice facility with lovely people, but this is NOT for the faint of heart!We went for a couples massage and started with the feet - it was comfortable and relaxing, but the focus was on the middle of the foot, not any of the parts you would normally think need massaging - heels, arches, toes. Harmless, but not incredibly useful.We then moved onto the body hour, OOF!!! - I dont often get massages, but they arent joking around about deep tissue! I was in pain almost the whole hour, grinding my teeth and counting down the seconds and minutes til the hour was up. I thought I was just being weak, but my husband was flinching too, and his masseuse just thought he was ticklish, which he is not, so I knew he wasnt having the best experience either.I wish they would 1) ask about the level of pressure, or 2) at least be able to read body language. I went rigid like a corpse every time he touched somewhere new, and squeaked in pain a couple times - for a body expert, I would expect they would sense/ see all my muscles clench up with each new touch.I spent the hour in pain, left in pain, and am still tender and bruised the next day - hurts to move, shower, dress, lay down, etc. I will need a different massage to undo that one, as soon as my back isnt painful to the touch.Like I said, nice place and I know some people like the pain of a deep massage, so this is definitely the place for you!

This place is super clean! The prices are VERY fair! And then do an AMAZING job. I workout a lot and carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and and neck and my masseuse could just feel every problem area and took such good care of me. 10/10 recommended!!!

The massage I received at Superfeet was excellent. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stone therapy. The therapist knew how to use her elbows and forearm to isolate certain muscle groups in the back that were in spasm. By the end of the session all my back pain had gone. Highly recommend this place. My sister told me about Super Feet she went in Tewksbury. For my friends and I convenient. We went to this place in Wilmington. I made an appointment the day before, they were able to accommodate us 4 girls in the next day. My friend and I came in early and they were able to take us in. My other friends unfortunately came in a little late, due to traffic and they were able to take them in also and had time to add another person in. My lovely lady Rita, she was absolutely amazing!! I feel like she took out all my knots. I was way overdue for a massage. I will definitely come back to her again!! Thank you!!

I came for a 2 hour combo, 7 months pregnant. The place is immaculate and nicely decorated and they are following all Covid protocols and it feels really safe. The massage was spectacular-my shoulders and back were in bad shape and I will be back next week for round 2 - definitely the best I have found in America. Great value and quality.

We went for the 45 minute reflexology massage and we were greeted promptly. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were quiet and clean and the massages were beyond wonderful!! We’ll definitely be going back again soon!

Helen was AMAZING. First time having reflexology done. Super customer service. Very clean facility, relaxing music. Best massage in a long time. I had a foot reflexology and was given a massage on my head, shoulders, back, arms and hands while soaking my feet! That was a great bonus. Used a Groupon coupon which the Wilmington facility honors anytime, not like the Tewksbury facility. Thank you for making my stress go away.

Big bang for your buck. 1 hr foot massage special $45 cant beat that. While you are soaking your feet they do a quick body massage as well. Location was clean and neat. I have been back many times with family and friends. No one has been disappointed. Staff very polite and professional. Hidden jem!

Probably one of the worst massage experiences Ive ever had. My masseuse was new, which is fine, however, he could not understand me at all, did not ask what or how much pressure to put, ect. He was 100% sick with a cold and actually COUGHING on me. The facilities are dirty, the walls have oily hand prints everywhere, mold on the ceiling and he stood after I paid and waited for a tip. Very unprofessional and unclean place.

This place was very thorough with their deep tissue massages.. I am very muscular and strong so I feel that I could take the massage a lot better than maybe some people that are a lot bonier.. any of the complaints you see about the types of massage I believe those people did not really look into the type of massage they were getting.. I came here to have deep tissue for that super good painful massage... Its important to hydrate yourself before and after .. this massage is not for the faint of heart.. if you cant handle somebody poking you with one finger dont go here.. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed my massage very much.. I showed them a picture of my recent hardware placed in my arm and said this is me.. as there is a huge huge huge language barrier between the customer and the staff... Keep it quick simple to the point and there wont be any issues.. do not buy the Groupons their prices are actually cheaper in the place.. and you will lose out on the remainder of your Groupon if it has expired. Again the language barrier makes it very hard to discuss the extra $29 I had in my Groupon so ultimately I tipped out 15 extra dollars after giving $100 Groupon that was only used $72 worth.All said and done and you want some looseness from being extra extra tight definitely come here but if youre very sensitive to the touch and need to communicate extensively about yourself I suggest you go to a different place!I would definitely recommend coming here for good deep tissue work.. were all only human and trying to service each other in the best way possible!I did not have the experience other people did with the tip but I also willingly offered 15 extra dollars as I wanted to make sure my masseuse got a tip out of everything!

I always have such a relaxing and pleasant experience. I love the new iPad checkin that lets me say what firmness I want and if there are any areas on my body to avoid for that visit. The woman who provided my service today was excellent!

