We love this store! Not only the most affordable around but great customer service. Vanessa helped us extensively and had great product knowledge as well an understanding of the different ingredients and how they work. Very helpful 🙂

Absolutely appalled by the service I received from a boy who was in the store by himself (07/03 at 6:15 PM). I asked the guy a question about the product. He rudely responds by saying “I don’t know I don’t do any of it.”… What? I’m asking about information about your product I don’t care if you do it??? I say “You don’t know your product? You don’t work here?” He says “THE f-- IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?” I have NEVER been spoken to that way in any establishment in my life and will not be returning. Unfortunately, one bad apple ruins the whole bunch therefore I will not be buying from any xhale city location again they clearly can afford to not have my business. Absolutely shocked!!!

If theres ever a male in the store with brown, reddish hair and pale skin by himself- never get service from him. Hes the rudest representative of any company Ive ever dealt with in my life. I cant believe this company lets that behavior slide!!!

I rarely leave reviews.There is a guy that worked there this morning. Monday July 15 at around 12.I walked in and asked for something and he just pointed down the aisle and said check over there.Fine, I walk over there and then had a specific question about and atomizer. What I have is in the case is his response.Ok, kind of an attitude but not a problem. Hes texting away at his phone and I decide forget the atomizer let me just buy a whole dab rig or pen. So I asked which one would be best for oil and he says what I have is right here absolutely doesnt look up from his phone and keeps texting.WTH was that?! He was to bothered and busy to help the only customer in the store? I had a simple question, which do you recommend?I instead drove to the vape shops two stores down in the Goodwill center and dropped $200 there.Wow! That was such a gen z experience that Im kinda shocked.

Always recommend this place. 10/10 service and products! Vanessa in particular is always extremely helpful!! Wouldn’t dream of shopping anywhere else

AMAZING customer service I came in not to long ago to purchase some items for the week and a sweet younger girl helped me out. She knew her products and was very friendly!! The young man in there also made some good suggestions as I was being helped. Great overall experience will be returning!!

Everyone that keeps looking at reviews before coming.... dont do that this place is actually amazing everyone has good customer service and will help you and educate you to whatever questions you have before purchasing. I usually don’t take the time to reset passwords to even sign in to leave a bad review I’m only posting so managers and owners know whoever you had working the shift may 29 2024 around 8:00pm he was the only person he had such a horrible attitude and was so rude i do believe he’ll be the Woodstock locations downfall like I’ve said ive never left a review but he was that bad I wish I could leave a worst review and this isn’t the first time he’s always like this everytime even to other people I’ve seen.

She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to different kinds of vape and Vape juices. I just couldn’t go without telling her and her management what a wonderful job she did and helping us make our decision. We will be back and know a lot of people who will be referred to this location and ask for her as well. Thank you again Adriana for all your help. Love love love Alex, Bubbles, and Adrian! They always know the answer to any question I ask! The staff is always the best part of the experience!But unfortunately I’m a rare glow vape lover and they never have my favorite flavor the mint in stock, definitely not the staffs fault. Xhales corporate or their warehouse definitely need to get better about sending this store their best sellers because I know the staff are the people that have to deal with the upset customers and that is not fair for them at all!! Love the staff but the business itself needs to do better.

Ayana is seriously amazing! It doesn’t matter what questions I have or how many juices I want to try or pricing on anything in the store she is always willing to help! Xhale always has the best stock, the cleanest location, and it’s smells amazing in her store! Wouldn’t have loyalty anywhere else.

The guy in the store was not helpful at all. He didnt even want to take anything out of the display case for me. He barely even answered any of my questions and then lied about one product. He didnt ask anyone in the store for ID but me. I know they card but everyone that came in after me did not get carded. I finally left then went to the Kennesaw store and received excellent customer service. Their prices are very reasonable though.

The manager, Bubbles and her associate Alex gave 5 star service. I continuously come back to this location because of the service and selection. 10/10 and ask for bubbles or Alex and they will more than take care of you.

Way over priced. However they do have good quality products and if you catch stuff on sale is worth it. Today dad the 420 sale and I was able to go all out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Would of given more stars of the prices were better.

Bubbles is always 5 star service. Excellent with remembering things ive mentioned in the past even if I havent been in the store for months. A super friendly face. Disappointed in the disposable products I purchased however. Not her fault at all. But the disposables tasted burnt during the very first hit. I purchased them BOGO so that might be why, and for the price I shouldnt complain. Shout out bubbles again for saving me money! However the product itself was subpar.

Brandon was so helpful. My husband went first and then came home and brought me to the store. It was a really great experience. He was so helpful. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I went today, and we were impressed with everything, the lady was super nice and answered our questions and professionally took us step by step in helping to make our experience a pleasant one. Walked in the door and the representative of the store was extremely rude. It’s a shame, this is my fourth time in within two weeks. The first experience was great, blond young man and was very attentive. Each subsequent visit was worse. Today that was it.

First time in and the vibe was just perfect. Chill and laid back! Brandon was able to manage all the customers in the store while also keeping up with the group I was with. Super efficient guy!

Great store, friendly girl working! I was there on St. Patricks Day in the evening. Because of the sale they were having, they were PACKED and only had 1 person working. She was doing the best she could but no one would have been able to keep up with the volume of people that were flooding in to the place. Another customer had been to the Canton Rd. store earlier in the day and said there was only 1 person working that store too. I dont know if they are short staffed as a whole or what but when you have a sale like they did they should definitely have more than 1 employee working!

Do no ever buy any electronic device from this establishment First of all the Individual behind the counter is obviously sampling more product that he is selling seems to be out of it it doesn’t have a clue. Secondly how are you supposed to know if an electron at device works without opening the package return policy really sucks

Dont go after 9 pm. Its closed even tho it says its open till 11 pm!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I normally go to cloud 9 but do to the fasley posted signs we decided to come in. Looking for a mod, we walk in and dont get acknowledged for 30 minutes( while being the only buying customer) but yet the employee being a young Male decided talking to a female who wasnt an employee or a buyer was more important! Horrible customer service!!!

The owner should be ashamed of the behavior that the young blonde haired man with glasses displayed in the video on Facebook, it shouldnt matter what your political beliefs are, and that should have nothing to do with your transaction at a business, that employee should be fired. You should never address any customer in a manner as he did displayed in the video

Its ok. The employees behind the desk know product but dont know pricing and made it seem like it was a big deal to check pricing on every mod I was interested in.

The worst service i have ever seen, they completely avoided the fact that we walked in, was super rude and left me waiting for 40 minutes. they had signs for 40% off everywhere and i did not even get the attention to be able to purchase what i wanted. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Customer service is chill, quality CBD products (edibles, quality vape juice, lotions, and a few things you might not expect), custom incense packs on point (Wild Berry Incense is amazing), a nice arrangement of different juices, excellent selection of pipes of all styles. This place will have you satisfied and out the door. Which is perfect if you just want to stop by after work, pick up a few things, and enjoy the rest of your evening.

Best vape shop around. They have awesome selections and always having a sale on something. Staff knows there stuff and the reward system is the best. Ive been to every vape store around and I havent used any other store for 2 years.
