Nicole was the absolute best!!! One Stop Smoke Shop and Dispensary was amazing. And family own/operated. She dished out the best customer service Ive had in an eternity. This is so my go to place everytime Im in the city. You guys are the best. Everything seemed to be locally sorced and the knowledge you provided just wow. Top shelf service in such a thriving industry. It was true attention to product and people.

The owner of this place has a vicious dog that he seems to no be able to control. I’m not sure he wants business. I am not afraid of dogs at all but this one is very aggressive. I will never come to this shop again. This guy is asking for a lawsuit.

I parked in from of this business yet did not go in. This is a great location to do community service and help folks out who are in need. Bring water, food, necessities, and hygiene goods here and help those in our community who are in need!

While visiting for 2 weeks in Albuquerque I was looking for a good quality CBD pen. I went to 3 other shops before I stopped at 1 Stop (hahaha). Here I found a sweetheart, Richard, and his selection. He recommended the Delta Effex brand. There were 2 options, I chose the hybrid in Cali Orange and it was perfect! The next day I must have had the button pressed in my purse cause when I reached for it, it was shattered, goop everywhere, and my new pen was now kaput! I immediately called the number on his card and explained what happened. Although he was not in the shop, he contacted the clerk and I went in right away for a replacement. He didnt have to do that and I so appreciated it. Thank you Richard and I highly recommend the hybrid blend! Told you I would let you know how it performed. Not only was it smooth and a great flavor but it did the trick for this old burnt out, staying with non-smoking friends. It lasted me the remaining 9 days.

This is absolutely my favorite smoke shop in Albuquerque. This has become my, “Go-to” over the years. The family that owns it also operates and works with in the shop and they are just awesome awesome awesome. I always look forward to visiting the shop when I know I need to make a trip to the smoke shop. They are honest, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Good conversation and very good energy in general. I’ve gone in with the intentions of buying one item and I walk out with a couple because I become curious and ask them about their products and they are able to sell what they have with ease because they are charismatic and knowledgeable and make me want the product after discussing it further. Good sales people. Good customer service and a beautiful family.

Amazing experience; I walked in close to 7PM after working a 12hr shift, because my glass broke on my tank. This was the 3rd shop I tried, and the others told me i would need to order a replacement online. 1 Stop went above and beyond, looking through every shelf until they found one that worked. They really treat you like youre a personal friend. Ill be going back for any of my nicotine needs.

This is by far the best environment you could come to for your smoking needs The staff is so helpful and so nice and they have great prices they have close drinks hookah basically everything for cheap definitely check this shop out!!!
