I had an amazing experience at Cloud9 thanks to Rod and Janice’s assistance. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The service was quick, personalized, and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location.

I have been using vaporite for years and they switch to non-tobacco liquid B12 liquid and did not tell us about it so Ive been without nicotine for about a month now. I went today to cloud 9 the guy and the girl that were in there were really nice they helped me pick out a great flavor I love it its the mang tang. Thank you guys for doing such a good job helping me out highly recommend going here prices were great as well.

I went in there to buy a cartridge battery for a cart that I had. Well after paying for it I went back outside to my vehicle and tried to fit my cart on the battery... The battery ended up being the wrong size so I went back in and they wouldnt give me a refund but offer store credit.... Like I wanted store credit to a place that I never go to and wouldnt again. So I ended up leaving without anything not even my money back or the battery I bought

Every time I come in here I am pleasantly surprised to find that they are well-stocked (more so than other local shops, in my experience) and the staff is super helpful. I feel like Im always asking a ton of questions, but no one has ever made me feel rushed or like helping me is a burden. I also really appreciate their rewards program, because it applies to all their stores and it definitely helps you save if youre a frequent shopper. They sell cloned coils, I went in there last Saturday to buy coils(2nd time ever being in there) and they sold me V8 Baby X4 when I normally get V8 Baby T8 and I had already paid for them, they wouldnt even give me a refund and I hadnt even walked out the door. I went to my usual store yesterday because the tank kept leaking and I told him about the coils and he told me to look at the back of the box and if it doesnt have the Barcode to scan its a clone as you can see in the picture below (theirs is the one on the right)it has nothing. They suck dont buy coils

Im one of those people that HATES to try a new disposable vapes. I was desparate to get my usual one, only to find they were temporarily out. I was shown a Sugarbar by the guy opening the store (sorry dude, didnt get your name) and was surprised that I liked the flavor and nifty digital readout for the battery and the juice level on the side of the unit!! Im a convert!!! Great job in matching me up with what I needed! Ill be coming back again..great associates and service!!

These individuals are so helpful at the store. They are highly educated on their products . The way they explain the products simplistically I highly recommend people to come check this location out in Woodstock, Georgia. when you go to this location, ask for Steve or Tobi, these two are very knowledgeable and helpful.

When it comes to excellent customer service you can’t beat it. If a product you are looking for is out of stock they will call near by locations to make sure you get what you need. The Manager is super friendly and always down to talk about space with me. I never feel unsatisfied or lied to. Their DELTA8 is DELTA GREAT!!

Been going here a while and had an ok experience, but today.. We needed to buy a new vaping device for my wife as her old one broke. So we go there, select a setup (not cheap) and ask for some coils. Guy gives us coils, turns out they are wrong ones (he checks just after we pay), vape is a new device we’re not familiar with and he announces they are wrong. Guy apologized for picking the wrong ones but can’t do a refund. Have to wait for the manager. So we go back later to be told, at first, we can’t have a refund, only exchange. It’s their mistake but we need coils so fine. We pick the correct fitment (but not the resistance we really want) and decide to grab some more juice as well to make for the shortfall (correct coils are cheaper). We get to the till and he rings it up and it’s $30. “So what about the exchange?” I ask. “Sorry, can’t exchange, I can do a 20% discount only”. It was their error and they won’t refund or exchange???Really, really poor customer service. Lost us as a customer.How you handle resolving issues (especially ones your business created) says a lot.Will not use again and would not recommend.EDIT: Update. Ive emailed the provided address and still not had a response (and yes, Ive checked my spam filters, and yes, I know how to do that).Responses on here just for show??

I went in to purchase coils for my mod and they didn’t carry them. I purchased a new mod specifically because they said they carried the coils for it. They also sold me a whole box of coils for the mod. The coils they sold me and the ones they said would fit did not fit so I tried to return them. I was told I need a receipt. This typically wouldn’t be an issue if this was my mistake but I bought them because staff informed me they would fit. I’m stuck with a full box I have no use for. Seems a little crazy to me that they can’t just exchange the purchased box with the right one and eat the 3 or 4 dollars for the one that didn’t fit rather than lose a customer.

This is the smallest cloud 9 location in Atlanta I do believe. I would give you five stars. Most everybody Im in contact with is a good attitude and quite helpful. The only thing Ill say about cloud 9 is there always out of stuff.

Noah, Aidan and Kyle spent a ton of time with us and it was a great experience. They’re all knowledgeable about everything in the store and very friendly and willing to answer tons of questions. We’ll definitely be regular customers!

