One of the nicest vape stores Ive been to in all my years of vaping. Great display of products sold, and with all flavors available for testing, with disposable mouth pieces. This store carries many name brand lines of products, and they make there own juices as well. Many stores do not even give you a bag for your purchases, however this store will give you a nice cloth bag, a keychain bottle opener, and a pen. I found this to be very friendly customer service, and quality of store. Roger was at the store helping customers, very knowledgeable and great help.. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

The staff was quick to help and very knowledgeable. They took apart my device, cleaned it, figured out what was wrong with it and replaced the piece at no charge. Also gave a great a recommendation on a new juice and their nicotine pouches. They are my one stop shop for all of my vape/nicotine needs.

I have shopped at Avail since 2015, shortly after they opened, and have never looked back. I love the service I receive when I walk in the door. Most of the folks working there know my face if not my name. I can bring any problem to them and they can either fix it or suggest a good alternative. Recently, Daniel was able to help me when the glass on my tank broke for no reason.I recommend them to anyone who is interested in good quality liquids as well as knowledgeable staff.I love the fact that they extended their hours because I cant always get in there during the day. The new flavors they are always launching and old flavors getting a makeover makes every trip in there like a new adventure.... what will I discover on my next trip?

These guys were really knowledgeable and helped me get a great kit to get started with. Very helpful. On top of that they have a whole setup where you can try as many flavors as you want for a one time payment of $1. They have a huge selection of high quality e-juice with awesome flavors.

My brother-in-law and I stopped by the Wilmington location to get juice for an old mod I have. Mary Jane helped me find what I needed very quickly as if we’d known each other for years. Not only did I get my juice, but I was also sold on a new mod and new batteries. My brother-in-law gave me a ride but was almost instantaneously turned into an avail member. Mary Jane had so much knowledge and enthusiasm for her work. She was very easy to talk to and answered every question with Caribbean breeze... I mean ease. My brother-in-law ended up buying a mod and some e—liquid’s along with a lot of CBD products. With Mary Jane’s light, easy, comical personality she turned a $20 sale into a $300 sale in about 30 minutes. I live in Leland and used to go to the avail vapor store in Leland but will now travel across the bridge to the Wilmington store because of Mary Jane. She is amazing and I will only buy from her from here on out. Whatever she makes she deserves more. Roger, you have found a keeper. Thank you so much for everything you did today, past and future.

I have been getting everything I need for vaping at Avail. I do not go anywhere else as this place is great with service, prices, and knowledge when it comes to vaping and mods. I forgot his name, but the one guy that works there was very helpful and took the time to help me with my first build on a royal hunter. I was surprised with his assistance as it was above and beyond with any other stores that I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this place.

I just left avail I looked at the reviews before I went and was curious due to the mixed reviews. I am a very experienced vaper. I meet the illusive bossy manager I said nothing of the review to see how it went. First I browsed tried flavors just to watch him interact. He has a naturally loud voice but he never talked over anyone or interruped. He was extremely knowledgeable about all there products and when he interacted with me I never felt pressured into buying intact he was pushing the more reliable cheaper MOD that came with a tank vs the top of the line premium mods. My overall experience was 10 stars and I think the negative review was personal no way was it in bias at all. Avail you have earned a customer for life.

I was told by a staff member that I had to pay a $1 membership fee to try their juices. This was not upsetting until his justification. He told me this was a state law. As far as I know he was lying. Not to mention the juice selection is priced $10 above standard pricing.

Very cool shop - definitely one of the nicest in town! Went here for the first time and Chris was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips and suggestions and I wish more salesmen were like that. We felt like we were making the right choices for us as well as getting a good deal. Just came back to the store from not coming here for awhile very happy they have new employees. The girl that was in here was fantastic. She showed me all her new devices and all the great flavors. She has change my outlook of the store. Now that she is here I am more likely to come back and shop here again she was A+++

All the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful with my ecig and flavor purchases. Also they carry top quality products. I bought a Valerian tank they recommended and it produces the best flavor Ive ever experienced from a ecig as a single cool will last for 3 weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone into quality vaping. 👌

I always prefer to go to smaller vape shops, but when those stores are not open, theres a good chance Avail is.Their selection of mods, tanks, and coils is deceptively small. I own a TFV12 (a pretty popular tank) and out of the I believe 6-8 different coils built for the tank, Avail only ever stocks 2, neither of which are my favorite (although certainly the 2 best selling, lest I am sure they would stock differently).That being said though, their overall selection has a decent amount of diversity and is mostly aimed at newer vapers anyway.Their juice selection is their big thing though and the many, MANY juices they stock are all made by Avail.As one of their employees informed me on my last visit, they have even taken over production for some pretty popular juice brands like Charlies Chalk Dust and The Milkman in addition to the Avail line of juices. Their eponymous flavors havent wowed me since a couple months after I first started vaping though.The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to spend as much time as is necessary to meet the customers needs; never a complaint there.Avail will never be my go to vape shop, but their ability to be open for more hours every year than smaller businesses coupled with them taking over production of juices I already liked before they were being produced by Avail will assuredly keep me coming back.

