Every encounter with every employees here is pleasant, no matter how many questions I ask! 10/10 products and customer service, I have never left unhappy! I had an exceptional experience here today and just wanted to say how happy I was leaving!

I ordered Cigar a month and one week check back every week to see if cigars came in truck didn’t bring them just so happen to stop by. They had the cigars I ordered only a third of the box. They never called me mind you I checked five weeks straight would I recommend. Not anymore.

The heavy set guy with the beard has a bad attitude which reflects the service I received today. Why inquire, just give your review on Google.

I cant say enough about how GREAT this store is. The people who work there and the owner are always helpful and informative. Im new to the area and just walked in one day full of questions. I couldnt be more grateful for their guidance and kindness.If you feel a little intimated going to a vape store, go here! They will walk you thru the experience.Thank you all 😊

Ive popped by here a couple times now and the staff is always very nice and welcoming. We went by today and the guy working was really informative and answered all our questions about different products with no judgement. They have a great variety and its cool to know theres glass and products done by local artists too! I like that I can name a flavor profile Im interested in and they easily find different things that fit the bill. Prices are fair for retail and they do have a points program. Definitely will be stopping by again!

Great place with friendly staff always. Kinda pricey but you get what you pay for…Enjoy going and will continue to be a regular customer. I’d recommend going to any one looking for knowledgeable staff and great products.

Had an issue with a broken pipe when I got home from there. Called and they said they could do a discount and hung up on me. Horrible service. Overpriced but has nice selection

Good selection of mods, tanks, and disposables, and they carry coils/pods for most of the major brands. Prices are reasonable, at least for a retail shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store itself is spacious, clean, and well-lit. Plus, their business hours are longer than most of the other places. All in all, Stratus is one of the best vape shops in the area.

This place is awesome near the house and has helped with multiple issues not purchasers there specifically Puffco. Fixed the atomizer with team work and she was awesome.

Definitely the best vape/tobacco store Ive found in town. They have everything and then some. Good prices. Cigars, cigs, loose, dip, any vape product imaginable, tons of glass and even Nitrous oxide tanks, not just the little ones. Solid store with great staff. Not your average dirty vape shop that the owner has no clue about his stuff and is rude AF. Clean, well stocked store. Recommend it for sure.

My go-to smoke shop. I am in there several times a week and the staff are always all very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The staff here is excellent. I usually come in at night and David and Stephanie go above and beyond to develop a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat customers. I am a living testimony to that! Super clean and well organized store, great prices, always a super awesome selection, and all employees are wonderful. Ill never stop coming back!

The cigar selection is on point and Chris is very helpful with his personal knowledge of certain brands.

Fantastic customer service. Great selection of products and very competitive pricing. Glad I found them.Edited...Just made my second visit today. A different employee helped me and he was equally as nice and helpful!Editing again! My first 2 visits was great. Both my husband and myself have went back a few times since and the employees we dealt with was totally clueless. Unfortunately we will not be returning 😕 So sad to see such a great business go down the crapper because they cant staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees.

Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. My questions are answered fully, and they occasionally offer a treat.

This is a decent head shop. good selection, good prices, good customer service. im leaving a review because the other day, i stopped by during my morning errands not realizing that they werent open yet. i happened to get there the same time as the owner, and he let me in to pick up what i needed and couldnt have been nicer. thanks!!

The best vape and smoke shop in 60 miles, will likely have whatever it is you are looking for. Staff is always extremely nice and helpful, never had a bad interaction over at least a year of regularly going. Great folks all around and an awesome shop

Have been twice in the past week to get replacement coils and still have not gotten the right ones. Handed the coil to the employee the second time and still came home with the wrong ones. They are super nice and gave me a refund from the first time. Needless to say I’m a tad aggravated with the situation. I’ll probably still purchase vape juice from this location due to the fact they have amazing flavor options, but I will have to find somewhere else to buy coils.

I love this place and go there almost every week. But if it says open till 10pm then it should be open. Not the workers locking the doors early and hiding behind the counter. That’s not okay. They even left the open signs on….saw me trying to open the door cause it’s before 10…..and hide. Not good employees.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The environment is clean and has an open feeling. They offer a rewards system as well. This is definitely my favorite vape shop in the area. Oh and did I mention the prices? Theyre very reasonable!

The staff was really friendly & knowledgeable about their own products as well as ones they did not carry. Went to another popular tobacco shop in town & staff didnt even know about their own products. Their inventory was clearly cultivated by people who know what they are talking about. Quality products for fair prices too.

Ive been coming here since they first opened this location. Alongside of having a great selection of coils/mods/tanks etc., they have the absolute best of juices. Most are reasonably priced but here you definitely get what you pay for. The best part of the shop are the friendly employees that are always happy to answer questions and offer suggestions based off experiance and not just to sell you as much as possible. Best place in Winston to buy juice.

