I absolutely love how my nails turned out! I got my nails done by Kevin. He was very friendly, good conversation and had my nails looking exactly like the reference picture I used! I am very pleased with the results and I will definitely be going back.

We found this place in February while getting ready for a formal wedding in NY, they did such a great job and were so pleasant that I have started getting my nails done again after 20 years of just pedicures. My daughter is very shy and they made her so welcome that she actually enjoys the process. Nicole really hit it out of the park today with these ombré dipnails!!

The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean, which immediately puts me at ease.Each nail technician who worked with me was incredibly skilled and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided helpful suggestions to enhance the design I had in mind. This place is actually the best nail salon in Woodstock. Everybody there does such a good job and the prices are actually perfect. Kevin is the man. He has been doing nails for more than 20 years and knows exactly what he’s doing. The place is so clean and the music is nice and they give you drinks. It literally is so comfortable. It’s the best nail experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved this place! I came in as a walk in and had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kevin, he definitely lived up to all the reviews about him. He was very thorough and helped guide me in the right direction for my nail shape. This is the first time I’ve gotten the actual nail shape I wanted. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s great!

Tracy went out of her way to make sure both me and my mom got the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had! We both got the basic pedicure and did not leave disappointed! Tracy was the most patient, kind, and understanding nail tech I’ve ever known. She had no clients after me so she spent over an hour and a half perfecting my pedicure that was only supposed to last 30 minutes! Outstanding service!!!! She had the most light and bubbly personality and knows how to provide the most pleasant nail care, which has been so hard for me to find. I see Kelly or Kevin for my nails when I just need a manicure and I always leave Elegant Nails a happy, satisfied customer! I’ve never had such good quality nails that last so long for such a good price. I am thrilled to have found this place!

Ive been getting my manicures and pedicures here for 2 years! The service is always amazing and the staff make sure that your nails are healthy and look gorgeous, no matter what technique they use. The facilities are clean, the atmosphere is fun and Ive never walked away unhappy with my nails. I cant say enough good things about Elegant Nail Lounge!

My daughter and I got pedicures here while waiting on our car’s tires to be replaced next door. We do not usually get our nails done but thought it would be fun. It was a great experience. Tracy was so nice and friendly and our nails look great! I’d definitely go here again, even with 4 nail places right outside my neighborhood Id make the 20 minute trip!

I love Elegant Nail Lounge! I have been coming here since moving to the Woodstock area and they are great. Kevin normally does my nails and does an amazing job, he listens to what I want and makes sure I am happy with them before I leave. I’ve had several others do my nails though and I am always happy with how they turn out! Jennifer does my eyebrows and she’s the best- they always look super natural! I definitely recommend this place.

If you’re looking for the best nail tech in Woodstock, please do yourself a solid and go see Kevin at Elegant Nail Lounge! My nails have always turned out absolutely beautiful and THEY LAST. He puts in serious work making sure your set is perfectly shaped and designed just the way you like it. He’s meticulous and he actually cares enough to make sure he’s not causing any pain during removals. I told him that I’m a bartender and I’m all around really rough on my nails so i like them thicker than normal, and he made sure they were built thick enough to be sturdy without looking bulky. He did this acrylic set on 9/11, fixed a nail i broke due to being clumsy (at no cost, by the way) on 9/16, a fill-in on 9/27 and it’s now 11/8 and they still look amazing- and with NO lifting! I’ll be going to see him today for a soak off and new set and I’m so excited. First picture with the pink cup is 9/11, 2nd picture is today 11/8. You’re the best, Kevin!

I got an acrylic french nail done here and they were absolutely amazing. The people were very kind, Kevin did amazing work.

Staff were not extremely nice and the guy who painted my toenails rushed through it. they weren’t even busy at all so im not sure why he was in such a hurry. he tried cutting and filing them so fast it almost hurt. the staff who greeted us when we walked in was not very friendly either. didn’t say hello, welcome, etc just “what would you like” we told them we would like pedicures and asked where we might could look at polish colors and they just dismissed us and said “hang on” and did this🫸service was okay but it was quite pricey. then when it was time to pay they basically forced me to tip, and we were already paying a lot. put me in a really awkward situation. wanted to try this place but probably won’t be back.

