Angel Touch Nail Spa Salon

I just want to start out by saying Angels touch is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to in years. They always get each and every style you like correctly also they are very friendly workers They make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Unlike other salons they make sure you like the work before you leave I’ve never had any bad experience.

I always go to San when I visit Angel Touch Nail Spa. She is always so sweet and professional. San always takes her time on my nails and she does an excellent job each and every time. The Spa is always clean and well kept.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! They are so sweet 🥹 I had an issue with another nail salon and I called about getting a gel polish change and I was super upset but they were so sweetI will definitely bring my business back to them 🩵🩵🩵

Horrible service, was basically racially profiled to get basic stuff without offering options, was not offered wine or water but other people of another race did not have to ask was waited on hand and foot. I did not get the nail design I wanted, the nail tech did whatever she felt like doing, even though I showed her a video. Did not use the products I needed but charged me for extra long nails and my nails were normal length not even long. I refuse to spend another dollar there after the disrespect me and my family was shown today.

San does a great job on short nails! When I moved here, I couldnt find anyone who didnt mind doing short nails. Shes the one. Great atmosphere in this salon!

This is my place to go when I want to be pampered always get the best service. Sophie, john, sin all the staff they are just great. Not to mention my Friday massages by Tia I love this place. Its clean everyone is very friendly and accommodating my husband loves it too

The girl that did my pedicure was on the phone the entire time. Although she did a good job this was not very professional

Ive gone here for many years. but was disappointed today. Nails were not done well at all. I had to file rough edges when I left. Cuticles were not trimmed on finger nails or toe nails, until I asked and then they certainly were not done well! I dont use polish, so she buffed my nails. When they rang me up - $67.00, I was told there was a charge for buffing!! There has never been a charge for that previously. My visit today, as far as I am concerned, was a waste of $67.00!! I could have done what they did today at home for free.

If im going to be charged extra because i wanted my nails in the coffin shape (i have never had anyone charge me extra for the shape i wanted) i would expect them to look pretty good. my left hand looks fine, but every finger on my right hand is crooked and not shaped well at all. everyone was super friendly and it was very relaxing but to get crooked and uneven nails for almost $50 is disappointing.

Angel Touch is a very nice salon. They offer a wide range of services for a fair price. John and San always do a great job on my fingers and toes. They also have waxing and massage services. I would highly recommend Angel Touch!

Always do a great job, the last gel manicure I got lasted for over 2 weeks and never chipped. The only reason I had to take the polish off is because of regrowth. They are also very efficient.

They have SUCH a wide variety of fancy pedicures! This time, I tried the basic pedicure and SNS instead. It still involved a back massage setting on the hair, I still had hot towels, and my feet were still smooth.I forgot how long SNS takes, but its been 8 days, and all I needed was more top coat on vacation.

Went to this nail shop on 2/23, they did a TERRIBLE job on my nails! Still paid $72…was never rude about it! On 2/25 noticed an additional charge for $15. Contact them to ask about the charge and was told that they didn’t charge me enough because I got gel polish on my toes. Was never notified that they would be charging me any additional charges. When they had my contact information on their sign in sheet! They simply used my information and charged my card again. I do not recommend them at ALL!!!!

The service is pretty decent. It’s nice and clean but… they use extremely cheap low quality acrylic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The nails pop off like press ons.. I used to go here a few years ago & had issues with the nails just popping off. I figured since it had been a while that maybe they changed. I just got my nails redone 5 days ago (color change & 1 nail fix) & I already have 2 broken nails. Not to mention I got this full set 2 weeks & ALL my nails were lifting within the first week & 1 broke. I’m disappointed I couldn’t give a good review. I will not be going back & never recommending this place to anyone again. This will be the 3rd time in 2weeks I have to get my nails done again.

