Wow what an excellent experience we had today!!! I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday today, was our first time trying Health Spa and it did not disappoint. Coco and the other sweet lady (sorry I did not catch her name) were FANTASTIC! They were professional and went above and beyond to give us a great first impression of their spa, we will most certainly be returning customers! Highly recommended the hot stones! Thanks ladies for the special treatment for my man’s birthday gift today!

My husband first massage and he loved it!! NO Rudeness no rushing was great He loved the hot rocks...I also enjoyed a great relaxing massage with no rudeness. I had Coco and l loved her. Definitely be going back. As far as tipping goes l give what l can afford. I feel a tip is extra above what l paid for the massage. So l.dont add that pressure to myself.

One of the best massages I have ever had. No waiting and you get the full 60 minutes. Hot stones were amazing and next time I will get the 90 min. Massage.

I have received a lot of massages in my life. CoCo gave me the best massage i have ever had. She knew exactly where to focus her attention, by listening to body. Will DEFINITELY return.

I had an amazing couples massage here with my husband today. Lily was my masseuse and Coco was my husbands. Both ladies were very nice and professional and did a great job. We got the combination package for deep tissue, oil/swedish, hot stone, and reflexology massage.For me, the massage was perfect, firm, and got out tension and knots without being uncomfortable or painful. Lily made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and I would recommend her highly! My husband said Coco did a great job too, especially with helping stretch you out at the end of the massage. We both will definitely come back and encourage anyone looking for a place to have a pamper day to come here.

If I could give less than 1star I would. Nancy was my masseuse and I wanted a deep tissue massage - I am still trying to figure out what kind of massage I actually got but it was NOT a deep tissue massage. It was the absolute worst. She missed the key muscles that are normally covered. In addition she left the room to take phone calls, to talk to customers with absolutely no apology. It was unprofessional, not relaxing. When it came time to pay they want cash and didn’t have change. I am beyond irritated and will Never Be back. I don’t recommend this place.

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage. We scheduled our time, they rushed us to our rooms. Which ended up being separate not as they advertised, when expecting couple massage room. They didnt ask us any questions on what type of massage we would like, website shows they offer 5 or more options. The pressure was so intense, we are 36 hours after hurting, they focused on the same spot in the back for 45 min, possible 10 min on the front. After we finished, lady was very hasty about payment immediately, barely 3 min to get dressed and walk out, then pointed to the recommended tip board, (we always tip in cash), he ran his card and I was going to leave a tip cash and I swear she started cussing him in her language, and we both looked over and said, we pay cash for all our tips..... super awkward, definitely not going back felt very cheap and not therapeutic and relaxing what so ever 😐 😑 😳 we learned a lesson on this one!!!!!!

My wife and I just had 1 hour massages.My therapist name was Coco, and she was amazing. She worked the tight knots out of my back and neck. My wife also had a great experience!Thank you for the great service

I have been seeing Coco regularly for a few years and am always extremely pleased with the quality her massages. She takes the time to work on my trouble areas during a given appointment, which I have a lot of. Not only is she very strong and can give a proper deep tissue massage should you need it, she is also one of the sweetest people Ive had the pleasure of knowing. Highly recommend!

Nina was fantastic! Great massage. She did some light stretching of my extremities that I haven’t ever had a masseuse do before. I loved it and felt so much looser after. Temperature was perfect. I felt comfortable the entire time and she asked several times if I was okay/comfortable, which I appreciated. Price is comparable to other places. Don’t let the look of it deceive you. I’ve been to much nicer looking places but got a mediocre massage. This is the place to go for a truly fantastic & relaxing massage. Ask for Nina!

I called this Spa at 7 pm on Friday evening Sept. 1, 2023. I asked if I could be a walk in. I was happily told yes right away. I then asked if they would do a foot massage. The lady got silent then said we um, we um, you call another Spa. We are too busy. I wont be calling again I suggest no body call either. I dont give this business even 1 star but had to click on it to leave this review

I have been coming here for almost a year to get great massages with hot stones for a reasonable price. Coco is awesome and always adjusts the pressure to address my knots, tension and sore places.

My wife and I went their last minute on a whim. Been to a lot of massage entities including the big membership ones. My wife and I both came out wowed. Nice people, clean place, really good massages, we dont always agree. I had Cocoa who has been doing it for 10 years. It was obvious. I swim, bike and lift weights. I can get pretty knotted up, she worked them all out. Definitely on the go back list.

Wonderful Swedish massage with CoCo! She found every knot and sore spot and made them better using her expert hands, hot stones, and movement. So good, highly recommend.

The best massage both my husband and I have ever had. We scheduled day of when we both woke up with painful backs, and were pleased to get an appointment. The service was spectacular once we arrived. They are accomodating to our schedule no matter when we need to get in. Their technique always relaxes our tense muscles.

