Either they are closed down completely or their hours are a lie. Today is Juneteenth Google said they are open, I spent money on a Lyft to get here and it was boarded up marked closed. Please take it down! Not everyone can afford to waste gas and not everyone drives! There are ppl who Uber and Lyft here spending money to go here just for you not to be open. It’s very inconvenient and inconsiderate.

The owner disrespected my wife was very rude and yelled at her for asking about a bathroom. She even told her to get out were not originally from around and she was trying to ask where to go from there to get to a nearby bathroom lady was very mean.

Nice selection of paraphernalia, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Small smoke selection when we went.

Customer service used to be great but the new girl working absolutely sucked, was bothered to be asked questions about products, didn’t even bother to get up. I legit was going to buy something but her attitude was bad enough that I left. Sucks because I come here all the time and now probably won’t be back :(

Super nice people work there. Great customer service. My slide for my bong broke and I came along this place after work. I described what I needed and they found me the perfect fit even though I didnt have my bong with me. They also have a loyalty punch card program. I will definitely go there again for future needs.

This place was a life-saver last year during 2023. I hope they have an awesome 2024 because we keep coming back.

Run, don’t walk from this place! Their products are dangerous Chinese knockoffs and contain heavy metals like lead. The owners are horrible people who berate and fail to pay employees, and are part of a violent “organization.” Go to northern lights instead.

Ive been going to this shop for 10 years. Staff is really helpful all the time and they generally have whatever I need. Prices are reasonable. Im not into these shops where the pieces are more art than function and cost way too much for no reason. Theres still handmade glass as well as mass produced stuff. Both locations are pretty on par.

I go here a lot but today I was waiting outside there shop when the website said they were open sat there for about 30 minutes and nothing happen so I left I called afterwards to get the time that they would open and a rude lady answered and said no English then hung up

Lucky me! Left home Friday morning to to scoop some last minute supplies. Had to wait a minute for my ride so I decided to browse the Smoke Shop nearby. I was in a major rush ergo I just wanted to do biz and Jet. Nevertheless the counter guy realliy took care of biz and l was out the door in perfect time to get my ride and the product was ideal. I gotta get back there to thank the man properly!

Has a decent selection of nicotine vapes but unfortunately the “rechargeable” vape I bought wouldn’t charge and when I went back to exchange/get a partial refund they charged me for a brand new vape.

Place is horrible, I was sold a product that doesnt even work. I donated $60 to this store! Nick is an employee there who tried to call manager, who after a week hasnt called me back. If Nick ran the place, it would be a blooming business. But for now, Id suggest go other places, until its under new management. Or you can choose to open a window and throw $ that way!

Great place, good atmosphere and the employees are very kind and helpful.

They sold us a broken device and wouldnt do anything more than offer 15% off the next purchase!! The employee I spoke too was unhelpful and the other one never explained a return policy.

Ive gone there a few other times before but the last visit was my absolute worst experience. The employee I spoke with (Zach) was unfriendly, and also misadvised me to buy something that failed to do what he said it would do. To top it off, the piece I bought has been leaking and needs to ultimately be replaced, which Excape will not do for me. Never giving them my business again.

Nice place of business. Super chill HUGE selection and a good intelligence on what is what with vaporizers. Would recommend this place to anyone. I was travelling through Albany and needed a new heating element for my pen and they were on top of it!

I highly dis recommend Excape, for multiple reasons. The first most being the place is WAY OVER PRICED. All juices they claim are top shelf, are similarly available @ northlandvapor for like 1/2 the price just as good. The other reason ill NEVER go to this place again, i bought multiple coils [over the past 6 mo] for my vaporizer. Ive had at least FOUR of them be faulty and not work with my unit. They NEVER gave me one replacement for free, after FOUR bad coils (6$ x 4) they offered me 1/2 price on the right coil GOTO 51VAPE .. ll never enter this store ever again

Ive been shopping here since I was 16 years old. Yes 16 by myself and since then I have loved this store until today. Speaking to someone who used to work for this headshop and gaining the knowledge that most of exscapes glass is cheap Chinese produced over priced knock off glass. I decided not to pay too much attention to the guy and proceeded with my purchase. I wish I listened to that guy because now Im at home with a leaking water pipe. IVE SEE THIS HAPPEN TWICE BEFORE with the same brand. Proof that these pieces are knock off over priced lost expectations. I will never shop at this store again. I hear either dab city and I know northern lights are good for business. I will take my money to either of those places from now on instead of wasting my money at exscape. Please support my tragic experience but also purchase something you can depend on at Northern Lights.

Bought my first vape here during Lark fest, guys were super cool and gave me good advice. They have some high quality low price vapes so if youre considering buying one come here first!

Terrible experience. Prices are way too high. They sell faulty equipment and refuse to offer a refund or anything else. Really embarrassing for a head shop to not provide quality customer service.

Showed up at 1120am, their hours say 11 to 9 but its closed. Tried calling and no answer.I checked their hour before traveling over here so thats pretty disappointing.