I had been going to Angel Nail for a one year. Two months ago got SNS refill. The technician left some of the color on. The second time went again for a refill. Different Technician left some of the color again. So about that time I had 3 colors of nail paint on. I ask her why you left the paint on. She said “It doesn’t matter just a little bit of paint on it want hurt your nails. I went to another nail salon after that. They took my color off and ask me did I gave lots of different colors on. I told her the technician had left it on and she said “one of my Nails has fungus under it”. I won’t be going to Angel TOUCH anymore.

I walked in on a busy Saturday, with a nail emergency! The day before I had SNS done on my nails at another salon & my nails looked grotesque. The girl at the front desk was appalled by how horrible my nails looked and brought Angel (owner) over to see if they could be fixed. They were able to squeeze me in & basically completely redid my nails for only $25. The vibe of the salon was wonderful. You can tell that everyone who works there is happy & their customers have been going there for years. Angel stopped by to chat & make sure that my nails were all even & that I was happy. They made chicken s**t into chicken salad. I can’t wait to go back & let them work their magic on my nails from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon.

I went here today for the first time as a last minute need for a pedicure and I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very nice and the place was clean. She took her time and made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely go back with for more pedicures! The lady who helped me was named Beth I believe and she was great!

This business has been here for so long and never disappoints. I have been a personal client of Angel for almost 8 years and she and her employees are top notch. I have received some sort of service from each employee. Never any issues. The front desk is always friendly and attentive & I never leave unsatisfied with my service. Anyone who has experienced otherwise is just plain not being completly honest with themselves. Always will rate this salon 5 stars 💜💜💜💜💜

I have been going to Angel Touch for over 4 years and have always had great service. A friend recommended Angel and her shop and I have never regretted it. Angel is extremely talented and my nails are done better than I have ever had before. She cares about how her shop is run and her staff is always polite and professional. High marks to this place and definitely recommend it to anyone.

This salon came highly recommended. My friend and I had a manicure on Saturday. Our polish was chipping by Tuesday. My friend contacted Angel and we went back in for a FREE nail polish. Then when we arrived we were told that we should have gel polish. We did has recommended but then was CHARGED $20.00. Spoke to Angel and she missed the entire point of Dissatisfied customers that had already paid $15.00 for service that lasted less than 3 days. If they had charged an additional $10.00, we would have understood as the price of gel nails is $25. O0. Will NOT be returning. Angel lost a long time customer and a new client.

Prepare to luxuriate all while staying socially distant! They do a temp check upon arrival, ask you to sanitize your hands before receiving service. They have a portable Plexiglas partition that they set up between the pedicure booths if necessary. They have Plexiglas desktop partitions for manicures too. Soft atmospheric music plays, the scents are inviting and encourage relaxation. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming and speak in hush tones. Only my first visit but I will be back!

U can make an appt or walk right in & usually dont have to wait too long. The employees r kind & kno how to pamper u. They have a price list to look at if u arent exactly sure what u want to do. It easily explains what they offer, the differences between the options as well as the cost of everything which can be very helpful. They sell gift cards. There are massage chairs with remotes that provide a lot of relaxation while u receive ur pedicure (whichever one u choose to get that day). They even have special little animal chairs for kids to sit in while they get pampered too. They offer several different great smelling pedi options. They always do a wonderful job on my familys nails. The polish always stays on & looking good for a couple of wks. But do NOT get your lashes done here! My gma did twice....1 time she hadnt made it home before the glue was irritating her eyes & the next time they didnt look even & they began to fall off a couple of days later. I had my lashes done the last time I went to get pampered & I left looking great. I was careful & took care of them but after 2-3 days they began to fall off, sadly. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I loved this place! Got sns for the first time a little over a month ago! The owner is awesome! She did my nails and mad me feel comfortable and talked to me the whole time! Quick job very professional! Great price ! Some places charge you for adding fake nails to your sns but they don’t! Got a full set! the place was super busy and they still make you feel like a top customer ! I tried another place but I regret not coming back here instead . Definitely making this my go to nail salon! ♥️♥️♥️ Nothing but love

Nice and friendly staff. Did do a good pedicure and nails. I Have tried walk in before on Sunday at 3 pm, I couldnt be seen. The girl at the front said I must Make an appointment for next day. They dont use real SNS products but charge more than other salons that do.