I understand people perceive events and will form unique opinions based on that perception and this is the reason I feel it is important to share my experience at AVAIL. Specifically with those looking to start vaping and are not sure where to go. Those that posted negative reviews are well within their rights; however, I did not share (during my first visit) and do not currently share the same dissatisfaction as the aforementioned reviews. I have NEVER had a bad experience at AVAIL. The staff has been helpful in guiding me to a device that would meet my needs and did not try to up-sell to an expensive device. When I experienced a problem with a tank I purchased they corrected the issue immediately and more importantly without hassle. If I had walked into any other shop on the day I decided to give vaping a try in an effort to quit smoking I can honestly say I would not have continued and as a result would not have quit. Furthermore, the cost of devices and e-juice is cheap relative to the market in Wilmington. If someone is on the fence and cannot decide if they want to make the switch or where to go I encourage you to give AVAIL a shot because you can certainly do A LOT WORSE.

The worker there was rude and was not following nc state rules. He made up his rules as he went along. He has sold vapes to me before and I wanted to purchase 4 of them and was denied a sale and was told come back another day. I own a store and would have never denied a repeat customer. I will never go to the store again and will contact corp about this. No one should be treated like that..

One of the better vape stores in Wilmington. Huge selection and they have individual vapes for each sample to try. Nothing was overpriced. Salesperson was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.

Daniel (manager) was top notch. He was efficient, knowledgable, and polite. He took the time to explain how to fill my device and was very helpful in product selection. I HIGHLY recommend visiting him, you will be glad you did.

We all know that smoking cigarettes is bad for our health. All the studies, to date, have shown that tho more research is needed and the safety of vaping isn’t fully known, what is known is that it is far better than smoking because there are considerably fewer chemicals entering our lungs. That’s what makes Avail so appealing to me, as a person trying to quit smoking and one who has become more mindful of my health.Avail makes its own line of e-liquid, or juice, as we call it. I appreciate that it’s not just American made, but it’s also made right here in our state, NC. I also appreciate that Avail invites you to view their facilities. They have pharmacists and chemist on-site at their manufacturing facility that tests each product, and unlike other juice manufacturers, Avail does not fill their fluids full of flavour enhancers and taste boosters, thereby adding additional chemicals for us to fill our lungs full of. Avail uses VG, PG, nicotine and the actual flavour.Most vape shops are very similar to a bar or a pub, where people hang out, talk about how many wattages their new device will blow, and they sit around and vape until you have to cut your way thru to the sales counter. I like that Avail is plenty friendly, like to get to know their customers, but that they are a retail space and not a hangout.Whether you visit Avail in Leland or Wilmington, the managers are friendly, knowledgeable, and effective at keeping a staff onboard that can answer any vaper’s questions, from the beginner to the competitor cloud blower. And no matter what flavours you’re interested in, with the hundreds they have in stock in store, you’ll definitely find something that you like more than cigarette smoke.

We waited 10 minutes in there because there was only one person working and there was someone co contemplating what to buy, he was just standing there staring at them for the most part. All we needed was to see if they sold a charger for our battery and couldnt even ask a question. We ended up walking out along with 2 or 3 other people. If youre only going to employ one person a shift, train them how to help multiple people at once.

Chris was great just quit smoking and he took the time to explain everything to me Unfortunately since my last review that you will either not have the liquid or they will not have the coils that you require so I’d probably find somewhere else

Horrible. Snooty customer service reps. Sold a broken mod and were of no help to replace it. The juice is subpar for the price and amount you pay. You can get much better liquid for less from many vendors.

On the phone the guy says all the tobacco flavors are in 18mg. I drive all the way in town to purchase some and the tobacco I want they say does not come into 18mg!! I show them on the list under tobacco that same e-liquid and they guy says we dont really consider that one a tobacco I ask why is it on the tobacco list then?! The guy tries to BS his way out of it and I told them they really need help and a leader.

The service was great. The store has a nice layout with large variety of juices. Prices are far as well. They tell you the MSRP next to their prices.👍

As long as you pay them and just purchase products with no complains and no pretending, they are great. Once it comes to the problems with your vape, you can forget warranty, they will give you zero service. Horrible customer care service!

The place itself is awesome and I love the products. I used to love the staff members they were very helpful and accommodating. I dont know what happened to those workers but the one they have now is awful. He is very rude and unprofessional. I felt very talked down to and stupid. If they get back their old awesome staff I would give this place 5 stars. Im sad to say that they have lost me as a customer :(

Best word I can use would be fantastic very clean place love the way it looks inside and the staff is super super great, including the manager very attentive friendly to the upmost once you go and establish friendship you cant cheat on them they are awesome the guy with the beard and the other tall one I couldnt find a word that can describe better then family theres no way I can say anything else you have to go see for yourself these guys are awesome great job guys definitely expect me back. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Closes randomly earlier than posted on their store and website without notice. I arrived 30 mins before close and the door was locked and the employees just stared at me. Theyre overpriced as all get out. The only thing they have going for them is the wide variety and USUALLY that their open a little later on Sundays than most places, but that doesnt do anyone any good when they close early without notice, now, does it?

Very poor customer service brought back a ecig that we bought not even a week ago and they refused to help also were very rude. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

My friend went to go buy some liquid for himself and he asked for 3 NIC and Mango Flavor and he walked out and got 5 NIC and wanted to get it changed for 3 and the guy said he couldnt because he walked out for like 2 seconds.

I really like this place. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I never fell pressured to buy here and was very grateful for their assistance.

They sold me a device that, week after week, they cant seem to order pods for. Because of that I have to shop with one of their competitors, who happens to charge double what avail does. It makes no sense. My girlfriend and I have both asked them to order them for us, with no results.

The juice they sell here is subpar and expensive. Also the salesperson is always condescending. Been here three times wont be back again if I can help it.

They sell counterfeit kangertech products. My battery died and wouldnt charge and they wouldnt do anything to help me. I bought the Edge kit 3 months ago. Stay away from this brand.
