Just Vape

Every time I come there is a sign up that says back in 20 minutes but it is never 20 minutes and is usually closer to an hour. Their hours of operation obviously don’t apply. I have come at different times of the day and it’s always the same thing. Their juice is good but customer service needs improving. I’m sure they will just say it’s a “lunch break” but if that’s the case it should be listed on the hours of operation sign. We have been waiting for 30+ minutes now.

I placed an order with them online. They received the money via my debit card but I have yet to receive my ordet. I have contacted them 6 times, once by phone. I have never been responded to. A $13 order!! Sad!!Now when I call I get a fax line. How many others are being ripped off by this company?

We ordered coils online that were never delivered. Contacted the store several times and havent heard back. They stole our money.

I love this place. The managers are the best part there. They always talk to me and my gf and help us out with our vapes.

I wanted to see the disposable vapes they had in store and thought Id get some good info from the guy behind the counter but its like he didnt even care I was there. Anyway I bought the best one I thought was it with (no help and no recommendation) and I have to say I like the vape I bought but it was way more than I wanted to pay but if you go here better know what you want because they werent much help recommending anything..Honestly I found a better price for the one I bought online.UPDATE: The reply from my review is kinda defensive & sarcastic cuz I DIDNT ASK FOR A LIST OF FLAVORS. I saw what they carried and asked which would be the best one mfg wise...Ya know it just goes to show that the reply given to my review would completely over exagerate what I actually said in my review and it also put words in my mouth!!! I guess these days its better to give excuses and inflame the customer experience with defensiveness!!! BRAVO WAY TO GO!!!👏👏 **Demoted from 3 stars to 1** just for giving a sarcastic reply!!! I ordered from them and still havent heard anything I cant even get a tracking number or anything they are scammers!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy what a joke they are

I went in for the first time and they were so helpful! Their juice flavors are amazing! Best flavors in Albuquerque. They have a lot of choices but do not hesitate to make a custom flavor if you ask. This is now my go-to shop!

Great customer service and some of the best prices around. They run really good deals too. Had a flavor from a different place that I really liked. They told me to bring it in and they would try to replicate it. They got it down perfectly. Im not going anywhere else for my juice.

I love this place! Good juice and extremely fair prices. We went last night (June 16) about 20 minutes before they closed. The two men working were starting to clean everything up but they immediately jumped to help us out. They were kind and appreciative and just two sweet guys. Id like to thank them both but I dont know their names! So if the manager or someone happens to see this review I would like to ask them to praise the two gentleman working closing on June 16 for their exemplary customer service. They made two repeat customers last night!

Best vape store out there. Huge menu of house blends, and friendly staff. They offer great deals as well.

If setting false expectations and misleading customers is his job then yes, he did his job well. You set the expectation here, not me. You failed to meet that expectation, not me. I dont care what traditions or holidays you chose to celebrate. Just do what you say youre going to do. If youre not going to stay open then simply say that. Dont mislead people who depend on your word being true. Luckily you were not the only store open. Vapor Space stayed open until the time they posted. Two other customers walked in after me both complaining about your store specifically being closed earlier than expected. We were all thankful that they stayed open. Have a wonderful Christmas, enjoy your family time.

Walked in and the crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and hooked me up with the rig that fits my needs. I will definitely be a return customer based on my experience and would recommend your shop hands down no questions asked, thanks guys.

So I got a yocan vaporizer on the 26th from a guy who works there named ian I asked for something that would work well and he showed me the yocan I decided to trust him since he was very nice and told me if I have any problems I can come back.I came back today after I tried charging my vape for a about 20-30 min it didn’t take any charge so I was like made it was the cord so I test the cord on another battery and it worked I then tried a different charger on it but it still wouldn’t take any charge so I when back today 2 days later to see if I could return it or exchange it for another one but the 2 guys there basically said they couldn’t do anything for me and that it’s basically all on me the battery malfunctioned. They then tried to pawn off a more expensive battery on me. Worst experience I’ve had at a store in a long while!! I’ll never be a customer there again!

VERY upset with the DISRESPECT I was shown on my last visit today!! Been coming to this shop for at least a couple of years and have nothing but good to say about the great customer service. I dont know what the guys problem was today, but I have NEVER been treated so RUDELY!!You might have just lost a FREQUENT customer!!!

