Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with a new vape juice that they make that doesn’t have nicotine. Very knowledgeable when it comes to their products.

The staff and product selection at VapeRight are awesome. They know what they’re doing and do it well.

As always the employees were friendly and knowledgeable, but a bit disappointed that they only have one bottle of the juice I wanted and no coils for the tanks I purchased from them, I might have to change the tanks because they said that they are having issues with the distributors.

Ive been a customer here for at least 5-6 years. I know their juice is produced by their own company and is all natural unlike the vape from other countries being sold in U.S. The customer service is awesome, so helpful and educational in all the areas of the business. Pricing is reasonable and they have specials on specific days. Now due to FDA you can really choose the percentage of nicotine you prefer or choose none at all. The selection of flavors is amazing and you can try before you buy. As long as I choose to vape I will continue utilizing the Woodstock location as my place to shop.

Closed down one of their most popular locations in Canton, and theyre closed Sundays? Are you serious?Wouldnt it make better business sense to close on Mondays since most working folks are free Sat/Sunday to shop? Or are you trying to avoid foot traffic?

Chronic debilitating pain is something Ive lived with for years. Traditional medication significantly impairs my cognitive abilities and brings minimal relief. After researching the benefits of Delta/CBD products, I visited several recommended shops in the Atlanta metro area. My experience with the first two shops wasnt great - minimal product in stock and pushy employees who tried to convince me their product was superior to what I wanted. If Vaperite Woodstock hadnt been on my route home, Id have skipped it, assuming itd be no different.Wow, was I wrong! Their product selection is massive; it is the only shop that carries the Hometown Hero gummies I was looking for, and their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vaperite Woodstock!

I have been visiting this store in woodstock, for many years now, and have never had a problem. Their stock has always been sufficient, and their employees have always been great.

Love the products that Ive purchased. Only thing that really needs improving is the website. Would love to preorder items on Thursdays and pick them up on Sat. But its so hard to look through their e juice selections. Plus, should have descriptions of what the flavors are.

Big name brands Aegis, Drago etc. Large selection of Vaperite brand vape juice as well as a top shelf selection from the big names. But all this comes at a higher price. Best deals are still on line, however, the new requirements of hand delivery and a signature required drives the cost close to vape brick and mortar stores. Kyle and Jeff were amazing! We were there for over an hour trying flavors and looking inti new mods. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. This is the closest store to us that we trust. Love this place! I’ve been several times to both canton and Woodstock. The staff is always very helpful and they all seem to know a lot about their products and what’s in them.

In a single day, I visited every store within an hour of me, just to find the perfect one. Other stores didnt want to spend the time answering my questions, and some were even downright rude. Not only does Vaperite have knowledgeable employees, but they took the time to answer all of my questions. Even when the store was packed. Theyre constantly receiving new stock (usually receive it on Thursdays), which is awesome for when Im looking for something new. The majority of their flavors are awesome, and unlike a previous reviewer, it didnt cost me $1 to sample a flavor, it was free. They have a great atmosphere and even better customer service (I bought a Trident RDA, and returned it the next day due to manufacturer defect, no hassle).All in all, Ill definitely be coming back. Oh and the best thing, theyre only 10 minutes away.

Well stocked with a variety of of juices, mods and other equipment. They are competitively priced as far as brick and mortar stores go. The house juice is hit or miss but if you ask theyre quick to point out the better ones for you. They carry many imported juices and occasionally swap them out with other brands. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they also do not try to pressure you into anything you are t already interested in which is a plus for me.

Awesome service from a very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The house juices are great and the prices are quiet reasonable. They run lots of specials throughout the week that can really save you some money. Also, the atmosphere was very comfortable. It really shows when a business has staff that loves what they are doing.

By far the best vape shop Ive ever found. I drive 40 minutes to it. Id love it if they had one closer, but until then, Ill keep driving to them. Every time I have to go to another shop in an emergency, I regret it and have to go to vape rite so they can fix it and give me what I actually need. The staff is always super knowledgeable and helpful. Their juice is the best. Their store set up is the best. Cant say enough good things. All the stars, every visit!