Been here twice in the last 3 weeks, the first time was great I loved the girl who did my nails and she did a great job. The second time, not so much. I came in for a gel mani and pedi, got seated pretty much right away for the pedi but I asked for ombré gel on my hands and the manager says they can’t do ombré with gel (which I’ve never heard of…) So I ask if they can with dip and he said yes but it would be a wait because the tech he had available couldn’t do dip and they were short staffed, I said that’s fine I understand and would wait. Then he basically harasses me to just do gel so he can get me done quicker, so I said ok fine. They also offered several other ladies around me wine or other beverages while I was not offered anything. The guy who did my nails was sweet but I really don’t think he does nails on a normal basis, he left several spots without polish on nearly every nail and painted it on so thick it feels like jelly. It’s been less than 48 hours and 2 nails have already chipped. I will not be going back, I’ll go back to Capri even though it’s a further drive I know Lynn would never treat me this way!

I went to this salon yesterday (friday). I went for a pedi for my birthday photoshoot service was wonderful. The tech was nice. When i got home i realized that on both of my big toes the gel polish wasnt completely dry. I went back today (saturday) to have them repaint them and fix it which they did for free. Sadly when i got home again i noticed the same thing except this time it is worst. I dont have alot of time to go back to get it fixed but im not sure why this happened if its just the polish or if it just wasnt dried properly. Photos for reference

The best nail salon in the Woodstock area!! I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt to find a nail salon I can love and trust. After many failed bad experiences with multiple nail salons all around Woodstock and Acworth, I finally came across Elegant Nail Lounge, and it was the best experience. Kevin is fantastic, I can totally trust him with perfectly shaping my nails exactly as I want them to look, and customizing the designs I want.. and most importantly, he does a good job to where my nails stay intact and looking great for 4 weeks!!! Glad I found this spot, and totally recommend!

Had an amazing experience on my first visit—great customer service, clean and relaxing environment. I got my manicure done by Kevin and my gel pedicure by Sao. I showed Kevin an inspiration picture (nude, coffin shaped, chrome) and he exceeded my expectations. He made sure I was happy with the length, color, and shape of my nails throughout the entire process. Sao is thorough and gives a great foot massage! This was the best nail experience I’ve had. I highly recommend them!

I literally cannot tell you how thrilled I am at having found such an amazing nail salon/nail techs. The first time I went I saw Jennifer the second I saw Kevin and literally both of them are amazing. I had initially come in with my nails broken down halfway to the base from being over filed with the dremel, on top of already being weak and then just naturally. I got a super affordable full set the first go around with Jennifer and literally had designs on every single nail and it was significantly more affordable than the places that I have been going where I came out with three nails almost gone and they were able to work with what I had little bitty nub nail in all. And when I tell you that both Jennifer and Kevin were the most impressive I’ve ever seen at shaping I literally have the most perfect pure almond shape which is really hard to fine believe it or not! I am thrilled as I said earlier at having found this place and I will not be going anywhere else thank y’all so much for your skilled hands in artwork both times I was able to just show a picture and get an exact replica, yellow greatly appreciated!

TERRIBLE. I honestly don’t know how this place has any good reviews. I’ve been trying out new nail salons to find a good place and this one is the worst one by far. Kevin did my fill in and I lost 4 nails in one week. The nails I had on already when I came in lasted 4 weeks… the ones Kevin did didn’t even last the week. Not only that but they were all bumpy and not even what i wanted when I came in. But he did such a bad job I only had the choice of doing a solid color because the fill in was so messed up he had to cover it up. Which he only told me at the very end instead of at the beginning of the process. The whole time he had an attitude every time I asked for something. Never going back here!!

