Visited The Smoke Up last night and as always they took such excellent care of me!! Purchased the fifty bar and it tastes amazing!!

I have always have this store praise but after today I’ll never return. One of their employees ensured me I was buying a nicotine free vape 2 weeks ago and I asked multiple times if he was for sure because I’m having surgery and can’t have any traces of nicotine in my system. I go in today to buy another and come to find out, it’s just basically synthetic nicotine. I’m so heartbroken man. A year of hard work for surgery down the drain. Def not cool .. My fault for trusting the employees knowledge.

Idk the guy who helped me but he told me he was 27 . He was very much helpful to the point I returned twice after my first purchase and he was helpful every time I really appreciated it even though It right before closing

I love both of the Smoke Up stores here in Winchester. They’re the only two vape stores I go into in town. Their customer service is awesome. And the owner Khaled is a really great guy. He and his employees are always helpful and awesome to talk to.

If you want to earn points when you spend money this is the place. Store credit, free glass, 5%(or more) off purchase. Every face you see is friendly and if they don’t have an answer to your question they will look it up. Hard working folks that will go beyond for you.

Definitely the best head shop in Winchester and its still new so thats a plus. Good prices but would like to see them stick with the Tsunami type quality they have and get rid of the cheap stuff. There are plenty of Huts around that sells the same cheap glass. But they do have the best prices on the cheap glass. Id really like to see this place go more moderate to high end because there are absolutely none around unless you want to go to Charlies in Charles Town. Ive personally been to hundreds of head shops and I like this shop and its got a lot of potential.Update. A lot more selection. Much more. Its nice to see new products, even if they are more novelty than useful. They make great gifts for like minded individuals. Good Tsumani glass pieces, not so much the larger pieces but the smaller pieces have risen. Being a former glass distributor I know a lot of that is coming from the manufacturer. Id like to see the butane prices cheaper. But to be fair, everybody charges astronomical prices on butane.

My experience with this Business is nothing short of EXCELLENT. And I am a picky person that does not write reviews for anyone. And also NOT EVEN A PERSON THAT FREQUENTS smoke shops. But as far a a business goes these guys got it going on and run a great one. They are local, Family Owned and operated, and very nice and knowledgeable people. I say business because they own smoke up AND smoke up 2 both in Winchester one off Rt 11 and one off 81 exit 315… I recommend to everyone i know not to shop for Vape, Smoke, other items anywhere but with these guys because they have such a nice collection. Better prices and better customer service than anyone in the same game. And I hope anyone that sees this takes my word and shops with them too!!!

This place is fantastic. This is one of the only smoke shops in Winchester I don’t ever receive faulty disposables from!! A great range of flavors and great wrapping paper as well! I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t before 😌

This store is the best. Best prices around but even if they dont, they price match local stores. The owner is an absolute peach of a person and the staff is always willing to give recommendations and chat/teach if you need help in a non-judgmental way. Not to mention their glass selection is impeccable. The store is huge and spacious. If you have things you want they will try to order them for you if its possible. Overall, I wont go anywhere else.

This place is my go to smoke shop for plenty of reasons. They have a huge variety of disposable vapes with great prices and the customer service is top notch. Also the girl that works there named Mercedes gave me a great deal while also being extremely helpful and sweet.

Awesome shop with great prices on everything! Best customer service of any tobacco or head shop that I have experienced. The Staff is very knowledgeable about products and details, and the owner is extremely friendly and makes customers feel welcome… The real thing to talk about and the reason to go hear though is the prices. The prices on glass here are FAR better than any place you are going to find in Winchester! Also the price on CBD, Delta, and Kratom products are a lot lower than anywhere else i have ever found! Also a great selection of products at this store!

Smoke Up is EASILY the best smoke shop in Virginia. They have the best products and prices that i’ve seen around the whole state. The owner is also an amazing guy and he really just cares about making sure his customers are happy and satisfied before walking out the door

I challenge you to find a shop thatll go out of their way to help a customer jumpstart their car. They had these new cables just in case someone needed to use them! Now that is real customer service! Best vape shop in town by far. Best selection and great customer service. They have some negative reviews on Google about counterfeit products so I asked them about this directly. They informed me that they have been receiving calls from angry competitors about their pricing being too low and they cant compete so they say their products are counterfeit so theyll receive their business. I decided to give this shop a chance due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google and I can personally say that the prices are normal (I pay about the same at other vape shops but this shop had a lot more options/better options for similar prices or cheaper) and the products that I purchased seem to be standard quality. Ill also add that they are the latest opened vape shop in town which is a huge plus for me. Ill definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a 5 star Michelin level smoke shop, anything you could possibly need from premium cigars and hookah to pet cbd as well as my favorite delta 8 carts,(highly recommended 3-chi) also has the largest collection of disposables and vape products I’ve ever seen. The owner and staff are amazing and treat you like family I honestly couldn’t give a better recommendation.

This is my favorite shop in Winchester! Smoke Up has a tremendous selection of premium tobacco, vape, CBD, Delta-8, hookah, cigarillos, wraps, cigars, and all types of smoking accessories and products at the best prices in the State of Virginia. They even have a price match guarantee, which I havent experienced at any other vape shop Ive ever went to. Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all of the products they carry and helped me navigate to exactly what I wanted. I used to smoke Rare, but after a while, I got sick of it. Aaron recommended I either try the SWFT Mod 5000 Lush Ice or Elf Bar 5000 Watermelon Ice. I decided to take the SWFT Mod 5000 Lush Ice, a phenomenal recommendation by Aaron, and Ive now tried about six flavors and havent switched ever since. I got sold broken stuff!! I work right behind this shop at jills barbershop so now we will get some justice. I tell every haircut about my experience!!I got 2 different devices here and 2 juices to fill them and my total was around a hundred dollars. Both were completely defective and when i asked for help to get them to work, i brought in my mini toolbag and even with seeing my decices were lemons, i was told that-1. No he wouldnt exchange or refund them according to the sign posted. I said surely that means unless u sell something that doesnt work? &2. . No he would not leave a message for the owner/manager and if i wanted to speak to him, I would have to come in according to HIS schedule after 5pm certain days a week.So rude. So unacceptable.

Owner is very rude and does not know what is in his own store the new employees are not helpful what’s so ever. the products are cheap but I don’t trust them everything I buy there breaks in a day. Would not recommend going here.

If you vape you know how difficult it’s been since we can’t order online anymore. I have left my number with numerous vape shops asking to buy an entire box of a specific vape juice and they always say they will call and I’m still waiting on that (300 days later 🙄) until I came here and met Erin who will call whether or not he can get my order but in fact almost always does. Idk about other products but I highly recommend this place for your vape pleasures

I bought 3 hyde banana ice 3000 puff Chargeable disposable vape pen. 2 out of the three leaked from the charging port and the seem from the top. Pretty much anywhere theres a seem or hole after a few days. I was wondering why they were only charging half the price of what any of the othere smoke shops around were selling them for. They were 17$ compared to other shops that sold for 32$ that was the first purchase and the pen didnt leak. 2nd time purchasing they charged me 7$ more cause the boss wasnt happy with the price. the last 2 I bought leaked. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!

I went in to buy RAW perforated tips but after i left i realized that the tips said “made in china” (RAW is only made in spain!!) i will not be returning because i do not trust a store that will lie as if it were authentic.
