This place is great! Super relaxing environment and Lucy was a very great massage therapist. Consistently checked in with me about pressure, etc. They walk across your back, legs, and arms here and its great. I highly recommend coming here if youre wanting deep pressure. She used her heels to rub out some knots that I have and it was much needed. Thank you again Lucy and Ill definitely be returning in the future.

I walked out feeling like I was in a new body. She’s also very sweet and made me feel comfortable which is a huge plus for me.Definitely will never go anywhere else. This is now my go-to and will be making regular visits. So happy I found this gem. Please give her a try if you’re in the area and looking for a great massage!

First time review for this location. 1 hour session.1. Technique (9/10) I tend toward hard pressure, with the exception of a few problem areas. The technique of the provider I had was a unique experience. She was very hard and very sharp in certain areas of the back. I shall call it almost primal and rough. I do not mind a certain level of pain, but this was close to my limit. The exceptional part was how well this relaxed me and my muscles. There were a few times during the session that, if it had not been so sharp, I probably would have fallen asleep. When I left, I was so relaxed all over that walking and even vision was limited. Sat in my car for a bit to get my bearings. No recommended changes at this time. Quite impressive.2. Environment (8/10) - Maybe due to time of day or physical location, most of the noise was subdued. No ringing phones that I could hear. Minimal traffic noise. Music and sound effects were . No detectable smells or incense. My only recommendation would be a little more sound dampening.3. Energy (6/10) - I know this has many factors and is hard to narrow down. Energy of the provider and location was good. Better than most places. Being that this was my first visit, I expect part of this rating was just getting in tune with this provider. If I have the same provider next time , I can see this rating going up.4. Extras (9/10) - Hot Stones - I have had hot stones at many locations but this was one of the best experiences. Actually hot not just very warm. Would have preferred smoother stones but still very nice. Hot oil - again, had this at other locations, but much better experience than average.Overall rating 8/10. Definitely will revisit and could become my go-to spot.

This is my favorite place. Massages are always excellent. Lots of availability. Exactly the right amount of pressure. Perfect temperature and soothing environment.

New to the area & came based off the reviews. Called on a Fri afternoon for a Sat morning appt with no issues. I was the only one there for 90 min. I was greeted right away. Clean establishment. No frills. Lucy great…Not much talking—which I order! Affordable prices. Massage was really good! She worked out a couple knots and I’ll def be back!

I had my first massage at this establishment and I will absolutely be back! It was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The prices are so reasonable, especially for the quality of the massage. I did an hour long swedish massage and I left feeling like a new person!

On 12/29/22 I decided how nice a hand & foot massage would be for enjoyment after Christmas craziness so I called this location first & a sweet lady says “come now” ..lol however, I was not able to arrive until later. Graciously she said 1:00 was available for one hour. I have had massages for 20 years at numerous locations in the Winchester area & no one has ever given a massage like the one I received by this lady. I highly recommend the Sun & Sea Health Spa if you are looking for relaxation & expertise. I will definitely be returning in January, 2023.

Lucy is a treasure! She worked magic on my sore, tense muscles. My 90 minute massage included hot stones towards the end, a bonus she adds for 90+ minute massages. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the service you get. Put it this way, I gave her a $40 tip for a 90 minute massage because she was so wonderful.

Just had one of the best massages of my life yesterday at Sun And Sea beauty spa over on Featherbed Lane. Lucy was my masseuse and she was fabulous. She was firm but not painful and found all sorts of knots that needed to be worked out. Somehow she managed to make it therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. I had a 90 minute massage and it came with the hot stone therapy at the end which was delightful. I would highly recommend Lucy and Sun and Sea.FYI, there is a three dollar charge to use your credit card.

I had chronic lower back and left shoulder pain and I was going to schedule a visit to see a Chiropractor but my wife suggested a deep tissue massage first. I visited Sun and Sea Health Spa and Lucy focused on my shoulder and lower back. I could really feel the knots in my left shoulder area and she massaged them out as well as my lower back area. I have been pain free for weeks now and had a two day drive back to the Midwest with no issues from the drive. I highly recommend the Sun and Sea Health Spa for anyone experiencing back and shoulder pain(s). I couldnt believe a massage could be so therapeutic and healing. I am pain free for the first time in 4 years!

I had a great experience when I visited Sun and Sea Health Spa for the first time. The spa was very clean and Lucy gave me a great massage and really helped me with some back and neck issues that were related to whiplash I had experienced in my past. She is one of the most knowledgeable therapists I have ever had and knows exactly how to apply the right pressure to release the knots and tension that was causing me pain. I will definetly book future appointments with her next time I’m in Winchester!

We used to drive 2 hours to our old town for our massages. I am so very happy my nephew recommended this place!!! I had Lucy and my hubby had Cici. Both were so good. They both showed that they were very educated and knowledgeable in their trade. They definitely went above and beyond to what we expected. As veteran spa goers we definitely recommend this place! If you have problem areas or just need an all over relaxation they will not disappoint you.

I was in dire need of a massage today as I have been fighting neck pain this week. I called so many places and luckily Sun & Sea could get me in right away. Lucy was absolutely amazing and delivered one of the best massages Ive ever had. She was so sweet and excellent at her trade. The salon was clean but my one complaint was a weird smell. It was almost as though someone forgot to take the trash out. The smell hit me when I walked in and never left, even with my mask on. It would not be enough to keep me from visiting Lucy again but hopefully they invest in some oil diffusers or something to make it more relaxing.

I went in this place a week ago and it was really cold and snowing and I thought I would give this place a call and warm up with a shower and a massage. 240 dollars later in a not so warm place and a very cold lady to give me a nice warm table shower and a massage she never said anything to but turn over and threw me a towel and left. I found the robe and slippers and walked out and she pointed to the room and I said thank you for the shower. She did not say anything to me. So, after $240 for the shower and no massage I left. There are so many nice Asian massage places in the city and they do everything to make you relaxed and leave with a smile on your face. I thought I would give this place a try! Never again folks! Beware of this place and their reviews. I do not recommend this place.

Went a couple of weeks ago and it wasn’t the best. Masseuse was very rough resulting in a very painful massage. When I would ask her to ease up, she would for a moment and then go right back to her painful massage. Took multiple phone calls while I was there, interrupting my massage constantly. Pricing isn’t bad, but I personally won’t be going back.

Another great massage by Lucy! Shes incredible and I simply cant recommend her enough. Or how safe I feel at the spa during the pandemic. Thank you Lucy!!❤️🥰🙏🙌

So I was here a couple weeks ago I had a lady by the named Lucy I believe she was great soo SWEET and she stayed over just to make time for me after the closing hours I definitely recommend this place my first time here and I definitely will be returning. She is such a sweetheart!

The Sun and Sea Spa staff have always been very professional and the only spa I’ve gone to for the last 4 years. They give an exceptional massage at very reasonable rates.I highly recommend this establishment.