I will never go anywhere else unless I have no choice. Everyone who works there is accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Its also great that I can run in, get what I want, and out the door in under five minutes. The store itself is nicely setup, they have a very wide range of products, a great reward system, and frequent sales.

Olivia was great to deal with she walked my girlfriend though every step of filling and charging her new device. I was happy to leave with two new bottles of juice thanks to TJ (his picks again as well. All while the manager dealt with an unreasonable person who had damaged their device. Great place. This place is great Ricky helped me get a great flavor juice on 7/22. He was super nice and helpful.On 7/23/22 the next day I broke my tank and Hunter tried to fix it. Great experience shopping here. Ive been a few times and have one of their membership cards. On my last visit the man behind the counter (the manager perhaps) gave me a great deal on vape juice - almost 4 bottles for the price of one - since they were trying to sell all of their existing inventory. He didnt have to do that and definitely made me a customer for life.

There were lots of products to choose from and there is a taste testing bar but because I ran in there right before closing I didnt have a whole lot of time to sample or browse. The gal that served me was very knowledgeable and sweet. And she had her hands full trying to finish out the last customers of the day. They sell Vape juice, CBD products, and Delta 8!

LOVE the set up , & the woman that helped me out couldnt have been sweeter or more helpful. I didnt think you could try the juices/vape flavors anymore at vape stores & thats not the case there! I got to try out so many before I bought any & I love that! They have the most juice/vape flavor options available, out of anywhere that I have seen around the area. They have a customer for life , I really really love it there!

Ive always known the quality of the juice to be good. This was my first time at the store because Ive just ordered online in the past. Overall, the experience was good. However, I was a little disappointed because the store price for juice was a couple dollars more than online. I wouldve saved time and money by just ordering online instead.

Mod prices okay. Juice is $25+ they always want to talk you into getting .3 nic and Im just not there yet.

Visited today to get started in the world of vaping. I knew nothing about the products or what would work best for me. The staff was amazing and very attentive. I must have been there for 30 minutes learning and sampling some of the delicious flavors. Fantastic store and fantastic service. I look forward to being a long term customer.

Best on the strip for customer service. You want to sit down for a sec and chill and taste and just relax. This is the one. Prices are competitive but youll be paying a reasonable premium for the experience. A good place...proper retail. Ill shop there again one day.

Used to love this store. The staff is hit or miss, some are super friendly and helpful others are stuck up. They constantly stop carrying juice to get new ones. I know some of it is due to the FDA and their limitations, but every three months they get rid of juice that doesnt sell when its high end, well known brand names. Vapor Maven the next shopping center down is way, way better. Mickeys in Canton is awesome too.

Every time Ive been into this store Ive walked out with a great experience. Employees at the Woodstock location are super friendly and informative of the products at hand. Not only do they specialize in there own juices, but they carry an array of popular imported juices as well. If you have a location near you, I highly recommend everyone trying them out.

I first went to Vaperite to quit smoking. My experience, then, was wonderful! The gentleman was very informative and friendly.I returned today to buy some more coils and I unfortunately did not have the same experience. The man that helped me was very abrupt and just overall not friendly/personable. A big disappointment because I was looking forward to trying out some new flavors. I will no longer exclusively purchase my vaping needs from this location.

