I bought a vape from the shop, came back the same day, because when I pulled the vape, it sounded like it was sizzling or still being pulled at the time. I tried to bring this vape back and explain to the guy that something was wrong with the vape. He tried to convince me that Brand new vapes make that noise when you first get them and refuse to give me a refund will be the last time I ever come back to this vape shop

Shop opens at 8, I’ve been sitting here for half an hour and tried to call the store, call was denied and not even a voicemail set up. I just wanted to purchase a disposable from here, along with several others who pulled in, saw the closed sign and decided to leave because y’all can’t open on time.

Bought an Elfbar vape, OPENED the vape and tried it IN THE STORE after buying it, BEFORE walking out the door, it would not stop firing. We told the guy working & he said “it’s working” we said yes it’s working but it’s not turning off after hitting it, and he just shrugged his shoulders and completely dismissed us.We get home & the thing starts smoking & then completely dies, as in no longer works, charges, nothing. $24 down the drain, will never buy anything from this place again.

Owner changes his mind after quoting me prices on phone, price gouges for products if you act to interested and crappy customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

They are NEVER on time. Store opens at 8am and Ive been waiting for 20mins for the owner or an employee to pull up at the location & unlock the door to begin business this Monday morning. Very unprofessional & never has a good amount of options when it comes to disposable vapes

Says open and light that say open is on but door is locked and we waited for about 10 minutes for nobody to come by. There was no sign in the door saying out for lunch or anything. Hard to run a business if your not there....

I would give more stars if I could. The owner and the group that works there are hilarious and friendly. If I actually smoked that would be my spot for everything since they are well stocked. They sell CBD vapes and the wonder pain freeze ointment that I put on my knee and back. It saves on the shipping cost so I can afford a larger containner.

Prices are great and the staff is very helpful in finding exactly what youre looking for. They even replaced a broken vape for me.

They are the only place that carries sonomas