Update: Everything has been corrected. Very pleased.Every Cloud9 my husband and myself have been to has been amazing other than this location. The employee Kyle W sold us a product with zero information on it and what he did tell us was completely false. I called the store to speak to a manager about the situation and one was not in store. I spoke to an employee about what had happened and they was nice until I told them the name of the cashier. It turns out he was the one who answered the phone, he then became very rude and said I dont know what to tell you, bye and hung up. This has put a bad taste in my mouth with this whole company and even tho I doesnt matter I refuse to ever do business with anyone who condones treatment of customers like this and releases ILL Trained employees on the floor.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Cloud 9 or their employees. I’ve been frequenting their locations since the Kennesaw store, and they continue to raise the bar year after year. Top tier products, knowledgeable staff, and an unique atmosphere for each location.

Employee convinced me to by a diff kind of disposable vape. Told me it would last way longer. Got about 10 to 15 puffs then it ran out of juice. Took back the next day and same employee tasted it and admitted it was bad but couldnt replace it. Only offered a discount on the next one. I payed for a bad product plus had to eat it because they dont stand behind their product. Im Disappointed with the bad customer service.

My daughter is the reason I visit cloud 9.Early 2018 she started having seizures.She found this shop, Wednesday is BOGO on some of the items they sell.Having never stepped foot inside a Vape shop I was clueless.Great customer service, very very helpful to a novice shopper.And patient with my lack of knowledge with their store.

I shop the Woodstock store on Hwy 92 and the staff working are ALWAYS super friendly! The selection is incredible and I have shopped with SEVERAL vape shops but Cloud 9 is THE best. Give them a try!

When I smoked, vaped, and used other items available for purchase from Cloud 9, I went there because of a friends recommendation. I was a customer for several years. They take care of their customers and are very helpful. I have subsequently been vape and smoke free thanks to, at the time, some good advice on cessation and gear from one of the Cloud 9 employees.Thank you.

I came in today for the first time and first time ever in a smoke shop. I didnt know much of anything about anything but needed help with pain management and interested in cbd and kratom. I dont know the guys name but he was awesome and Im so glad he was the one to help me , being a 1st timer.

Be careful when you decide to spend money here. I was given no explanations of their return/exchange policy when I bought my vape battery which short circuited and stopped functioning after 3 days. When I brought it back they said due to their return policy and FDA laws (what?) there was nothing they could do but I COULD claim warranty through the manufacturer who may or may not honor it after taking months to go through the process. I was actually told I was better off buying a new one.After I consulted with another vape shop I was told that isnt how FDA laws work at all and Cloud 9 basically ripped me off and didnt want to make the return. My trashcan appreciated the meal I fed it.

Brought back product employee verified was defective, could not exchange offered “discount” on replacement. These people are just in it to rip people off. Do not buy from them.

Had a great experience, I promised my father would stop smoking cigarettes. I knew nothing about vapes, the guys taught me and was really impressed. They have all types of flavors and good prices on pipes. I will forever buy products through cloud 9!!!!!!!!

Im new to vaping so Im not expert but the guys at Cloud 9 really helped me figure out what I wanted. Apparently I like dessert style flavors and dense, hard hits that produce clouds. I wish I knew the name of the guy who has helped me because he is super patient and laid back. Also lots of good pipes and whatnot if you are into that kind of thing. Its a nice atmosphere so Im kind of bummed that they changed the law where you cant try samples because it was fun to hang out there, almost like a bar, since I dont drink that much.

They do not keep important items in stock. Ive been checking in with them regularly for the past 5 months, and they have been out of KangerTech SSOC coils (a VERY commonly used coil) every time I visit or call. Also very unreliable with keeping liquids in stock.The staff is friendly enough, but not as knowledgeable as other stores Ive visited. Theyve given me coils that dont fit my mod, and recommended products that didnt fit my needs.At the end of the day, if they dont have the inventory, their store is a waste of time. Call ahead before making the trip.

I recently went this store looking for a cartridge, and they kept telling my I needed suction device to transfer oil. I didnt think I needed it and asked if I could return it. The girl working (short, brunette hair) said yes you can. I transferred my oil with no need for the suction thing they sold me. Came back the next day to return it, and they said tobacco products are not returnable. Its a piece of plastic in an unopened box... Sales people, dont lie to your customers. You have lost my business over $5, and I will be sure tell everyone I know to find a different shop.