I’m 9 months pregnant and was looking for a clean salon that still practices some precautions for Covid. I searched google for about 30 min and called multiple salons to ask about masks and other protocols.I had a quick conversation with Kevin when I called this nail salon and looked at the pictures online and it seemed like a clean salon.I had not gotten a mani pedi in 2 years.I walked in and the wait was like 10 min not bad as they don’t take appointments on the weekend. They have screens in place and seat everyone a chair apart. I did see Clorox and Lysol and other cleaning supplies at stations as well.I came here to originally get a pedicure because if the feet hurting and pregnant feet aches but saw that Kevin’s client just left and said why not get a manicure too. He helped me pick a color that was neutral and would work with my skin tone. I usually get the regular polish on my hands and feet but I ended up getting a gel manicure ($30) which includes the gel polish with basic manicure and luxury spa pedicure ($45) (Winner right here). I really needed a got foot and leg massage and Lally delivered!!!! I almost fell asleep multiple times it was that good. Timing wise what they advertise is what you get. On the menu card it said 45 min and I asked her is it really this long and answer was yes. I think I might have gotten couple min over that. The massage was amazing and the hot stones were cherry on top! Unfortunately, didn’t get to use the massage chairs due to me being 9 months but I’m sure it would have been a killer combination! I will definitely be coming back to see Kevin and Lally!

Normally I always go to another close by salon but today I decided to give this place a try and Omgggggg definitely noticed a difference! Their start off pedicure does more than my go to spot does in their highest tier so off the back I was sold! I was literally in and out! The salon was soooo quiet, very relaxing and chill. The music was fire the staff was soooooo amazing 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 I have to sayyyyyyy I have officially traded up because my old spot COULD NEVAAAAAA! This is my new home thank you all and happy pride everyone!!!! Money well spent

Not pleased. I wanted to try a new nail shop and saw the great reviews.My nail tech took my cuticles too far down and I bled on a few fingers, but really bled on the one here. They didn’t have bandaids so for 90 minutes it was open and they could only spray alcohol. It was still actively wet and bleeding into my nail after 90 minutes. Not sanitary.Then I noticed my skin felt tingly when I touched it where it’s now dry. Within 2 days I had this bad skin peeling, which I’m hoping isn’t a fungus, and now on day 3 a nail already chipped which has never happened to me.Also, the UV machine was greasy inside and not clean.Everyone was friendly - I was 8 minutes late and I appreciated they were able to still put me right in, but now I wish they would’ve just turned me away.

Very thankful for this salon! Kevin heard my wants/need and delivered quickly and beautifully. I will definitely be coming here going forward. Also the salon is beautiful, large, and clean.

LOVE this salon. I’ve been to a handful since we moved here and none have been so great. Until I tried this salon this past week. I was in love with my nails and the staff is so nice! They didn’t make me feel bad or unwelcome for bringing my son with me. Which is a plus for me since I’m at sahm and my son isn’t in preschool yet.

This place is amazing. Its beautiful and they have separations between you and the nail techs for extra sanitation. We also wear masks. They have a wine bar with glass cups and it is super fancy!! I love it. Nicole did my pedicure and her massage was amazing and she painted my toes so cute!

I have come here for years for sns and it is consistently so much better than any other salon I have tried. The employees take their time working on shaping your nail the way you want it and do not leave the sns thick and mishapen like some other salons have. I came today to get my nails done for my wedding and Kevin was able to do exactly what I wanted by showing him a picture and was so nice and encouraging. Highly recommend!!

This has become my go to nail salon! Kevin the owner is awesome. Nicole is my favorite nail artist and does amazing work. Kevin does incredible work and John does as well. Tracy gives a more thorough high quality pedicure than I’ve had in a long time. They always make a way to fit me in the schedule and accommodate my girls and my mom as well. Highly recommend!

Always courteous and professional. They have plexiglass dividers and skip a seat between stations to maintain social distancing. He wasnt there this time but theres a young man here named Jonathan that did my nails last time. Very nice and he picked out the perfect natural nail color for me. I suggest calling for an appointment before you go. They can get pretty busy on weekends.

