Even though they’re under new management, they have really bad customer service and they rather lose customers then just treat them right. I recently purchased a vape pen that was very expensive and it stopped working five days after I bought it and they will not switch it for another one or Give me a refund even though I do have Proof of when i purchase.

Went one day and it was such a vibe , when I left I was excited to continue my day! Everyone was so nice and I was only in there for about 5 minutes!I went again today and ended up checking out twice! They have such a nice selection of just about everything I felt like a kid at the candy store. I will definitely make this my new regular store! Thanks again :)

I went into Esmoke for the first time . I was greeted by Shay and Chris. They were very kind and helpful. I was looking at few products and they were very informative and had a lot of knowledge about their products. I left there as a happy customer. I would recommend anyone there. The shop is very clean and nice.

This is my go to smoke shop in town. It’s clean and the people are friendly. Jasmine is intelligent and friendly.

Esmoke tobacco and vape shop is definitely one of the top vape shops in the area. It is extremely well put together and has just about anything youre looking for. I dealt with a staff member by the name of Keltar that was actually an amazing person and helped throughout the whole process. I give this establishment five stars, and would give it more if possible. Awesome experience, no doubt!
