Says they close at 9 online sign posted on the store theyre open 10-10 every day but sunday when thru at 8:35 and they were closed all the lights turned off except for the sign that says what time theyre open

Okay this place is right next door to sunrise, something must be in the water at that mini mall. Okay if the lights arent annoying enough I bet your customer service will be just as annoying. I dont know why walk around, and basically hover over you within breathing distance, its just strange. The selection in this place is basic and their customer service is just weird another thing apparently if you pay in cash you get a deal? I guess if you feel like getting breathe on and looked at as a criminal, and charged overpriced and feel pressured to buy something or just to get away from the employees, then this is the place for you but like the rest of us who find that strange and just avoid this place theres way better places.

Very clean store with great selection of products. The staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I went there to find something so my fibromyalgia pain. I had never been in a smoke shop for myself before, and had no idea where to start. The staff suggested a product and my pain has been significantly less! This is the place to go!

Ive only gone here once but that was enough for me to decide that this will be my number one go-to smoke shop from now on. The gentleman that was working was very friendly and helpful, and the prices are good too. Its a drastic and welcome change from the other place that I was going to in Woodstock.

These owners are truly helpful and want to please their customers.They are not money hungry hustlers who will try to sell you anything.I was buying vape pods online but when the distributor went out of business I could no longer purchase pods.After casually visiting fun + tobacco on a whim, I had shared with the manager my dilemma in not obtaining pods anymore.But these owners went to the trouble of locating a source of pods for me.At first, I thought it was just typical salesman talk but they mean business and are true to their word!After checking back, I was able to obtain a very good supply of my pods.I am ever SO thankful of this businesses eagerness to please their customers.Give them a try with your special requests and dont be surprised.If they go through this much trouble to fulfill my hard to obtain request,  I can be assured that they will do extremely well in many other more commonly acquired vape or tobacco needs.I highly recommend fun + tobacco vape for all your vape and tobacco desires.Go ahead, give them a try with your requests and dont be surprised.

Their customer service is horrible. I spend money there every week. When I encountered an issue they didnt want to take care of it. Told them theyre losing a customer. Response was who cares He has people telling him that all of the time.

They do have some decent stuff, but they kept pushing me to buy more stuff when I specifically said I was on a budget, like come on now thats how you lose customers.