First visit seemed average. The staff was friendly, but not really helpful, spent over $100. Second visit, my wife went back for new coils, and the staff talked her into a new tank assembly instead. Add in an e-juice purchase, and we dropped another $50 - all within 30 days.The new tank began to leak juice heavily the next day. My wife returned and was told the leak was caused by a faulty coil (the new coil that CAME with the tank). She was told that since it had been longer than 24 hours (27 hours to be exact) that Vaperite would not replace the faulty coil and charged another $14 because the coils only come in 2 packs.Really guys - 3 hours past the 24 hours? The tank did not start leaking until 24 hours later. Such a small cost to the company to replace a faulty coil for free but would have been HUGE gesture for customer service. Instead you chose to value the contents of our wallet more than building a long lasting relationship with the customer to keep them coming back. After dropping almost $200 with you the first 30 days, we will not return.It is sad that the vape company that boasts as the best around town has such average customer service. 3 hours and one coil would have made all the difference in the world and retained us as customers. It isnt the amount of money we were charged to remedy the issue, it was simply that we were sold a faulty item and you would not stand behind the product you sold when the item was obviously faulty from the moment you sold it.

Great selection, competitive prices, knowledgable & friendly staff. They have a really cool layout in there that resembles a bar. You walk in, slide up to the bar in a chair, look at the menu/specials & let the bartender (employee) know what youll be having. They use gloves & pour your liquid right in front of you. Everything is already premixed & their brand is made in house. They do have a lot of other brands too, so thats nice for selection.

The flavors are good, the people are nice and they are informative. You do pay $1 per flavor to try it out but you can keep the small cartridge you sample it in and it will last you about what a cigarette would or more. in the long haul this is more safe and cheaper than cigarettes.

I went to this store for the first time today. The atmosphere in this place was amazing. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. I had never vaped before, so didnt know anything about it. They explained it all too much, let me try a few different juice flavors, help me set up my new equipment, and sent me on my way. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place. I will definitely be returning for all my vaping needs.

Ive come here for 3 years now. Ive never had an issue with the employees and I have always gotten good products. I recommend them to anyone from beginner vaping to experts. Love them.

I am a Vaperite customer going on 4 years now. The owner and GM addressed and fixed the issues I was having with the staff. This newly staffed store, and more knowledgeable staff. Nice job Todd! Even though, I know it was Haley. 😂

The first time i came here, it was awesome. But as i started coming back, things started to change. the problem is how slow the staff is. It would take forever for someone to help me. I understand when its busy, but even when its slow, it would take 5-10 minutes for anyone to help me. and there would be times when either people there would be no help or very nasty to me. Its a big inconvenience. I love the store, but it makes me not want to come back when that is happening. please change this.

They refuse to honor online pricing because online is cheaper due to the fact that they need to add shipping so it equals to what you pay in-store. Yet due to the Covid bills that state no shipping nicotine products they havent updated the site and refuse to price match.

Vape rite has gone down hill big time. I was told the grade of ingredients they use to use for all their juices is only used in the most expensive juices now. I was told that after countless purchases of my favorite flavors and then always tasting horrible. Not only that I have gotten three juices that are so thick it wont even come out of the bottle. Their customer service sucks since they lost a lot of the old guys. The red head dude is the only guy who actually helps you. Ive been going to them since they opened and I am never going there again due to poor products and rude employees.

Went in today and bought the Teslacigs Stealth mod. Customer service was great. My old mod (notilus mini) fried a few weeks back and these guys really helped me out with what I was looking for. They put everything together and made sure I was satisfied with the amount of smoke and the hit I got off my new mod. Will return for more Cosmic Fog and coils soon.

When I first started vaping I had no idea what I was doing. Other vape shops were not very helpful and intimidating. From the minute I came here, everyone was SO helpful and friendly. Every time I go, everyone always has a smile. You can try juices before you buy them. The staff ALL are very knowledgable, and willing to share that knowledge and help you find what you need. I am a super picky person, and they never act annoyed when I say I dont know what I want, theyre always able to give me suggestions, and I always walk out with a juice or piece of equipment that I love. You can tell they care about their customers, and going here feels like shopping at a neighborhood store where they know your face :). Theyre also amazing with discounts, specials, coupons, and great rewards system that Ive benefitted from several times now. I quit smoking November of 2018. When I first started vaping, I was concerned that my lack of knowledge was going to lead me to failure in switching from cigarettes to vaping but I attribute my success to the people in this store... So thank you! And if youre like I was, and looking for somewhere to go that is a better experience overall than anywhere else, come here once, Im sure youll keep coming back like I have.