I have been a long-time customer of angel and have always been very satisfied. I returned after not getting my nails done for several years. I brought my best friend with me. We got a manicure. Within 5 days our nails were chipping. I called and told angel and she said to come in for a redo and that we would not be charged. When went over and were advised by a customer that getting gel polish would be better than regular polish. We did that. A gentleman and a lady employee began arguing with me about the cost of getting gel instead of regular polish. Angel was there with a customer but did not say anything to me or my friend. While our nails were being done they did not talk to us but talked in their language in front of us. We could both tell they were angry with us. When we got ready to leave angel still did not speak to us but told her girl to charge us $15.00 for the polish. It was regularly, $20.00. In the end she was very unprofessional and did NOTrake care of the customers at all. We will never return!!

Angel has been my nail tech for 22 years. She is absolutely THE BEST in Winston Salem! I am very particular and she goes over and above in her service and demands the same quality in her staff. I love my time spent at Angel Touch!

Excellent service today as always! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and continue to be impressed even in a pandemic with the clean, beautiful environment! Including the friendliness of staff. Angel the owner is present and so kind and JT did a wonderful long pedicure today, she’s so sweet and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!!

I had been coming to this salon for 2 years since I moved to NC. However, the past few experiences I have had there have me now looking for a new salon. Recently a young man did my acrylic fill-in and while his work on my nails was great, his customer service was terrible. After filling in my nails, I was rushed to the drying table, while my nails are still wet, he hands me a receipt and asks me to pay. After I fished my debit card out and handed it to him, I see that I have been charged extra for a nail cut down that I did not receive. This has happened 3 times now at this salon and unfortunately I am done. Also while signing the receipt the technician asks for his tip, I usually tip cash but went ahead and added it to the cc receipt this time, after looking at the tip he asks if that was all, I have never felt so uncomfortable getting a service at this salon. I previously sent my grievance to the salon in a private facebook message which was read but not responded to. Its a shame, because I loved having the salon so close to my home and overall the employees are wonderful, but just make sure to watch your receipts for additional charges.

Great place for manis and pedis! I am, frankly, stunned by the negative reviews, as I have been getting my nails done here for almost 10 years and have never, ever had a problem. I always make an appointment and never wait more than a few minutes to be seated. The technicians are fabulous and I leave looking and feeling like a million bucks. Give them a try - you wont regret it!

I visited this salon for a pedicure over the weekend, booking an appointment for 6:15, as I wanted plenty of time before the salon closed at 7:30. When I arrived, most of the nail techs were standing around talking, so they werent very busy. The first two techs the receptionist asked to take the appointment said they didnt want to, but finally a third tech agreed to my service (mind you, I get pedicures frequently so it wasnt like I was walking in with cavewoman feet or anything). Way to make a first time customer feel welcome, people!I was brought to my pedicure chair and waited to start my service, only to bear witness to an employee getting reprimanded 20 feet from me by who I would assume is the owner of the salon. I was embarrassed for her and the other customers in the room. Joy of joys, that same employee was now in charge of my feet!I will say I experienced two firsts here. This was the first pedicure Ive ever received while the nail tech talked on the phone on her bluetooth headset, and also the first time a nail tech has stopped my service, more than once, to text people on her cell phone.As I mentioned earlier, the salon closes at 7:30 on Saturdays. What I didnt expect is that at 6:45, while I was still in the pedicure chair, that they would start deep cleaning the room. Scrubbing foot tubs, mopping, dusting, powering everything down. Again, making me feel less than welcome and rushed to get out the door 45 minutes before closing time. I would expect that at 7:15, but it was unprofessional to literally be scrubbing and mopping around my chair while I was trying to have a relaxing pedicure.The pedicure/polish wasnt bad, but wasnt enough for me to consider returning to this salon, especially when there are so many others in the area that provide better service. Its a shame, because when I got there I was really excited about the really cute childrens nail area, and thought about how fun it would be to make a regular nail date with my daughter at this salon.

