Plume House will always make you feel right at home! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. They also have a huge juice and device selection that will blow your mind! I’ve even found some things here that were priced way cheaper than the other vape shops! I highly recommend checking them out yourself and see why they continue to be one of the best!

I arrived an hour prior to the walking mall fully opening with the intent of purusing Nepalese trinkets. When I realized my destination was not yet open, I just began to stroll around. I happened to walk past this establishment and noticed all of the incense which drew me into the store. To my surprise it was much more than that. As I completed the purchase the kind man gave me a sample pre roll, they called trail mix I was very grateful for this generosity. However, within my mind not expecting it to be much of anything. Having tried gas station hemp (because I was out of the real stuff), I completely dismissed it as garbage. Today, my bigoted opinion has been humbled 😁 because this was excellent and far beyond what I expected.... The customer service was awesome too. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this store for the last few months even though it’s a bit far from me due to the high quality product and service everyone provides at this location. Absolutely love this place. Most vape shops have extremely bright lights that make it super uncomfortable to enter the shop but this place has low lights and a very relaxing atmosphere. This is likely the greatest Vape shop I have had the privilege to visit. The staff is always friendship and Connor always has the hot recommendation. He is an arbiter of taste each time I visit and the establishment always seems to have something new that I’ve not been made aware of. I absolutely LOVE Plume’s. It’s the only shop in Winchester I go to. So far, Al has been my go-to guy for everything, but I’m fully aware that the rest of the crew is fully knowledgeable on their product as well. They’re all always so welcoming and willing to help with any vaping needs!

First visit to the Plume House. Loved it! The selection is very large and you dont just buy and leave. The guy answered all my questions and showed me how to use it. He also has plenty of juices to choose from. Will definitely be returning for flavors and accessories each time I need them.

Convenient but really overpriced, plus when I asked him if a juice was milk flavored it really wasnt and there are plenty of strawberry milk flavors that could have been recommended. I thought it may not be because there wasnt milk on the cover like the other one The Graham Slam.it was an honest mistake because I saw other websites advertise it as milky, after trying it and being disappointed I checked the main Mamasan website and confirmed it. Strawberry, Graham and honey, too sweet without the creamy to even it out. Ill get another milk one when I can afford to and add to it. Its great to have a place I can walk to and is open late for emergencies but for price Ill go to me reg place.Really nice people though, I think . Thank you

Went in to purchase a vape and had a few questions regarding which to buy as there are many options. The employee guided me to a very affordable piece and explained how to refill the pod (I hate dealing with coils etc.). The gentleman was very kind and patient.

The owner Kirk is the most compassionate guy you’ll ever meet, he’s rarely in the store but his main consultant Duck is the man! Never been here before and i needed gummies so i called in to ask if they had any and the guy was super rude on the phone. After he explained all he had i was like “this is all you have right?” and he responded “is that not enough” Super rude and ignorant. Called on a wednesday at 7pm since i didn’t catch his name.

Smoke shops are nothing new in Winchester, however good ones are basically non-existent! Weather you are of the new school (disposables/cookie cutter) or that of the old school (RBA/taste testing) there is something here for everyone. I have been to a lot of shops and if you would like the now out of business KMart of shops skip here and go somewhere else. If you prefer a tailored, options, useful experience that is rooted in knowledge and experience come here. While elfbar, and other no fuss no miss gen whatever is here as well its the RBA, RTA, RTBA, and so on that matches and continues to dominate choices every time I am looking for something original and useful. Juice selection, flavor, brand and quality has no rival here. Truly a shop I will continue to go to and will always be at the top of my suggested shops to go to.

Being I live pretty much an hour away, it was completely worth the drive! The location is perfect. With multiple little restaurants and shops to browse, you can easily spend a great day there. Impeccable customer service, friendly locals/regulars, and for a small fee you can taste bottles upon bottles of juice! The few times Ive been in this establishment, Duck was very standoffish and rude towards me, not sure if I had done something to offend him as I am kind to everyone I meet. I still bought something every time I visited, despite how put off I was by his demeanor towards me (again for whatever reason) not sure if i would return, though, as my repeated visits have disproven my conjecture that he was just in a bad mood or something the first time.

Ive been here a good number of times. Tonight I met the owner without knowing it lol. I love this place. They have a good selection here and are in a prime location along with being open late makes it a fantastic shop. Along with lots of chill space and employees who are extremely helpful and not judgy or in a hurry makes it a prime shop in Winchester. If you dont want to struggle for parking and walking there is a parking lot off Indian Alley that is marked as 3hr max parking that you can park in and it makes it just a quick walk.Edit: one of my bottles leaked everywhere on the ride home. It was no problem or hassle to take it back and get a new bottle of the same stuff.

If I have the time to go buy my vapes from a wizard, I absolutely will. Staff is all around great and huge selection there, too!

The guys working there are so wonderful and helpful.Zack builds the best coils ever and even took the time to help me learn about building coils and Ohms Law. Hes a great person to sit and joke with and discuss anything vape related. He knows the best and worst products on the market and can give you an educated opinion on what to buy and what not to buy.Carlos is more on the quiet side, but is a super nice guy. He has tried to teach me how to do Vape tricks and can wrap a mean battery...lol.Last, but not least, is the owner, Kirk. There are no words that could really describe how wonderful of a person Kirk is. He cares about what his customers want and is always striving to please any and everyone who walks through the door. Hes also a very sweet person. To know him is to instantly like him. He makes everyone feel welcome who enter his shop. Hes also an amazing friend.If you havent been to Plume House, you need to get off your butt and go. It is an amazingly fun atmosphere...were always laughing and having a great time. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Tonight was my first time going to Plume, and I wasnt there long, but Al seemed to figure out the EXACT vape thats best for me, without even KNOWING me! I got a Geek Vape Aegis Legend for an AMAZING price! Its water proof up to a meter for up to 30 minutes, it can be dropped safely up to 2 meters (6ft), although the batteries could be damaged if its over 1 meter, its dustproof and is safe in a dirty environment (not sure exactly what that means, but sounds like it could be safe at construction job sites), it has firmware updates when you hook it up to your computer (not apple), and SO many things I dont even know about yet!!!Now, back to the store, lol. They have like 20 shelves of juice! I LOVE that they stay open so late! 11pm on weekdays and I think 1 am on weekends, but dont quote me on that last part. It has a nice cozy feeling, so comfortable. They even have a loyalty program similar to the one at Vaperzz where every dollar is a point, and 100 points gets you 5 bucks off, and you get a free bottle of juice on your birthday! Theres even an app for the program called five star or something. Not sure whats up with that cuz I havent downloaded it from the link I got from the text Plume sent me.The 2 guys I met, Al and Duck, were SUPER friendly, knowledgable and informative when I asked questions. I recommend this vape shop to ANY vapers!