If I could I would give zero stars. Or negative. Rude staff, when I asked for a juice they told me that I didn’t want that one then suggested another that was disgusting and honestly every juice I’ve ever gotten from them has been awful and the worst I’ve ever purchased. Don’t waste your money or your time just go to oasis.

Great customer service and knowledgeable about your mod. Also important to note, they still mix their potions on the spot, unlike other shops where the product has had time to sit on a shelf (mixed) which sometimes makes it a bit skunky.

New to Albuquerque and tried and a few other vape stores here and found the juices horrible. Upon finding Just Vape I was greeted by friendly staff. To top it off there by far one of the best vape shops Ive been too while staying in Albuquerque. This will be my place to go for juices or help with my mod or tank.Great job to the staff. Now Ill be a repeat customer. Hope you guys can make a favor that taste like a blue slush.

Usually great customer service expect the last visit. Just Vape has lost 2 very regular customers. We have been having a lot of issues with the atomizers and when one of the guys working there SUGGESTED we try a different brand coil that was supposed to be the same thing we did. It didnt give any flavor and it was also very weak (definitely not the same as the original) We requested an exchange because on our defense this was absolutely not our fault that we were told it was the same thing and it wasnt . They tinkered with our device (which did nothing at all) and refused the exchange because the coil had been opened and briefly used. This was the third atomizer we had purchased in probably 2 weeks and they were absolutely no help at all. Oh and not to mention being lectured by a worker stating that the coils were not working because we were either doing something wrong (which has not happened before EVER) or it was our juice (which also gave us NO ISSUES). So back to good old Oasis it is . Better prices and if they advise you to purchase something and you are dissatisfied with the product they will replace it because it is their responsibility.

The guys are super friendly and laid back. They have a great variety and are helpful in recommending new flavors. One of the last places in ABQ to offer custom mixing of e-juice

Expensive and lacking in selection Way lacking. Homeless guy asleep on the sidewalk in front of the store. Def wont be back. I should have been prepared for the 25$ charge for a vape that goes for 14$ online or at other stores.

Came in for my first rig and got helped out right away and was set up with an awesome vape that I love. I like that they are a local store and that they make their vape juice to order, which is really cool. Thanks for the help!

The flavor of their juices is generally better than premium juices you can buy online because they use even more premium ingredients! Friendly staff, good rewards program and good specials! What more could you want?

Very helpful employee, and very knowledgeable. I was in and out and out in 5 minutes with a new vape and some stuff I didnt know before. It was a professional and straightforward transaction which was lovely.

Employees taking advantage of their customers. Went on there buy a bottle of juice get one free day, sold me two of their smaller bottles bottles for 30 dollars when they should have sold me two of their large bottles for 20 and when I confronted them the next day they would not make it right and told me I was out of luck. Rude people

5 Stars if yall had a website with your juices listed. But I only went in for a replacement glass for my Smok Big Baby Beast, yall only had the bubble glass. I have one in another tank with the bubble glass (eBay), its a rainbow color: REALLY cool look, however difficult to see if Im low on juice... Got a clear bubble glass from yall & its great! Plus now 2 extra mls of juice. Im normally a vaper a dessert flavors or custard type sweet flavors. I have never found a fruit or candy flavored juice that I can handle either it hurts my throat or I just do not like the way it tastes. I have been vaping for over four and a half years and been smoke-free for 4 years now. I have several different setups all with the Smok tanks, in all sizes. Im not one that can sit in Vape one flavor all day long. I ended up purchasing a 30 mil of your Rare Candy and Im in love with this juice!! Confused that the juice is clear, thats a first for me. I have been buying my juice strictly from Oasis since I started vaping over four and a half years ago. Their juices always have a light yellow tint to them and within a couple months get darker. And I am vaping the same nicotine for the past three and a half years. I started out at 32 😳 and Im down to 3 that took 6 months 👍🏻😁. My hairdresser suggested you guys, considering I was sort of kind of in the area I decided to give it a try and I will be back on Sunday for the large bottle of Rare Candy!!! Im sold! ❤️❤️ I like that you still do the in-house juice making and totally appreciate that and that if I want it sweeter you will make it sweeter for me. I didnt have any extra sweetener added to the Rare Candy, it doesnt hurt my throat & my mouth likes the taste or tastes that this juice has! Like layers of different flavors from intake to being in my mouth to exhaling my clouds that smell even like a mix of them all. 👍🏻👍🏻