This is the best nail salon ever!! Anytime there is a problem they are always quick to help or fix it. Very calm and relaxing! Also, Angel Touch never smells like the other nail salons where you get hit with the smell of acetone as soon as you walk in! If you’re looking for a clean, calm enviroment you’re gonna wanna go here!!

While my wife’s technician did a fine job, the technician across from her enabled his customer’s incessant political rant, who seemed to be purposely loud for all to hear. Going to a spa should be relaxing and fun, not stressful and disturbing. She will not return.

Terrible experience Sunday! Had to go back same day and get toes redone, polish coming off. The polish was thick so she thinned it out, picked different polish and next day that polish is coming off. The quality at Angels had definitely gone down. Wont be backKathy G.

I am MIND BLOWN at the services I received from San today. She did an amazing job! I really love her work omg. She handled my feet with COMPLETE care and I got my money worths. I promise if you go to Sam you will NOT be disappointed. I am beyond amazed as of how much time she spent on my toes. I am now a regular client and will not be taking my money anywhere else. I am soo happy with my services today and I will definitely be leaving a tip for Sam!

WORST NAIL SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ! The place was well put together but the employee work is pathetic! Paid them $64 and was not satisfied with manicure or pedicure! Had my nails done for 2 days and look like its been 2 weeks already! My pedicure was awful the paint job look kiddy and my feet was not smooth afterwards. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Ive been coming regularly for my nails and brow waxing. Every time they do an excellent job, no matter who does it. They are quick, kind and make you feel at home. Always look forward to coming in.

Angel Touch has been my place for years for great looking nails and terrific pedicures. Ive been going to Angel for nails and to John for pedicures. They are always willing to make sure whatever is done, is perfect. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Had a bad experience with a pedicure last summer; ended up with a foot fungus. But, decided to try the nail service. It was terrible!!! I went three times and each time I asked the technician what was the problem. Each time Lei told me it was water. I had fungus growing under six of the ten nails.I will never go back. Dont recommend this salon.

Went in after a high recommendation. Was told you need an appointment. I just want a polish change. Told to come back later. I said nope wont be back. This is crazy and very poor business sense. Horrible

At first she only put one layer of sns powder it was so thin I could see my nail bed underneath. When I asked her to make it thicker she had a incredible attitude and did a terrible job.

They are amazing. I take my 5 year old daughter here for special Mommy/, Daughter dates and they always treat her like a little queen.

I recently had a manicure by Johnetta I’m a diabetic and I have very bad neuropathy in my hands and arthritis in my right hand I couldn’t touch my thumb to my pinky nor could I bend my middle finger by the time she was completely done my nails looked amazing and along with the massage I had an immediate difference in my hand I can just about make a fist and my fingers have improved greatly.. I highly recommend Angel Touch and Johnetta.

I am one of the receptionists at Angel Touch Nail & Spa salon and would like to address an inaccurate review we’ve received (see below).It is normally our salon policy for gift certificates to expire 6 months after purchase & this policy is stated on all gift certificates sold.However, we strive to accomodate any client in need of more time for gift certificate redemption ESPECIALLY during the COVID-19 pandemic as times are unpredictable.In fact, Angel Touch has not denied a single gift certificate redemption since the start of the pandemic.The owner, Angel, never spoke with the client who left this review OR her mother who she claimed wanted to redeem the gift certificate. We have no record of either of the individuals visiting the salon & believe that this review was written by someone with a personal vendetta aiming to harrass Angel & the business under a fake profile.This alleged situation would have been no trouble to accommodate had it actually taken place. The supposed gift certificate actually would have still been valid in February if purchased this past August. The review is entirely inaccurate.We would like to make our clients aware of this harrassment & assure you that it has our attention. We will continue to provide quality service and accomodate the needs of our clients to the best of our ability. We greatly appreciate the continued support.
