Went in today around lunch and Laura, I believe was her name, was super knowledgeable about the products she was selling. As a beginner in the vaping world, my friend and I had lots of questions to which she immediately had answers to. She explained everything in a way we could understand. She even gave us a free baby geek bar to try out. Which was awesome of her. Who doesnt love free stuff?! I plan on returning to purchase a mod and try out one of the many flavors they offer. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact they dont carry oxbars. But wasnt disappointed enough to take away any stars. Laura was honestly a delight. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!!

Been coming here for yEARS for my nicotine and my carts! Cheapest price for best quality I could find and if you order with them, they always make sure to keep you stocked up!! THe owner may have started it as a side job with his garage but I absolutely love the atmosphere the employees create and I always breathe deep and loose my shoulders a bit when I walk in 💖

In response to Angela from the newest review placed on this page, I am the rattlesnake you speak of. You are right. Our prices are a little bit higher than some in town but I would like to know who else in town has the flavor selection we do? Or the guarantee we do on our disposables? Not only do we buy from the manufacturer or a CERTIFIED dealer and all products inspected by our knowledgeable staff BEFORE they hit the shelves, but our word lasts longer than just you walking out the door. Im sorry I didnt get a chance to tell you all this as you were on the phone ignoring me the entire time so Im sure you werent able to hear me tell you the price. Lets not leave out the following day when you called about said transaction, the cussing and attitude thrown at me for telling you the price was as you were charged was DEFINETLY not deserved by me. But maybe next time you go somewhere you will inquire the price of something before you just hand over your card... Hope you have the day you deserve dear!!!!

Came from out of town for my fathers funeral and never been to this shop before. Such a cool layout and drive thru service. The best service however is Maddie !!!! So incredibly sweet. I will stop back when in town again

I was in the vicinity and decided to stop in for a disposable. The lady working was about as friendly as a rattlesnake but whatever. I got a disposable lost mary vape, paid for it and went on my way. Later looked at my bank account and realized I was charged $35!! I called to ask the price and she told me that was correct. THESE ARE $20 EVERYWHERE ELSE YOU GO!! Granted, I could have asked the price but figured it couldnt be any more or much more than anywhere else. Totally my fault for not paying attention but way to rob people. Geez. I would never recommend the place or return for any reason. Ill stick with my local smoke shop or travel across town next time. Huge rip off.I see this company and its employees are all rude and condescending, first I would like to point out that I was NOT on the phone as my phone was in my car. Second, I most definitely did not cuss anyone out, I simply said that I would not return due to the ridiculous prices. Third, it wont be long before this company goes under due to less than mediocre customer service and jacked prices. Lastly, false accusations doesnt make the company look reputable, it makes you a really bad sales rep. Might I suggest something outside of customer service as a career option?

I dont like this store. It is overpriced and frankly, it irks me that they use the name Anarchy, as they are about the most structured, by the book sticklers Ive ever met. I wont be returning, as most products are 50% more expensive than the market average.

I’ll go in the middle for stars. Reason being, every vape I buy and product is always defective. I spent 140 dollars the first time I bought a vape from here, ended up leaking not even a month later and they didn’t sell any replacement or would even look at it, I didn’t want a refund, nobody wants my germs but I would have liked them to at least look. Unfortunately I went back to cigarettes. Just recently here I decided to try again cause the customer service is definitely on point and knowledgeable. I spent 170 to try to see if higher price is better quality and yet not even a month later is it leaking really bad and wasting my money. I will not be back anytime soon annd this does not mean I won’t come back at all cause I definitely will but as of right now I just can’t give a good recommendation to buy anything from here except juice. The flavors are awesome. Again I’m pretty sad about this cause they are really cool people. But to see it’s defective product and continue to sell it, (I feel) is so people come back in a month to buy more, is kind of messed up. Please look at what you buy wholesale before you sell it double the price… I’m super sad… as I’ve been doing good just vaping.. if there is something I could learn please tell me! Reviews are a good start or see if they last longer than a month!!!! I’ll be back maybe in a year or so, going to try a different store for now. I had to go buy cigarettes cause my vape is defective again…Also I know it’s hard to judge a product but you should try them first for a little bit. Also I’m not angry with y’all. I personally think y’all are awesome people.