I’ve had several manicures here and they’ve never disappointed! They do a great job, especially with the sculpting gel and chrome. There are tons of chrome options which I love, bc I love keeping my nails sparkly. I usually get a great appointment time and will keep coming back!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I got my nails done a week ago and everyday a nail broke off splitting my real nail in half! I went to have them soaked off and no one was available to do it. They are rude to new customers and will have you waiting, Never again! Blood underneath to where I had to take ibuprofen. Too much acrylic

Been coming here for several months and Ive always been so happy with the service! The people here are friendly, skilled, courteous, and patient.They have a great selection of colors and have always been able to give me exactly what Im looking for. Even though I live in Chamblee, I will always make the drive out here. Theyre definitely worth it.

I use to recommend this place, but after the quality of my last appointment, I can no longer recommend this place in good faith. Not after walking away crying from the experience.Its ok if youre desperate, but if they mess up on your hands, they wont compensate for it! Theyll attempt to fix it but thats about it. Took 90 minutes for a manicure and two techs. It should have taken maybe an hour - AT MAX! Ive never been more dissatisfied over my nails in my life!! My nails still look off... so Ill probably just have to take them to another salon in a week or two.I walked away visibly shook from my experience. I always tip good, but I made sure not to leave one this time!Salons should be places where you can relax, feel good, and walk away refreshed. I felt none of these; I felt stressed, I felt judged, and I felt like I was just another number. Also, i felt uncomfortable with how often they have a male tech working on me....Not sure if Ill be coming back here ever again, especially since they have shoved male techs onto me the last few times. Im here for the entire experience that comes with a salon, not just purely for the manicure! 🙄Two stars because there are some good techs there, but there also some really bad ones, too! My final straw was when the owner wouldnt compensate me over this, not even a discount for their mess up.Thats fine. Plenty of nail salons in Woodstock. Lesson learned!

Did nails really good, really liked how they came out. The service is also really good would 10/10 recommend.update: it’s only been a week and on friday my nail broke, and then just now i looked over at my nail and it was broken and i’ve been laying in bed doing nothing to even make it break; and the one that broke on friday broke because i was putting on my shoe that wasn’t even tight. The nails are really cute but wouldn’t recommend because of how long it lasts/ how fast they broke.

It is very elegant! Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and it truly is a wonderful salon experience.

I usually never write reviews or complaints, i was looking to try a new salon and sawthe good reviews this one has, i knew i shouldve turned away first when i called and the guy that answered was very unenthusiastic. I walked into my appt everyone looked at me like i was a burden walking in and barely even greeted me at all. i came in to get acrylic mani/pedi, the lady that started doing my toes started rolling her eyes when i was confused on her and this other lady trying to explain why i couldnt get the glitter i wanted, i decided to go with their opinion, once toes were finished we moved on to my hands, the older lady asked me if i wanted gel and i said no thank you. also while i was sitting in the chair getting my feet done i couldnt figure out the remote and they seemed annoyed when i asked for help, i felt like such a burden that i kept apologizing even though there was no reason for me to. once we went to sit down at her station to finish my nails i made sure to say i wanted the exact same color pink as my toes were done, she said okay. as shes painting my nails i look down and she asks if theyre okay and i said no that is not the same glitter pink as my toes. turns out it was a darker pink because she was using gel which i had said before i did not want gel. when she started redoing my nails with the other pink that i originally wanted, she then cut my pinky finger and didnt even apologize or wipe the blood off that was dripping down my finger. she then looked at me and proceeded to say “the nail polish doesnt have to match toes or be same color.” i was never opposed to getting gel had i known they would be this aggressive about it nor did i even know the original color i had on my toes was regular polish, i just wanted the same color on my fingers regardless if it was gel or not but when she asked me if i wanted gel i said no thank you. they are lucky i paid AND TIPPED, and honestly the more i think about it i would like a REDFUND* because looking at my nails they are uneven and the glitter is also not spread evenly. i will not recommend this place nor ever be coming back, this by far was the worst experience ive ever had at a salon, i kept quiet the whole time because im a nice person and didnt even complain, but when i left i wanted to cry. it shouldve been a relaxing self care day but unfortunately it was not.

