First time in this store and new to Vaping and the staff made me feel very comfortable and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get the best vaporizer and the use of the different settings. Didnt make me feel pressured in my purchase and gave me good hook ups for how much i spent and starting off. Ive been back there several times since in the experience just gets better and better!

They have every bit of equipment I could have asked for! Everything for a beginner all the way up to a 5-year veteran like me. They had a few authentic mods, and even some DNA mods, but what I saw most of were clones, so they must be addressing the other comments here about being expen$ive. Excellent customer service, and the rep who helped me may have even outclassed my knowledge of vaping. SS Vapes is perfect for Winchester.

Laura is AWESOME!!!! I am a very cautious person and Im in sales so i generally see right through most product presentations. she was downright honest, methodical and informative. I always recommend her and the store and they will continue to have my business.

This place is horrible. Not only are they way to expensive . They never have anything in Stock batterys I have come in 2 times of the past 2 weeks for batterys didnt have any . And 24 gauge wire 2 weeks still didnt have any . There selection isnt great and God forbid u ask them to do a build for you lazy . Trust me I bought a device there for 160 dollars they didnt have any batterys of course so I couldnt even leave vapeing . Then I had went to cj vapor and they had the same thing for 80 . Dont be fooled go to cj vapor in inwood or Stephen city . Dont let them rip you

Drew use to help my fiancé & I, he was extremely knowledgable & friendly. Since then we have been to this location at least 5 times & have been disappointed. Today we walked in with intentions to spend a lot of money & both employees continued to sit down & watch TV instead of acknowledging us at first, then finally one said hi. We proceeded to ask questions and one of those questions we asked what coffee flavors they had, we were told none. Then looking at the juice list we see caramel machiatto. He couldnt stop watching his movie long enough to even show us a juice. For as big of a company I am disgusted with the customer service. I run a business & would never allow one of my employees to treat customers this way. Wont be back.

Awesome place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. If it wasnt for their help, I would still be a pack a day smoker. Even if they are more expensive like previous reviews claim, the assistance you get from them alone is well worth the cost.

Great selection of juice and very friendly staff. I also love that they will do builds for you I dont think I would have the patience for all that
