Originally from ABQ and came back to visit, needed a vape and of course it’s Memorial Day so everywhere was closed! Kota Vapes was open and with an amazing selection and a genuine personal from the owner, our experience was fantastic! 10/10 recommend stopping by!

My experience only over the last year.Definitely bemost intelligent best vaping source in Albuquerque.Whats that some apart from everyone else in town is they carry only West Coast top shelf high quality e-liquid.Vs everywhere else Ive been in town they make their own on-site.For me Ill take quality over quantity any day and this is the highest quality available in the city.Very Avid vaper tobacco-free sounds November 30th 2013.Staff is definitely five star customer service.The owner Koda, brings with him years worth of experience working in other vaping operations.Mayth and Jack are also cut from the same cloth. Everything from building your own coils newest and latest equipment very patient and very educational for a new vapor.Its my One Stop Shop

I went to Kota Vapes today after going to 5 other smoke shops beforehand and this place was great!! The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I was asking for and immediately pulled out the correct coil the very first time!! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! Because of employees like that with the customer service skills he has I will NEVER go to another smoke shop again!! Kota Vapes will be my 1st and ONLY smoke shop I shop at from now on!!!

Ive been to about 10 vape shops in my lifetime and this one is my favorite. They have such a wide selection of products and frequently get in new flavors. They carry certain brands that you usually dont see at other shops. The staff is very professional and friendly. Awesome vibes all around!

Went last night to get a vape because I’m trying to quit smoking! The guy behind the counter hooked me up with a really cool one and strawberry pomegranate juice! So good! Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

Kota vapes is the best place to shop. They do the best military deals in town. Ive been going here about 5 years now. Kota and jack are the most amazing sales men because they dont push pricey items. They find you the items you want. Infact after all these years shopping there they can pick a juice Ill like better then my husband! Lol they know there vapes and vape products and they know their customers! Thats worth more then money can buy.

I have been a loyal customer to this business for months. The young gentlemen have always assisted me with respect. Tonight the young man, that I have never seen, had the worst customer service. Not only have I purchased over $300 worth of vapes, coils & juice, but I always tip them! I walked out disappointed & sad for these other kids. Loyal customers are hard to come by & if they want to stay in business, they have to get rid of that terrible employee!!

Not sure what to think. Stopped in the a week ago to enquire about having juices ordered. The person at the register said they would have the owner call. Haven’t heard anything.Update to review. 10/10/21Owner contacted me and we are good to go. Thank you . Pricing may be a bit more than I am used too, but they can order the brand and flavors I like. I love this place and they have great specials on e juice. I personally like the Johnny apple vapes selection the last one I bought was French toast which was good and I just recently purchased bread pudding which its much smoother and very light in flavor and both are creamy blends if you like those mixes these are good to try out. Im a trucker from Ohio, and its hard to find good places to shop for vape stuff in New Mexico that have quality stuff, and excellent value. Kota Vapes is that place. While they are lacking on the hardware side, they have a great selection of pod systems, and their juice selection isnt HUGE, but everything they have is great!Now lets talk about the customer service. The instant I walked in the door, I felt like these guys were just good friends who were happy to see me. Every employee there greeted me as if we were friends for years, but hadnt seen each other in a long time. I felt as though they were genuinely happy to see me come through the door. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I would rate this place a million stars if I could! Thanks a million, Kota Vapes! You have earned a loyal customer every time I come through Burque!

Kota vapes always have a good selection of disposable vapes and Ejuices. SWFT vapes among others brands and Ejuices fruity flavors/mix berrys to cool mix flavoring. And lets not forget coils for some different vapes. Quality disposable vapes Keep up great work guys!!

I have went in 4 or 5 different times now and only 2 of the times I paid the same price for 2 bottles of ejuice. I went in today and paid almost $40 for 2 bottles of market place juice when 2 other times I have paid $30. Plus the guy today told me my total would be $36 and instead it was $40. Not happy about the inconsistent prices and being told one price thwn paying another...

Has to be the most friendliest informative vape shop I have ever experienced. You don’t get peddled to buy like a car dealer. The passion in these employees is by far the best in this type of industry.If you’re in Albuquerque this is THE shop to go to.

Best customer service in town. Seriously they know the stuff they sell and will go out of their way to help you if you have problems. Decent selection of devices and premium juices and they can all be sampled except salt nics that dont have a matching 0 nic flavor, but thats totally expected. Never been out of stock on coils except once.

By far the best place to buy juice in Albuquerque. Coming from Taos where they only sell premium juice and not houseblends, I was extremely disappointed with the cities vape juice selection until I found this place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high quality juice at a fair price. The only thing I think that could make this place better was if they sold coils.

If you want a good vape with lots of choices and flavors Id definitely recommend coming here and checking it out. Its very chill laid back and the dudes that work here are knowledgeable and very chill. I would recommend this place to a die hard vapor or some one new and not sure whats what, this place will most definitely help you out with a good vape system.

Bought two battery’s from the kids at Kota vapes both batteries won’t keep a charge and even when they did they only lasted a couple hours before dying it’s like they sold me used batteries or they buy junk. Avoid shopping at the kiddie store over priced juice and junk

Gave me the wrong ohm coil two times in a row. Kinda hard to vape salt nic when they give you a .6 coil when you ask for a 1.6. Make sure to double check for what you ask for. Also don’t go on a Sunday, the guy is horrible. Never go there.

You get to sample any juice!!!! They are amazing! The guy who helped me was super patient and willing to explain anything and everything. He was very knowledgeable!!!