Love my Halloween nails done by Kevin today!! They always do a wonderful job! Ive been going to this salon for a year now, and they have always been nothing but respectful!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I’m telling you to come here. The people were so sweet and just overall so good. Every single penny is worth it. I got Kevin who was the most kindest soul. His work is phenomenal and I will be going here even if I have to drive 2 hours!!

It seemed welcoming and like a very friendly environment. I came in get my nails removed and to get a new set of sns but the lady who assisted me was just mean and rude. Her attitude leaves much to be desired. She practically ripped off the nails attached to my nail bed using a NAIL TIP. Then added oil and then was done. Because that was the first impression, I didn’t feel comfortable getting an actual set done.

I wanted to try out a new salon and chose this one based on other good reviews. I am so glad that I found this place. Customer service was fantastic. I was greeted and immediately taken back. I was offered a drink and had a fabulous pedicure. I also got sns and I’m OCD so I’m normally so picky. John is phenomenal and really takes the time to make sure that you love your nails. He pays attention to the little details, which I tend to find that most people don’t do nowadays. Conversation was fantastic. I will definitely be back to see John.

I have liked this place for a bit, only a few small complaints here and there. But today I went in for a basic french dip powder set, and to say it was horrible would be an understatement. The nails are all sorts of shapes, uneven, bumpy, and started cracking within an hour of me leaving. I’m really disappointed and won’t be recommending anymore.

I’ve always been pleased when visiting this location but I was beyond happy with my experience today! My acrylic full set with Kevin is probably one of my favorite sets so far. I have had regular manicures and sns services at this location for a few months now, as well as pedicures and have had mostly perfect experience and great customer service. This morning I came in for a correction from where my dog had broken off my index nail. Not only did Kevin have me in an out quickly they garantee and maintain all of their work.

It might be intimidating for a guy to get nails done but at the end of the end of the day it’s more about the experience of it, and this place does it right. It was my first time doing anything with my nails and Kelly and Kevin did a great job and was very polite. Great atmosphere great service!!

I used to go to a different salon before I started going here all the time because the last one I always went to was the best one that was closest to us and after I started going here. I never went back to the old place because the last place I went to always cut my fingers and I almost passed out due to blood and I was charged for a old set of nails for the same price for a new set. When I started coming here everything is just perfect its beautiful, nice people who work there, its very clean, and they always make sure that your not harmed. They did my sets of nails so well that they never broke which is amazing because the other places my nails always broke from doing acrylic (the acrylic not the real nail)! But I definitely recommend going here they do amazing work!

Kevin and his team are amazing! I have been Kevin’s client for more than a year and I’m very satisfied with the work he does. Sometimes I get there in the last minutes and even they close at 7.30 pm he stayed until late to finish my nails. Very nice people and very professional. Definitely I recommend this place!

I was here a few days ago because I wanted to try a new salon. I’m new to the area of Woodstock, this salon sadly did not meet my expectations, the lady that did my nails left my nails bumpy and a bit crooked, I do not remember her name. The prices were also overpriced, not fair at all! I’ll give this salon another chance, I believe they were just a bit busy that day.

Absolutely love love love!!!! First time here and my nails are beautiful! I came in late on a Sunday and Kevin took care of me. He didnt rush even though they were closing soon and made sure i was happy before I left! 100% recommend this place to everybody. Its clean and well-kept and all-around good vibe.Thanks Kevin!

This place is amazing. I needed my nails done for a wedding but could only come after work, which was 630 pm on a Monday. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome! Everyone was so kind! Kevin (I am horrible with names, he is the owner I believe) was the one who did my full acrylic set. I got a rounded shape with a burgundy French tip. I LOVE the way they came out! Not only did he take me as a walk in 30 minutes before closing, but he took his time and paused along the way to make sure I was liking everything. The establishment is gorgeous and very clean! Will be returning and recommending this place to all my friends. Wonderful experience!

