I LOVE Kure Vape! They have a wide variety of flavors and every accessory you might need at good prices. The best part of Kure Vape is their people! I only go to the one on Carolina Beach Road because the people working there are very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I was having issues with my mod and they tried everything until they fixed the problem and explained things to where I could understand it! I’m new to vaping and I appreciate this kind of service. If you have any issues with your mod or just need juice, this is the place to go!

This store has the absolute best vibe! Felicia, Josh, and Ralph love what they do and it shows. Great selection of products and very helpful if you need some guidance. If your day is blah and you need a pick me up, go see these guys at the Carolina Beach location. They will surely make you smile!!

Always friendly and helpful! Only complaint is they have been out of stock on items I need for my current pod system at times. Other than that, great place to shop!

***UPDATE***It is now 2022, 2 years since writing this review and I can honestly say this is and will forever be my 1 and only place to shop!! Always treated with amazing skill and informative answers. Ive purchased all my vape liquid and gear only from them. They have been instrumental in helping me with CBD gummies. I am disabled and in pain, they gave me nothing but kind care in allowing me to ask questions, Til I finally decided I wanted to try them. Everything they spoke to me about the gummies, well it was spot on and helps so very much! Love each and every person at this store and I also want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything youve all done for me!!***********I Love the staff and products from this establishment. Went through different coil sizes that best suited my needs. Ive had an issue where I accidentally had my glass top roll off onto my cement porch and burst and Im sure all of us know, you cant go without it, lol, and they were in essence like my heros, lol. But I cant say enough about how much I truly appreciate the time, effort and care they have given me. Everyone there is so helpful and sweet (especially Destinee!). they are patient with any questions you may have and have amazing juices to choose from. Highly recommend this store!

Their point system is GAY!!! Employees are nice and friendly though. We spent over $600 probably in the past month between two different stores and only have 64 points. How crazy is that??? Showed our receipts and corporate office won’t do anything. I’m sorry but when customers spend that much money in a few weeks you should take care of them!!! Not impressed at all with them

Absolutely adore this store and have been only buying with them for about 3 years now. Staff at Monkey Junction and Carolina Beach Road are Great and Super Friendly!! I Usually spend about. $100 Per Month. Unfortunately they may have lost my business after changing my 2 flavors. They said the taste didn’t change only the name, but the flavor did change. WHY?? If it’s not broke don’t fix it!! I was ok when you changed Frozen but when you change Spearmint you lost me forever!! Sorry Guys that was a game changer. My mint mix now tastes like bubblegum and I am suffering here!! So sorry that I now have to find a new vape shop. I thought I had found my forever place.

The Monkey Junction location always has friendly employees that are ready to help. I cannot recall a negative experience at this specific location, which is why I ONLY use this one.Unfortunately, with my experience I cannot say the same for the location on College near UNCW. It’s been probably two years since I last went to that one, so hopefully they have a better crew these days.

Ive been a customer of MadVapes when they were still Electra Vapor. The customer service is beyond outstanding. Prices are fairly competitive and the choice of selections are very good. I believe Ive been to all the locations in Wilmington this one just happens to be the closest to my home. If youre still smoking cigarettes and looking for a way out I would suggest vaping or just quitting altogether. For those that just cant quit altogether visit this store Im pretty sure theyll have what you need to walk away from tobacco forever.

They were so friendly and absolute lifesavers. Were in town on vacation and my husband cracked the glass on his tank. They hooked me up with everything to fix it and helped me find juice that was close to my usual flavor.

I will only go here for my supplies. Avail rips me off all the time. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They will find the right product for your needs. More than once if Ive had a migraine, my elderly mother has gone to Kure for me.Shes always had an easy time of it and even once said she thought the fellow helping her might have been too nice! So I grew up in Wilmington and moved out of state years ago. My brother just had his daughter Thursday and I flew in today to spend the week visiting. Anyone who fly’s knows that if you only bring carry on luggage you aren’t bringing your vape with you. After a less than stellar trip my brother and I came here because it was close to his house. I told the guy my situation and that I just needed something to get me through the week I was here. The guy made great recommendations and went over and beyond to take care of me. If you need vape supplies this is the place to get them. I have never had such a stellar experience at a vape shop before than the one I did here. Anytime I’m in town, this will be the place I shop. I encourage everyone else to support them because they truly are awesome!

I have been vaping since March 2020 and have always had great service every time and I’ve used the Carolina Beach Rd., Both Market Street stores and the one on College Rd. Fast, friendly and helpful sales people.

The owner was very helpful, I was out of town and skeptical because a lot of shops try and rip you off when you have an issue with your mod. He explained my issue and offered suggestions. Next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to swing by thanks again buddy.

Great place for all things vape. I quit smoking cigarettes 5 years ago and I had a pack of cigarettes a vape rig. 2 days later I was cigarette free. These people are highly educated and will help you find what you want, and the customer service is like no one else in town. I dont shop anywhere else.

Chestin was an amazing help. My mod had rust all over the coil and glass and he did everything he could to remove it so that I wouldnt have to spend extra money. Kure CBD ans Vape is the ONLY store I will buy my vape products from. Thank you!

The shop worker laughed at me for not knowing as much about vapes as he did. He giggled and told me that “I was killing him” because I asked him to teach me about a mod. Wish I could give zero stars. He had a vape around his neck as a necklace. Not sure name. Big guy. White. Should be fired immediately.

I use to shop here alot until I saw my flavor from air factory being sold for 12 to 15 dollars online and they charged me 37.Dont get me wrong the customer service is awesome and top notch but it just hit me in a bad way when you are making almost 3 times more than an online store.

Great service and typically has what I need. I am a little sad they cant mix flavors anymore, and wish they would order my favorite but otherwise ok.

The name of this place is actually called Madvapes and they have a huge selection of Juices to choose from ranging from premium juices to in-house juices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend anybody go here for their vaping needs.