Have been looking for a great place for massages locally and I am happy to say I have found it. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, the staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and intuitive. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I will absolutely be returning. You should give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I had scheduled an hour massage here a week ahead of time and when we showed up, they had no knowledge of it. Then, the massage lasted 10 minutes over so they charge me for an hour and a half massage, fine. When I went to fill out the receipt for them , I left a $17 tip which was I guess not high enough because the lady REFUSED to let me leave until I tipped more...I understand tips are a huge part of their pay but to refuse to allow me to leave until I gave them a bigger tip is outrageous

Phenomenal! The staff are incredibly kind and listen to you so that they can address your problematic areas. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the beds are warm. I absolutely love the hot stones and scalp massage. My masseuse was heavy handed and made for an awesome deep tissue massage. I will come here over and over again. Amazing!

Excellent massage👍very professional setting.I have chronic neck and lower back issues that have built up for many years. I have had massages before but never changed the way I feel physically. I felt sooooo taken care of and relaxed by the end of the hour. I think it was well worth the money. I would go there again next time Im in town.

Last minute our party of 4 searched for a spa that could accommodate all of us at one time. Health Spa was super accommodating, professional, and an inviting atmosphere. We’ve been receiving massage therapy for 15 years and these ladies are unique! From relaxation, to circulation, to releasing tight muscles, they are superb. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the body and art of massage. My wife is a dental professional and highly recommends this business!

The massage therapists are excellent. They listen to you to ensure you receive the most beneficial massage. I have been coming here for almost 4 years on a regular basis. I will never go anywhere else!

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic 60 minute Thai massage. My first Thai, his first massage. WOW. I will never go anywhere else for a massage. We are pretty vigorous exercisers, and I left feeling like my muscles had undergone some serious work. Amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back!!

First time here and it was pretty great. The only thing I will say is these ladies know deep tissue and are at times too rough, but honestly id rather have to rough then feel,like my massage was a tickle so to speak. The facility felt clean, the lady giving me my massage was polite, and they utilized the whole 60 minutes massaging. The 1 thing that might improve there service is to ask about problem areas and any medical conditions. They did not do this, but fortunitly got my problem area anyway.

I have used this massage spa multiple times. Each time i have arrived in have been in pain, tense, and stressed. I have left refreshed, relaxed, and able to take on my demanding work week. I recommend both Coco & Nancy for services.

I absolutely hate oil of any kind. When I left, I felt like I had been dipped in a tub of oil. It was even squishy between my toes. I had a card to get stamps on the back but the lady refused to stamp or sign it. Said they aren’t doing that today. Then, she charged me more than the price list.

We wanted a couples massage, and we were put in seperate rooms, didnt care for that. More of a rough rub down instead of massage. The ladys ring was digging into my arm i wasnt sure if it scrached me until after the session was over. When we went to pay she said she prefer cash so we got our money together i was gonna leave 10.00 dollers tip each. She pointed out the the tip chart. We will not be returning.

We went for a couples massage. This place was very unprofessional. I was cold the entire massage. My person literally put oil on me, no massage techniques were used. if youbare looking to have problem areas worked out this is not the place

My husband and I just moved to Winchester and we’re fearful we wouldn’t find a great massage place. We booked a couples massage and had a great experience! The girls were very thorough, friendly and we will definitely be coming back regularly.

The facility was clean and the staff friendly. The massage was more filler than actual massage and the 2 hours I paid for was not 2 hours.Afterwards I was pressured to leave a 33% tip when I presented a 20% tip.

Despite the confusion on the right location, I had a wonderful Thai message with a Lucy I believe her name was. I had asked for a deep tissue but she gave me the Thai instead upgrade free of charge. It was worth it! I would love to go back again.

My girlfriend and I had a couples massage here and it was AMAZING. They used hot stones, their hands were warm and its like they just knew which parts to focus on. I will definitely be going back!

I went in on a Monday to relieve tension in my shoulders and was sore when I left. As the days went by I had pain between my shoulders. By Thursday I couldn’t lift my arms above my head and I couldn’t sleep because of the pain. I have had many massages by real professionals. This lady was not a professional masseuse!

Best massage Ive had. They even give you a scalp and face massage which Ive never had anywhere else. They are very kind and attentive to your needs. Good pricing and clean environment too.

Massage was decent, however when paying for a couples massage we were made to feel our tip was inadequate and guilted into increasing the amount of the tip. Will not be back.

The service was good but we asked for a couple message the prices was $120 for an hour we went to pay and left a pretty good tip the lady then informed us that she work to hard for that amount that she wanted more $20 per person I think that’s crazy that she didn’t want to let us leave till we tip what she wanted