I would like to express my gratitude to Kevin, for being so kind and doing my nails today. I did not make an appointment and they were really busy. They were kind enough to stay past 7:30 pm to do my nails. I chose to have the French Solar Nails. Now that I have found Elegant Nail Lounge I will not go anywhere else. I am moving towards Morrow Ga in a couple months for my job and I will still drive to Woodstock to get my nails done.

Had a great experience but not a great result from my pedicure appointment here. Staff was very kind and nail tech did a wonderful job prepping my nails and skin, but the polish application was very messy, and disappointing as I currently can’t do my nails myself. Also, you can’t pick the polish colors from browsing the bottles, you have to pick from the plastic nail menu packet thing, so the neutral, rosy pink I picked out was applied and looks very peach and unflattering on me. The interior and staff are very nice, but not the most skilled nail job.

Will not be back. The lady doing my pedicure cut my ankle with her ring. It hurt and I noticed it was bleeding when she finished. Didn’t apologize or try to clean it up. My gel manicure is messy and does not look good, also felt very rushed. I wouldn’t have tipped at all but the lady was staring me down and I felt uncomfortable so I tipped 12%. Feels like I just wasted $74. Save your money and go somewhere else. No idea how this place has such great reviews. Gave two stars because the women were nice who did the work, just didn’t do a very good job.*Update in response to owners comment:That was the first sorry Ive heard from you in any of our communications. You have accused me of lying, saying that I cut myself with my own nail before I came in, claimed the woman was not wearing a ring with a diamond, that she was wearing gloves while painting my nails - all false statements. You were extremely rude to me when I came to the salon after inviting me back so you could rectify the situation, mocking me and arguing with me. You should not have told me to come back if you thought I was such a liar. Your behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand the technicians spent their time performing a service; however my time is also valuable and I sat there for over an hour to be cut to the point of bleeding and for my nails to look unfinished. I cannot get back that time either. If you are not in the business of giving refunds to customers you have wronged then do not offer to do so. If you had been apologetic and courteous I would have even deleted this negative review altogether. However after the way I was treated in your salon today, I will be negatively reviewing you wherever I can. You should think next time before you lie, accuse others of lying, and treat customers poorly.

Amazing service! Did an amazing job on my manicure, I have bright blue hair that stains my nails and he got it right off. I’m also a nail biter and her turned them around! Looks like I’ve never bit them off before! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This salon is amazing! I have been going here for almost 4 months and they are always prompt, clean, and do an amazing job on my mani and pedi. Kevin is my nail tech and he puts a lot of focus and care into making sure you’re happy with your nails. Will continue to go here and will continue to recommend this place!

So great and accommodating! We came in a while back on a Saturday night for manicures and pedicures and they took us right away. We had great conversations with everyone, as they are all so friendly. The acrylics look good, don’t chip or fall off, and have lasted longer than at any other salon I’ve been to. My mother and I definitely recommend this salon.

Visited this nail salon out of convenience as I was in the area and didnt want to drive 15 minutes to my usual nail place. I was able to get right in for a Mani/Pedi. The technique was really good in terms of cleaning up cuticles, removing callouses, leg/foot massage, but I was disappointed by their nail polish. They definitely cater more to those who want dip powder nails. They use some salon only brand that I have never heard of before as their regular polish. I was shocked there wasnt a wall of OPI and other name brand polishes to choose from. You have to select your color from sample nail charts, not the actual bottles so the colors dont exactly match due to aging. The samples are lighter than the actual colors. Overall I would go back but I am just not satisfied with the final look of the polish. It looks thick, has some dents, and the top coat isnt shiney. If I go back Ill bring my own polish.

This is my second time coming to this facility. I have nothing but good things to say. I absolutely love this nail shop. They are very friendly, it is very gotgeous on the inside, and just overall a wonderful atmosphere. Kevin did my ombre full set, and Sixta did my pedicure. Kevin did an amqzing job on my nails and took his time. Sixta was very gentle with my feet, and gave me the best pedicure I have had. Highly satisfied, and will definitely be back. 1000% recommend this nail lounge.