VapeRite has always been the personal preference when needing some vape supplies. Wide selection of juices from a variety of brands and a nice menu for their own line. Their staff has been consistently friendly and knowledgeable; seen several folks ranging from the novice deciding to quit the pack a day up to veterans and the staff bases their approach and explanations off the experience of the customer. Prices for their mods and RBAs are on the high side, and their staff are there to sell. Expect their first recommendation to be the more expensive of options, but try not to let that bring down opinions. Their rebuilding supplies, coils, and entry level kits are affordable, and their Membership nets some discounts and samples at a very reasonable price.

Instead of posting a sign on your door complaining about government handouts, try offering your employees a livable wage. That was very tacky. Ive been shopping at your store for years, but today was my last visit.

Ive been going here for literally years and it used to be great. Now they have expanded the building and business and treat customers like garbage. Their mod prices are beat by most other vape shops in the area so other then their juice special on Wed there is no need for me to deal with them anymore. Since all other vape shops are running specials then I guess I dont have to deal with them at all. The cocky attitudes most employees have is unwarranted. Im out! Try Sams vape paradise. At least you get treated with some dignity there.

Let me premise by saying I needed a mod, like today and from somewhere in my area. I had researched the SMOK NORD kit and the price on their website for 28.99$ and about 2.00$ tax, but shipping I didnt worry about. When I went to the store I the list price was at that of the tax added. They said to make up for I could review them on Google for 10%. So be prepared to pay a little more, than on their website, if you visit in store.

For a Vape store, these guys are legit.Being honest, they are not the cheapest. You will fine cheaper online.BUT! And a huge but, these guys are great. Its a clean store, well educated staff that wont upsell you and personal support that makes you feel like they actually give a crap. Ill spend the extra $5 for that any day.

This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for juices or Delta-8! The two guys working there (Drake and William) were super awesome, they answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions!

I have to admit, the first time I walked into Vaperite it took a few minutes for me to process the place. I only know a handful of people who vape and its like a dirty little secret. Here vaping is out in the open and celebrated. There is a relaxed and friendly culture both from the helpful staff and the other customers who will often lend advice about products and flavors. Being able to sit at the bar and sample flavors is awesome. The oils or ejuice that they sell are top notch and the prices are reasonable. Its nice to go hang out with people who may not be part of your normal day to day life but who share the love of a good smoke. I hope this place is around for a very long time.Remember to tip the girls behind the bar. They work their butts off back there.

Fabulous place for all your vape and cbd wants and desires. They have just about everything the other places do and they have the things you cant find anywhere else. So kind very knowledgeable and really care about getting your whats right for you not just the thing that is gunna make you spend more. Also the largest selections of flavour samples around. Some places get a little upset after 2-3 flavour samples but at Vaperite these guys can keep suggesting similar or complimenting flavors and will do anything to make sure you leave happy. But best of all they are the only place I know that isnt pushy about trying to make a sale. If only every company could operate like these fine men and women.

I have been a customer of this location for a while. Ive spent hundreds of dollars here. Today, I drove from Marietta to Woodstock, as I do about every 2 weeks, specifically to purchase new juice. When I walked in, I realized that I had forgotten my ID at home. Mind you, Im a half bald, nearly completely grey headed (and bearded) 40 year old. I would never be able to convince anyone of sound mind that I was UNDER the age of 18... Apparently, common sense is something completely lost on this store, and its manager, because I was told that I would not be able to be in the store...Seriously??? Ill take my business elsewhere, thank you..

