My wife and I have been going to Arturo for 7-8 years now and its a 10/10 experience every time because he takes the time to understand what is bothering you then utilizes his arsenal of therapies to provide relief. I was having tension headaches likely due to work-related stress but with a couple sessions of massage + cupping + acupuncture w/ the tens unit my issue was resolved! If you think Hand and Stone is even a halfway decent massage, its time to venture outside the box and treat yourself.

I cannot recommend Arturo at Healing Spots enough. He is very knowledgable and skilled at what he does. I have been seeing him for years and he always brings relief to my aches and pains. He does it all- massage, acupuncture, cupping, etc. His prices are also very reasonable and you get way more out of it than your typical franchise massage place.

Best kept secret everyone should know about!Before visiting Arturo Id never had acupuncture and really wasnt sure of the benefits. Im now a true believer. I first visited about 6 months ago with a frozen neck, the pain was excruciating and I had no movement. With a mixture of massage, cupping and acupuncture for 3 weeks I had movement and no pain. I had tried several other places prior to this with no satisfactory results.Since then Ive taken my mother who has really bad arthritis in her hands. I really wish I had before and after pictures. Prior to acupuncture her hands looked like they had growths on them, this turned out to be inflammation. After only 2 sessions her hands looked normal, movement improved and some of the pain subsided. Regular maintenance keeps her on track. The arthritis will never go away but with Arturos help her quality of life is improved.I cant stress how truly amazing Arturo is, Ive had many massages in the past but with his training in China and Thailand on different massage techniques and acupuncture this is a one stop shop for all your needs.H.S.A. cards can be used for payment

Arturo has been working on my pain spots and sports injuries for a very short while and Im seeing the results. What i believed only surgery could fix is becoming acceptable and maybe even normal! I went to the healing spots last week and I must say it was my best experience yet. I had a horrible headache for a couple days and Arturo was very accommodating and made me a last minute appointment. Im horrible with needles so doing acupuncture was sort of a challenge for me but Arturo was awesome as he explained the whole process and told me all the benefits I would get out of the treatment. Once it was done, I can tell you the difference was AMAZING! The headache I had for about 3 days was gone and I felt so relaxed and renewed.This has officially become my healing spot. I love it!

Arturo is the best. Im in my early sixties and have been to numerous places for massages and I have never found anyone else who can do deep tissue massages as well as him. Try the Thai stretching-its fabulous. Arturo is also excellent at acupuncture. Highly recommend Healing Spots.

It had been a couple years since my last massage.Arturo was amazing! He really focused on the knots in my shoulderblades to get them loosened up.He also got me to try the cupping therapy to increase blood flow. No tank tops for a couple days! LOL

I had my first session yesterday with Arturo and let me just say he managed to find all my problem areas and brought relief to those muscles. Last night was the first good night sleep I had in a long time without body aches or muscle spasms. Thank you again Arturo 🙌🏼

I hate to leave this review as I very much liked Arturos massages. I have been coming for the last 2 years and several times (at least 5) the morning appointments which he makes available for booking online, he is a No Show. As polite as Ive tried to be about this very unprofessional behavior, it continues to happen without regard to the inconveniences it poses on me.I booked an appointment days in advance, there was ample time to notify me. Not only was he yet again a no show, there was no response even after I both texted and emailed.My final gripe is that there were two occurrences involving accidental over charging. I was tipping after a massage (I tip +25%, never below), and he added the 25% tip to a package of massages I purchased and not the service itself which made the tip equivalent to 50% for that one massage. I didnt find out until after I checked my bank account days later.Another time I was charged for an extra massage when I had pre-paid for one already (he was only able to charge my card double because I was just trying to leave a tip). I did not find out about this until after checking my bank account a week later. He said this was an accident and refunded me, but this would have gone unchecked had I not brought it up. I couldnt help but feel my trust slipping.After requesting a refund from the double charge mentioned above, it appears he may have blocked my number which is shocking since I was not rude in my request- if anything, I have been far too nice.Ive given this business many second chances. I didnt want to leave this review, but seeing as there was no way to get in contact with Arturo (or attempts to rectify the situation), I felt other potential future customers should know what theyre getting into.

I have been dealing with bad anxiety, sleep deprivation due to tension and stress. Arturo did massage copying and acupuncture and ask me not to take anything to go to sleep after our first sessions. I have slept for 5 days in a roll for longer periods meaning all night without a single pill to help me sleep. Looking forward to my next session.

Totally unprofessional...I bought 3 massages from Groupon. The first massage was wonderful. Before leaving I scheduled a second massage with Arturo. The day of my massage not only did not show up but he refused to return any phone calls regarding the matter. After a few days of no returned calls I had to file a dispute with Groupon to get my money back. This is definately not how you do business. Will not be returning nor reffering

I feel so lucky to have found Arturo. After my first treatment, I finally remembered what it was like to not be in pain from my bulging disc. He is a gifted, gifted healer!

Arturo will have you feeling great. I came in with neck pain and its almost all gone. He uses a mixture of massage, fire cuping, acupuncture and electric stem.

I came into his office and was having trouble with my lower back and hip area. He took the time to do a detailed consultation as well as customizing mine treatments to my needs. In just two session I almost 100% back! He is a miracle worker!

What an awful experience. We had booked a couples massage 2 months ago. We arrive 10 minutes early for the appointment and no one greets us... After sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes, we call the spa and only THEN did they come to the front. Then we find out that not only did they CANCEL our appointment without telling us, but also cannot find the gift certificate we bought months ago in their system. Very poor management!!!