I loved going to this place until today . The manger is very rude ! I told him his tobacco leaves were old and had mold on them . (GREEN SPOTS ALL OVER IT ) He got upsets and wouldn’t serve me . IDC Live goes on . I WOULDN’T ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ANY TOBACCO LEAVES FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK !

I would recommend this shop to anyone. My wife and I are new to CBD vaping. But David is the most helpful person Ive dealt with in a longtime. He took his time and explained everything we needed to know. No more pain thanks David

Will not return to this store ever again. This store has been out of the coils for my Tank for 3+ months. They told me that the would order them on multiple occasions. Yesterday, I was told that every one was having trouble getting this particular coil and that it was out of stock everywhere. Then the sales associate told me that if I gave him my tank so he could throw it away he would give me 15% off a new tank. So I have checked multiple website and called other shops in the area and it seems they have no problems getting the coils I need. So, will happily drive to another store. Dishonestly= One less customer.

You guys should consider delivering through DoorDash or GrubHub. There are many times Im at work and need a re-up, but dont have the time to travel across town to pick it up. Id pay the extra fees to have it delivered.

I shop here all the time, my mans David is very knowledgeable and always answers any questions I have. I dont shop anywhere else. Those prerolls were great David!

I go to this vape shop all the time for everything . I went to the shop earlier this week to get some coils which they did not have available, I called today to check and see if they were in and the person that answered the phone assured me they just got them in and had a whole bunch . I drive 20 minutes to get there to be informed that they don’t have any available. Please have responsable people that know what they are doing and knowledgeable answering the phones , made me waste time and gas for nothing .

Very disappointed in the shop! I purchased a BB Tank and tried to attach my cartridge to it and it did not work. A few days later I tried to return it. I was informed that all purchases were final and regardless of defect they would not exchange it. Of course they dont tell you that before you purchase anything. I will not support or recommend the business.

Best customer service, best selection and price range Ive seen. Not to mention they have in my opinion the best point reward system. I catch myself there once a week.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Mostly good experiences. I’ve been buying the berry blend Naked brand vape juice from the same guy for a while. I went in recently to buy another bottle, he pulls the menthol bottle off the shelf. I had no idea it was the berry menthol. I didn’t realize it until I vaped it. Tried to go back to exchange within an hour, told me they can’t do that, even though it was the exact same guy who sold it to me. In my retail experience, if a regular, valued customer needs to exchange something because of a mistake the employee made, you exchange it. They lost my business.

Terrible inventory, poor employees arent trained for anything vape related. Refused a sale because inventory was wrong and would get yelled at for selling. Absolute joke of a vape store. A head shop at best. Definitely needs a management shift.If youre a college kid from down the road wanting a Juul, thats about the only thing this store is good for.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They can get busy when they first open on the weekends so you might need to be a little patient if you visit at that time.

The best bang for your buck if you buy vapor juice or devices. Staff is friendly and very helpful almost 90% of the time. Also the vape juice is literally 70% cheaper than competitors in the area they have clean and quick service to help you find what you need. And if your in the business to quit smoking they can help you in many different ways.

Im traveling out of town for work and picked this place out of a line up on Google search. Brandon was great help and patient (he read me the flavor options because I am blind and cant read that far away lol) very nice and good service. Fair prices for an in store vape shop experience. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Great prices on all things vape, even a small selection of clearance juice, sometimes Tanks, RDA’s and even mods. Can’t say enough about this shop, it will always be my go-to.

Had a bad experience at first with the first guy, came back the next day and we dealt with Jalen and he was great!! Super nice guy and he helped us so much! Great customer service and helped us get set up with everything!!!! Jalen is the best!!! Best vape shop in town for sure!

👽the Delta 8 moonrocks are the best Ive ever had and Ive tried quite a few. Good lord, the potency is definitely super dank and the flavor is like old school bubble hash mixed with grade A loud pack. Ill be coming back for more until the end of time. May the force be with you! Oh, yeah they even have delta8 shisha! Looks like its time for me to get another hooka. All tobacco and vape stores are not created equal. Stratus is a cut above any other Ive been in. Clean. Uncluttered. The staff are always cool and knowledgeable.

The sales peeps are quite knowledgeable, very helpful & friendly. The selection is choice and their prices are spot On!! Will definitely be return customers, as well as passing along the word about this lil piece of heaven... LoL

I walked in knowing very little about vaping in general and these guys (who were extremely knowledgeable yet didn’t flaunt it) managed to get me up to speed and ready to rock in less than 15 mins with the perfect setup I had envisioned (at a decent rate, to boot) so I would absolutely recommend this shop to both to new folks and experienced vape enthusiasts!Thanks for the help, guys!

Prices have regularly been raised to the point some of their products are double the price of nearby compeitors, they do keep a wide selection of products, have good staff, and a clean store

Came into the shop 20 minutes before closing and was told I could only pay card because he closed the register early and also told me I only had 5 minutes to pick something and couldnt give any recommendations for vape juice saying he wouldnt know because he dont smoke. Will never come again.
