Well used to love this vape shop, last 2 times I went the manager was not very pleasant to be honest. I spend $60-$100 at this shop every month. Last time theyre machine for points wasnt working thought Id still get points since I spend a decent amount of money there. Unfortunately that wasnt the case, asked for 10% off since last time I spent about $60 and should have had a discount by now manager says Im not doing that and I was pretty surprised honestly since it was the same person working when the machine wasnt working and clearly remembered because followed by saying that was a long time ago (last month). Because of the rude manner and overall terrible customer service I responded by saying okay I might need to just find a new shop to go to, The manager responded Well I dont care had me straight shocked lol. what the actual heck is going on there where $5 is worth more than a loyal customer and because I shop there so much and definitely should have had a discount by now I was treated with disrespect. Dang. Only good thing I can say is... lots of products and the other person that works there is really awesome even though I havent seen them last 2 times.

Just bought it and it’s complete garbage leaks all over the place haven’t even had it for day and I’ve been threw 4 coils and of course there is no refund or exchanges… I was told that this one wouldn’t leak I’m just going to buy me another geek vape but not from this company I’ll tell you that

I have been going to this vape shop for quite some time. I regularly by the same thing, the freemax gym disposable tanks. Now they used to cost me 10$ for a box of two because thats how it is supposed to be sold just like any other vape place would sell them. Now this place is trying to charge per tank. Ive noticed this place has been doing this with other stuff say if you want a pre made coil they dont sell you a package of them they sell them individually at a ridiculous price witch I didnt think you could do. Im gonna call the BBB and see what they say. Take your money else ware do not shop here.

I can understand no exchanges on something that works but isnt to the customers liking. What shouldnt be a thing is no exchanges on a faulty product. Regardless the customer service from one of your employee today was awful. Totally refused to make an effort to help a customer. I had to call another store just to get someone to even attempt to help me and had to drive 15 mins out of my way to get there.

I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me….I am wanting to stop smoking and went to another shop and they were not much help for someone who knows nothing. I went in here and was helped amazingly and explained everything. It was very helpful and I will definitely be going back! Thank you!!

Andy has always taken the time to help me as has most the staff . Including when I was to sick to walk into the store!! They custom make my juice and I normally call ahead of time

Went in hoping to try out something new and pick up a new battery and had the worst experience Ive ever had with an employee. I spoke with the tall girl with black hair and bangs and was given nothing but attitude and when I asked a simple question she rolled her eyes and sighed at me and gave me a short answer. Will not be coming back if this is how customers are treated.

This place is never busy when I go and they seem to always have what I need. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this vape shop.

They have always been a great deal of help. Andy has always helped me with all my questions and does a great job!

These guys were awesome very helpful even over the phone. I cant vape 99% of vape juices but these awesome folks were able make me one that I can actually smoke! They were very nice to my wife as well and they complimented my bus. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Maybe it’s just me but I seem to be having a hard to understanding no returns for faulty products. Juice and workers are not a problem quite nice actually but its not right to sell something that doesn’t work and not try to help your customer.

Friendly and helpful. Great variety. I live their in house juice. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Numerous times they close early or open late. Most of the employees can not help you anymore like they used too.