They got me in and out but a bit pricy. Paid $82 for just a regular manicure and a regular pedicure with gel polish. Nothing fancy or special done and nails super short just those two services and spent almost $100. That’s ridiculous!

I’ve been looking for a new salon since moving to the area and I’ve been to a couple and this is definitely the one! It’s such a pretty space, the staff is so friendly, and I’m more than happy with my set! Jennifer was very kind and detail oriented. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely the best, I moved three cities away and tried somewhere local it sucked. Elegant nail lounge has done such amazing work I am willing to travel an hour and fifteen minutes to keep coming here. No one else even comes close when it comes to skill. They take their time to make everything is done perfectly. Very fair priced and very wonderful atmosphere.

Went in with my mom today and had the best experience! We both got the classic pedicure with gel polish. We had the pleasure of having Jennifer and Nicole as our technicians. Best experience in a nail salon EVER! I have been getting my nails done for years and can be very picky. This time was extra special because it was my wedding nails, so they had to be perfect! I came in thinking I’d do a simple French tip, but Kevin suggested an ombré nude to white. I’ve honestly seen some really bad versions of the look so I was skeptical, but Kevin told me that he’d try one nail to see if I’d like it, but assured me I’d love it. WOW! He did so amazing, he was so quick and gentle, and he made sure my nails looked perfect. I rely on the nail tech to make suggestions for shapes/sizes of my nails because they are professionals, and he did just that. He guided me along the way and made sure the vision I had in my head was exactly what I got, despite not knowing how to tell him. Worth every penny, so beautiful, so convenient, and wonderful. If you are looking for a new nail salon, then look no further!! You gotta try this place!

Got an SNS and a pedicure. Staff is friendly and my nails came out pretty good. However, my pedicure was horrible! Polish wasnt smooth and the nail tech re-polished it twice but it still came out lumpy looking. This is my first time going to this place and I never had an issue with white polish on my toes from other places. I felt like I should have received a discount but its ok because I would not be going back! I was very dissatisfied after I left. Kelly does nails good though, so thats why Im giving 3 stars.

John saved me from a horrible SNS experience at another salon and Ive been seeing him every 2-3 weeks ever since. His goal is to ensure you are happy with your service and he does an excellent job each time. He even makes me feel comfortable enough to try new colors and styles. I highly recommend him!

I got the SNS service on my regular nails for $35. My nail tech was Nicole, and she was amazing. She was professional and friendly! She also made sure I was comfortable, and that nothing was hurting me during my service. The atmosphere is amazing ! So calm and relaxing! I will definitely be returning here for my services. I just had my first visit at Elegant Nail Lounge and I LOVED it! It is beautifully decorated with calming hues of blues and white. Chandeliers hang elegantly throughout the expansive salon. I was greeted with complimentary baked goods and wine as I was immediately escorted to my chair. The entire salon is outfitted with protective plexiglass shields to ensure the clients’ and techs’ are as protected as possible during your service. Face masks are required and they have a box of them stationed at the front desk, in case you didn’t bring your own. Nicole did an amazing job with my nails, as she always does. I’ve been seeing her for years and highly recommend her. This salon is a bit farther from my house, as I live in Canton, but I truly enjoyed my experience so it was definitely worth the extra time in the car. I’ve already booked my next appointment! So glad to have found this place!

I’m writing this review two weeks after getting my nails done for a wedding. My toenails didn’t start chipping until almost a week later, but that was because I went swimming. My nails, however, haven’t chipped at all!! Usually they chip within a few days, but they haven’t this time! My nails have grown a lot since then, and the polish closer to my cuticles still has that round shape of my nail. I didn’t even use gel!! The quality is amazing, and the people are so nice!! The scent of the lotions and scrubs mix so well, and they’re not overwhelming. The people there are so sweet too! Offered us beverages and everything! You’re awesome, Elegant Nail Lounge!!