From south dakota here for work, polite lady helped me idk her name she was so sweet, my ID is dirty from work where i do construction and some shops give me hard time she was very understanding and polite about it. will definitely be back to see yall before i leave thank yall💓

Nope, dont go here! Overpriced and dont work. Called to let them know about the issue, 1 guy said they cant take it if its over 1 day but I bought this thing yesterday afternoon which hasnt been a full day overall then manager said..nope, they cant take it too late. I truly recommend Gs Tobacco & More on Post Oak st..always get them there but didnt have time to go that far so I stopped here.. 1st & definitely last time here.

Great service and quality products. I was very happy with my rig. I went in not knowing what I wanted and came out happy need more be said. They were all about what was best for me instead of just making a sell. I am hooked on anarchy we all should be.

TERRIBLE experience! Sales girl was condescending, haughty, and dismissive. Spent my lunch hour coming to Anarchy Vape, because it was closer to my work, to buy a new vape. They didn’t have either of the pods or vapes that I prefer in stock (the Novo 3 or the Novo 2X).Instead, she convinced me to purchase a Novo 4- claiming, “It’s basically the same thing..” - which is a system that requires a coil be changed out as well as a pod and juice and a charger.They didn’t have my juice in stock or anything similar (JuiceHead Guava Peach 25 mg) I ended up leaving skeptically with the Novo 4.Not 10 minutes later did I try and fill it up and hit it and it wouldn’t even pull because it requires a certain start up process that she did not tell me about at all when I purchased it.I ended up going back to my favorite Vape store on South 14th purchasing another Novo 3 instead.Anarchy Vape charged me $45 for just the device alone where is I spent $35 at Vapor Maeven and was able to purchase a new device that worked and a bottle of juice.After I got off work I went back to Anarchy Vape to return the device that I did not need, that wasn’t working for me, and she flat refused to refund me.Will never give them my business again!

The dude that owns this shop rocks. I bought a new SMOK rig and some juice and am very satisfied. Shop looks great as well, very comfortable and felt right at home. Wasnt pressured to buy anything and tried several juices and found one that was off the chart. Im from New Mexico and if I am ever in the area, I will have to stop in and say hey... I appreciate you bro, keep up the good work. Thanks again.

Way over priced on disposables. I got 2 for $44 and they don’t work well and taste Burnt. They tasted well the first time I hit them both. My hyppe bar continued burning after hitting it and gets really hot. Don’t waste your time and money.

Called before leaving home to see if they had a specific brand of product in stock. Was told they did have it. So said I would be there soon.Living 30 minutes outside of town, it costs a lot in gas to get there. I arrive and told them I called about a certain product and she brings out similar products, but not the specific product I asked for on the phone. Disheartening that I’m lied to and wasted my gas and time.Why do you lie?

They are always nice & helpful! On this particular trip they were the only ones who had what I needed for my salt tank!! Would recommend!!

I am new to vaping and had been left in total confusion after a trip to another local vape shop. Once inside Anarchy Vape, all of my questions were answered and I felt more informed. Thank you Courtney for taking time to educate me. I will definitely be back. Great shop!

Entered this place looking for a mod & really didnt notice my surroundings, NOT a normal thing for a Vet, but when I DID start looking around...OOOHHH YEEEAAAHHH! My mouth dropped open with the widest selection of juices Ive seen yet. If youre a fan of anything Viking or Norse, youll get a kick out of their house juices.

Great vape shop helped me as soon as walked in. Sampled a couple flavors was set on one then he showed me a couple more just to make sure I liked what I was getting. Extremely helpful prices are a little higher but completely worth it for the experience highly recommend you trying this shop at least once.

I was sold a tropical mix hype bar that was leaking juice when i opened it and it didnt work. They only do same day returns so thank you for the faulty product and making me waste 15 dollars.