I came into the shop in a bad mood and he made me laugh so hard and helped me not only pick up a new flavor but also helped me feel better. He is a rare amazing soul, who definitely needs his own show or youtube channel. Awful customer service topped off with a bad attitude. I had some problems with my mod, came in for some help or advice and the workers were rude and didnt even try to help. If you are new to vaping there are other shops in Woodstock with much more helpful and informative employees.

Great people I understand this place has had some problems in the past, but recently they are under new management with more experienced employees who seem to know what they are talking about, no matter what in the store I am interested it glass in or vapes I can sure say I felt really comfortable spending my money here know I got a great deal!!!

Just had a horrible interaction with a guy named Chase who works here. Hassled about my ID and just really strange stuff. The guy is weird. Probably wont be coming back. Prices are not competitive at all, except for a couple of leftover juices in a sale bin.

Came in expecting to buy a pop bar (with a price of ten dollars) but they weren’t in stock. An employee talked me in to purchasing a brand I had never even heard of called orb promising me it would last four times as long as the pop bar I was looking for. Well the vape lasted a whole two hours and died leaving me without nicotine. I returned the next day extremely frustrated to get some sort of compensation or a new device in the hopes that it was one bad device out of the batch and the employee dismissed me as though I had made the whole thing up stating that it is not their policy to refund a tobacco product. Let me put this in perspective it would be like going to a gas station to purchase a pack of cigarettes and opening the pack to find that it only contained two cigarettes and I know for a fact a reputable company like QT would certainly exchange the faulty pack for a fresh one.So not only did they convince me to spend more money than I intended the product they were pushing on me was faulty and the customer service was non existent. I am extremely disappointed and out twenty dollars that could have bought me two of the pop bars I was looking for. To anyone looking to buy a disposable vape avoid both the orb brand and cloud 9 their employees seem to care more about sitting around and vaping than taking care of a customer they have blatantly wronged. I would recommend going to xhale city right up highway 92 not even a quarter mile away their employees are vastly better they have better prices and the products they sell perform as promised. Avoid cloud nine like the plague unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like you don’t matter.

After spending well over a $100 at this store I found that my ecig was leaking brought it back immediately and was told they cant do anything about it till a manager was there this was Friday evening finally after multiple phone calls I got in touch with a manager and was told to return on Monday to get a replacement, I then walk into the store Monday morning to sit around and watch two idiots try to fix the vape for an hour and constantly insinuating that its my fault and that they cant do a replacement until I finally lost my temper and demanded that they replace it not refund it but simply give me a product that was not damaged out of the box, then one walks into the back room and comes at 2 min later and gives me a replacement and tells me that I have to be somewhat technologically inclined to use these devices and essentially insinuated that it was my fault this happened, I was very displeased with customer service and have no desire to return there because of this, please train your employees properly, not to mention when I talked to the manager I was told he himself would take care of me and when I have first walked in one of the 2 idiots claimed to be the manager only to have to tell me he has to speak with his manager, I understand about not telling the full story in a work environment to deal with such issues but the disorder lies and unreasonable way I was dealt with will ensure that I never return there again

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING VAPE OR E-CIG RELATED FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have bought two $50 tanks from this store in the past month the first broke on me after 2 days of use, and the second does not have replacement coils whatsoever. I was knowingly sold a tank that does not have replacement coils and when i confronted the store clerk and management about the issue i received no help at all. This is not how business should be conducted and i am appalled at the lack of respect that was shown to me after being a loyal customer for over a year. How can anyone sell a tank that you cannot get replacement coils for. That is like a car dealership selling me a car that you cant buy tires for......... once the first coil/first set of tires is worn out you cant use it anymore. Make sense...? Anyways please take my advice and avoid this place. I am not a competitor, just a very unhappy customer and will not be sending anyone their way nor will i ever enter a Cloud 9 smoke shop again.

Not a bad place to go. Went and got a vape stick. They didnt have a big selection oils for cvd / Vape but overall stop. Good good variety if youre looking for other things though.

Woodstock Cloud 9 was an enjoyable experience on 4/13/16. I just bought a house in woodstock so Cloud 9 is now my new Vaping supply store! Chris Webb was very helpful and polite, He runs a great store. PRICES were outstanding too.

I have found cloud nine to be my favorite vape store hands down!!!! Chris was my hero tonight, I was having a problem with my tank and I had made a mistake and went to vaperite last night where a female employee said what she thought was wrong with my talk and proceeded to tweak ,it only for it work for a min and then stop. She was on her out of work, so should she care.( thats how sh made me feel). She never checked her work.Okay now back to Chris, I told him what happened to me the night before and he had the willingness to help and fixed my problem.I know where I will go for my vape needs from now on ,