Made an appointment and they took me on time (something I’ve found to be a bit of an anomaly these days and the primary reason I left my previous technician of 5 years). Super nice technicians, professionally dressed, professional demeanor, and relaxing atmosphere. Contrary to other places I’ve been recently, at Elegant Nail Lounge, there’s not a bunch of noisy chatter, loud music, and competing tv going on in the background. I’ve been getting my nails done for decades, and I’m really looking forward to going back! Diana did a great job on my pedicure (chose gel this time). As for my nails, I’ve had acrylic, SNS and gel. On this visit, I asked to go back to acrylic and Kevin did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment for acrylic gel manicure and did not get good service. The guy did not prep my nail well and did a quick rushed job on my nails...I had sns build up on my nail that he didnt fully take off. He didnt bother to even cut my cuticle. I had to tell him to cut a hang nail before applying powder on top.. he also did a messy job of applying the gel to my nail... he gave me the matte top coat for free but still felt like my $45 was a waste bc it was the quality of what I could have done on my own..I expect clean edges when I get my nails professionally done..The salon was very beautiful and clean

I have been twice. The gentleman that works here did my nails and did a good job. The young lady with the long eyelashes did my pedicure and did a good job. I went back a 2nd time and got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. While my feet and toes look nice, the technician that did my pedicure did not massage my feet or legs at all. The relaxation part of the pedicure wasnt relaxing or enjoyable at all. The girl that did my SNS nails DID A VERY POOR JOB. My nails were crooked, uneven, thick on one nail, thin on the next. Awful. She was very nice- cute, young girl, but bad job on nails. I went back and JENNIFER DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB fixing my nails at no charge. She was very thorough and precise and made sure I was happy before I left.. I have already scheduled an appointment to go back and requested Jennifer. Thank you, Jennifer!

My mom and I’s first visit to Elegant Nail Lounge today was such a great experience! Finally a truly relaxing atmosphere with good design and WINE! I’ve had a hard time finding a salon this soothing around the area. It’s brand new and the staff seems really friendly. I will be calling this salon “home” from now on.

SNS nirvana. After searching for two years, I re-read reviews for this place and gave them a try. Oh I have been wasting my time, money and gas. My sns loook beautiful and natural. I was lucky enough to get in right away with Kevin. I cant say enough good things about him. First, he is a very cool and cosmopolitan guy; his English is native and impeccable; and he listened, gave advice and delivered exactly what I wanted. I didnt interact with anyone else in the salon for more than a minute but I can imagine they all deliver the same standard. The salon is beautiful, impeccably clean and calm. Some instruction to coworkers was delivered in Vietnamese, but I suspect this is for convenience only. I really cannot give them any better reviews; Elegant Nail Lounge is fantastic. It will be my go-to.

Decided to check this place out because it had good reviews and i was looking for a new nail home. I walked in and was asked what i wanted to get done and i stated that I wanted a full set…literally ignored me and went back to what he was doing and said nothing else. I said ok..seeing how awkward that was, i decided to sit and wait, waited 20 mins and not one person bothered to look my way nor tell me a time on how long it would be. just horrible customer service, so i ended up just walking out because you won’t disrespect me or my money lol. will never come back.

I loveeee this place !! I’ve been coming here ever since it opened and I have never been Disappointed. I had a hard time finding a good nail salon with good service. I finally find the perfect place. I would always go to other nail salons and pay so much money for bad service. This place has great prices for quality work.

I love this place! They always do a great job on my ombré nails it’s hard to find a place that can do a good job on that service. The staff is so sweet and friendly as well! This is my go to place.

GREAT experience! Minho did my pedicure and was very thorough even though I was absorbed in my phone. His foot massage was THE BEST I have ever gotten and I will return just for that. You have earned a loyal customer!

Absolutely amazing service from Kevin. Definitely exceeded expectations. Although, my friend experienced some heavy unprofessionalism, on our visit together, from John. Much lack of communication, but other than that everything was perfect! Oh and apparently not everyone has to wear masks.

This is my second time coming to ENL and I absolutely love everything they do here. The atmosphere is great, the employees are so sweet! Zero complaints and zero issues. Brought my fiancé for a Pedicure as well and it’s now his #1 place, we won’t be going anywhere else.