Went with my partner to get a couples massage after seeing the place on Groupon. The mix of reviews on here were a bit discouraging but we were willing to give this place a shot. I enjoyed my massage, some of my knots were taken out. But, my partner was disappointed due to the fact that he felt like his masseuse was inexperienced. It seemed as though she didn’t know what she was doing. A common comment I’ve been seeing throughout the reviews. The next day, my partner woke up with really bad back pain, something that’s never happened before since he’s been getting massages at other places. The kicker was that after we went out to pay a tip the ladies at the desk were asking for more money. Tread lightly.

The gentleman that gave me a massage is extremely strong but also has a keen sense of when to soften his touch. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the premises is spotless. It was a delightful visit.

As evidenced by the reviews over the last few months this place has gone down hill. As a long time customer Ive enjoyed reflexology there (and a number of other places). The last two times Ive gone it seems like the masseuse isnt even trained, the back neck massage was very choppy (felt like hitting and pinching) not relaxing. They didnt put herbs or anything in the foot bath. Theres no real rhyme or reason for what they do to one foot versus the other. The masseuses cell phone kept vibrating and the prior time I went the masseuse was actually falling asleep while rubbing my feet. They didnt wrap the feet after the foot bath (last two times) - just folded a towel over them and proceeded to argue with me about whether theyd stamp my frequent visitor card on my way out, being with my daughter I let it go and left. When I called the next day to talk to the owner (whos in China for 3-4 months so I only had whoever answered the phone) the language barrier made it impossible to get my point across and she just kept sating no stamp for groupon (which I didnt use) and come back again, pay cash. There was no concern for the lack of training or consistency amongst staff. If you do choose to go ask for Ming (if hes still there). I havent been able to get him lately but hes wonderful.

I had a 30 min upper back deep tissue massage and a 30 min foot massage with David. The foot massage was relaxing and the deep tissue was strong enough to work some very tight muscles in my back! I will Definitively be back soon for the same treatment and recommend Super Feet to others!

It was my first experience with foot flexology. I loved it. The place was very clean, very welcoming, and extremely relaxing. I had no idea I was going to get a massage. It was absolutely wonderful.

Horrible experience on March 2nd 2021. We received a groupon for Christmas The massage tech (man) was hurting me. I asked him several times to lighten up. he was also coughing and burping over me but thats besides the point. The next day It was hard to walk my lower back hips pelvic area hurt. fast forward 6 days later I wake up in the middle of the night 3am in severe pain unable to even move so my husband could get an ice pack underneath me. after about 7 advil and an hour later i could fall asleep. Fast forward to 12 days later March 12 at 4pm I was in the urgent care - 3 prescriptions later. I called Super ( happy) feet at 10: 30 today looking to speak to an owner - I tried to speak with the manager Janlee I believe that was her name is. I tried to explain the situation and was hung up on 2x. I just want them to cover the cost of the urgent care visit and medications prescribed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I have my husband hooked on foot massages! We go a couple times a month together for the 1 hour massage. Then we go out for lunch. Its a nice way to have a date with my husband. I highly recommend Super Feet!

Super feet salon is an okay salon. The service is nice and the ladies who give the massage are good. But if your looking for a clean and fancy place, this isn’t the place. The rooms are pretty bare and it isn’t a professional salon.

All I can say is ouch, ouch, ouch! Did I say owwww? Their English is poor enough that they didnt understand my request for gentler. I also thought it was dangerous for her to use her elbow on my neck area. Elbow on my soles was also very painful. I couldnt wait for my torture to end and will never return.

Asked repeatedly that i only wanted to do my back and shoulders, kept getting touched below the waist. Pressure was too strong and she kept playing with one tendon repeatedly in my back. By the evening i was sore and by the morning i was so stiff and bruised i couldnt lay down on my back without discomfort as if they ripped some layers of skin. Didnt ask for deep tissue and doesnt feel like deep tissue soo.... be warned.

Place is a complete joke. It was not a full 1 hour massage. Upon leaving the male working there ( owner im assuming ) acts as if he hasnt been payed. We kindly show him on our cell phone that its been payed through group-on, he pulls out his phone and frantically scrolls through to indeed confirm we have already payed. After he figures that out he quickly started ASKING for a tip in broken english. Being we had payed electronically we did not have much cash on us and we kindly put 15$ on the counter( wich i think was fair for a 100$ couples massage )He rudly looks at us and rudley says “ no no, need more”. I was baffled. First he asked for a tip, then didnt like the tip he got and proceeded to ask for even more “ tip “. Never in my life have i ever heard of that.

This was THE absolute worst experience I have ever had at a spa.Firstly, they spoke ZERO English. In order to communicate with staff, one of them handed me their cell phone with their ear dirty piece for me to speak to someone else who was rude, abrasive and ignorant. Secondly, they would not honor the value of my GroupOn despite calling in advance and confirming they would. I walked out no service & and a GroupOn never to be used. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!ps I cant give less than 1 star or I would give negative stars. Just wanted to get this review posted to save others from this fate.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I received a GROUPON as gift & for the past 3 weeks Ive been trying to use it. At 1st the company told me they dont allow groupons on weekends so when I tried to use it during the week they told me all appointments are booked. So when I informed them I will pay the regular price they told me they can take me anytime. This company SUPERFEET IN WILMINGTON is a fraud & a scam DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS & I will be contacting GROUPON ASAP!