Will not being going back. Ive been on e-cig for a year now and have always purchased from smoktek. So when I discovered that this store was right around the corner from me I was really excited. The people there are great. Very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I cant say anything good about their stock. They didnt carry my clearomizer. Which was disappointing but ok. So I bought a different clearomizer to give them a chance. The wick unraveled in the first two fillings and the base of the clearomizer started leaking. I have put a line of super glue around it, but it had cracks all around it. After the first day it kept getting this burnt taste which Ive never experienced before. Very poor quality and more expensive than the better quality clearomizers I buy from smoktek. I bought a small sample of their liquid. It was suppose to be almond cream... turned out to be spearmint, they replaced it for free, but bc of the mint now in my clearomizer I yet to be able to taste the almond to find out if I like it. Just a very disappointing experience. Im going to stick with smoktek and I wish their business all the best, but I will not be going back.

Love this place! There are plenty of vape store in the area, but the staff here and at the other location in Johns Creek is always friendly and more than helpful. Thats why I keep coming back.

I have been trying to find a better way to help me quit smoking. I must have spent couple hundred dollars on things that didnt last over 2 months. The thing I love about this place is that I can get answers to any question, and they make their own juice so I know its not shipped from some other country with ingredients that I will never know. This is where I go to get my e-cig liquid and other accessories, I live about 40 mins from Vaperite and I still make the drive well worth it so far, customer service is great, that have a wide selection of eliquid to choose from, I would recommend vaperite, the only thing I would like to see changed is that I wish they opened more earlier.UPDATE: JUST WENT TO STORE IM ATLANTA I LOVE IT :) WISH THEY HAD A TABLE WITH EJUICES ON IT LIKE AT WOODSTOCK BUT OVERALL ITS NICE ;)

My biggest problem with this place is their flavors are NASTY to me. The staff was helpful, nice store... but the whole point is to find a good flavor for my vape and I was seriously let down.First thing I dont like is how you have to pay for these little $.50 cartomizers to try a flavor. All the vape shops in CA and FL that Ive been to let you try anything and everything for free! (B/C they know you will find a flavor and keep coming back).Currently I am vaping a Honey-Tobacco from Totally Wicked which is delicious. This stores Tobacco flavors taste like a burnt/soggy old Newport... if thats your thing go for it!

This place is my JAM :). I love the people, I love the selection, I love the place! Everyone is friendly and attentive, they really make an effort to explain what everything is and how it works too. I had been using an e-cig for awhile before vaperite opened its doors but there is always something new, that they know I will buy on sight ;), and they really stock the best equipment and flavors.Its a life saver, I have not smoked a cigarette in over a year now and having vaperite down the street keeps me on the straight and narrow. I was always forgetting to order juice and supplies and that could have meant running out for a pack of cigarettes before. Bought a $100 mod. It started leaking the second day I had it. I went in FIVE separate times to trouble shoot the problem with the staff. The fifth time they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because my tank and mod was one unit. Crappy, crappy service.

Over priced and rude pushy employees that try really hard to insist that you buy their over priced inferior quality hardware and accessories..Decent vape juice varieties but the quality name brand juices that they do carry r marked up to absurd levels which is just another way they push you into buying what they want you to buy, in this case vaprite brand juices which are decent but not anything special that i would consider worthy of being used as an adv..Do yourself a favor and shop online for your vaping needs at place like breezy vaporfi or vapedna and you can get any size name brand juices for a 1/2-1/4 of what you would pay at vaprite and the sane is true regarding hardware and accessories (mods,tanks,batteries,tip,grommets ect..) or you can go to vaperite and pay double or sometimes triple the price for the exact same products but what your paying extra for is to cover their expenses such as payroll for the employees,their light bill, their insurance and all the other expenses that it takes to run a brick and mortar store. Or you can simply find whatever you want to purchase online through reputable vape companies that dont have the overhead expenses that come from having brick and mortar locations, which in turn allows you to have extensive varieties of any and everything you could want at a fraction of the cost..your call

Not having a number available to reach someone at the store to ask a simple question is frustrating. Now I have to go out of my way and drive to the store to ask a question about their juice. (Which i suspect has made me sick) Ive spent well over $300 there in the last 3 months and this makes me think about taking my business elsewhere.
