Love this place. They have everything in stock that I need 9 times out of 10. When they don’t, their amazing manager always offers to order it for me! You really can’t beat that kind of service. I used to drive across town to get my juice and coils but now I’m lucky enough to be able to go a few blocks down and get everything I need quicker. Don’t believe me, stop by and see for yourself.

Really sick of buying coils here by the pack, and when I get home I dont even have all 5 coils in my box. Thus is the 2nd time they have sold me the pack they sell the singles out of. First time I came home with 3/5, this time 2/5 in the box. Im paying close to 25 a box and they sell singles for 5 each. IM SICK OF THIS STORE RIPPING ME OFF. CHECK YOUR DAMN BOXES BEFORE SELLING THEM TO CUSTOMERS AND KNOWING WHEN WE WALK OUT THAT DOOR TEXAS LAW WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS. I guess this is how they stay in buisness is by skimming money from customers by short selling us products.

I will never get my Vaping supplies anywhere else! If I have a question about my mod or anything else and I don’t want to drive the 25 miles to the city, I can simply call David! He is so knowledgeable about so many things that so far, he has been able to resolve my issues over the phone ☺️! The owner of the store is actually in the store quite often which says that they care. You can call ahead and have your order ready if you are short on time. If you are paying more than $20 for 100ml juice go get it at TVL on Mondays.

I recently visited this store after trying out a couple of others in town. I found this to be my favorite. The guys are super friendly and know their products. Ive been up there when they had other customers so I have gotten to see them interact with different people. They will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I will be going back and will tell my friends to go here also. The only drawback Ive found is I am disabled and there is no way to sit by the booths and look over their different products. Minor issue.

Best and most courteous staff. I dealt with David who was extremely knowledgeable about my device and the accessories I used for the model. Very friendly environment, amazing customer service. I did have a problem with a house juiuce I purchased, in only two days the juice turned from clear to orange, it seems as they didnt let there juices steep long enough. Overall I recommend them.

This is always my go to shop for juice. Pretty sure they remember me, as they tend to know what nic mg I always get.The guys are knowledgeable about hardware questions even if you bought a device elsewhere and wont push a sale on you unlike other places I have been to, they try to help fix it 1st before discussing solutions.

Fantastic customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was more than helpful. Im from out of state so I had some questions on there juice choices. He suggested I try the house juice. Know we all know how bad house juice can be. Not so in this case. Its excellent. He reassured me it would not lose flavor and he was correct. He even thru in sample of his favorite flavor to sweeten the deal. An honest up front Vape shop? I believe so. Highly recommended.

I love this place the only shop I’ve found where their house juice doesn’t burn your coils! I live out of state but still call in to order because yes it’s that good! My only request is to please post your house juice menu on your Facebook or on here I just need a picture so I can try some new flavors thank you!

Very friendly staff with solid experience and recommendations. The shop is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the inventory is not well organized and every item I asked for had to be hunted down and some were showing in the system but couldnt be found. Overall good experience.

Unbelievably horrible customer service. First time there and some guy named David was I guess you could say working today. Complete fail. No greeting walking in the door and we were the only customer there. He never even looked at me as I tried to explain what I was looking for and told him I was new at vaping and was interested in multiple things. Complete let down.And thats because a really good friend goes there often but apparently speaks with a gentleman named Christian. I do not plan to enter that establishment again unless I call ahead of time and see if Christian is working.

Awesome established store with well versed staff. When I buy juice in town this is the only place I’ll go. These guys know just about anything vape related you can think of, and if they don’t they’ll call someone who does. They will lead you in the right direction whether you’ve been vaping 5+ years like me, or if you’ve just made the switch.

X it was great! Except the prices...They charged me nearly double (25$) the price of the juice i usually get elsewhere (13.99$). So i ended up with half the juice for double the price.

Family run business with a friendly mindset. Prices for juice really affordable too! Tobacco flavors can be had here also. Good juice!

Bought a 100mil bottle tasted just fine went back in got a different bottle and it taste like vg can’t taste the flavor at all. When I called they said there was nothing they can do and they were rude. Won’t be going back there at all!!!!

This is a great place to get juice. They have specials 3 times a week to get 100ml of juice for $21 (including tax). Its Monday, Thursday and Saturdays I believe. They also do 60ml bottles for $15 on Tuesday. Order from their master mixes or complex mixes or whatever its called. These are the good juices (not that theres not a few other good ones, but some may dissapoint).I buy everything vape related online except juice. That includes mods, cotton, wire, etc. I tried buying juice online as well, but unless your paying $20 for 30ml its all garbage (at least the 4 sites Ive tried that were suppose to be budget friendly but quality juice). Im so glad I found trinity though. $21 for 100ml of quality juice is a fantastic deal for a brick and mortar shop. My favorite flavors that Id suggest are Blue Lust, Honey Sucker, Formula X and Blue Keys. They also have other flavors that are very good, these are just my favorites. My only complaint is that they dont have a flavor that is a Blueberry Milkman. They have one that is the more popular Strawberry Milkman, I believe they call it Kitty Milk.If you are just getting into vaping, and are older and have no clue about vaping, Id recommend going to Stogies your first few times. Sorry trinity, I dont wanna hate on you. But I already vaped, and my first couple times going into the shop was confusing. It was busy, and I honestly set there for 20 minutes before I figured out there was a line near the register. No one came up to me and asked if I needed help. Granted, they were very busy. But this will never happen at stogies. Plus Stogies is way less intimidating for someone with no idea of what vaping is.Once you know what is what though, dont pay stories ridiculous juice prices which they thin out to basically water with how much PG they use in their juice. Ive been back to stogies twice since finding trinity, and that was because I ran outta juice and trinity is closed sundays.Trinity staff is cool as heck. Just maybe get more organized when your busy, and watch out for the new vaper who may look lost!

They have good prices on liquid the only other thing is I bought a knew vape there for a second time and that vape stope charging 4 days later and I didnt get any kind of compensation for a bad vape that was 3 days old

When I picked out my Smok vape they told me they couldnt find the box, so I told them Ill take a different color. Then they say oh we can find the box, it didnt just walk out come back a few minutes later saying were missing the second pod out of the box but we can replace it they put it in the box but I got out to the truck, cracked open the box and theres no coil to the second pod they supposedly replaced if the employees are going to steal left and right, Id get rid of them. Seriously. Went to another vape shop in my town and found the same exact vape WITH EVERYTHING IN THE BOX for a CHEAPER price 🙄 shouldve just went local.
