A large vape/smoke shop that carries CBD, Vape Juice and accessories. Knowledgeable staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. I tried the vape juice, CBD gummies and Heisenbrew Isomixer Drops in my tea and worked as advertised.

Im outside at 1030am on a Thursday and no one is inside doors locked said they opened 30 min ago 🙃

The staff is top notch. They listened to what i wanted and they did everything to get me to the $ amount that i could afford. They were very nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for new quality equipment at a reasonable price.

I recently visited volcano smoke shop in Albuquerque. I cant even explain how GREAT this experience was. Amazing costumer service. But what was the most amazing to me was the fact that the owner is thinking about his customers safety. I know other businesses do as well, but I havent seen another business do what hes doing. He asks you to sanitize your hands then takes your temp before entering his store. I felt really safe and most of all...at ease!! Thank you for that.

Walked in ready to drop top dollar on high end glass. We got treated very poorly by the guy at the door, started with attitude right away and sounded like he hated his job. He asked what we were looking for, I said I’m looking for some Helix products or something in that price range, to which he immediately said “Helix went out of business a long time ago buddy, you aren’t gonna find any of those”. Which is funny because he’s entirely wrong about that. I was looking for American Helix products which are 100% still in business. Definitely won’t be going back any time soon, looks like this place went under after the Moon name change.

Volcano is in my go-to smoke shop, though there are others closer to me. Oz, the owner, runs a very relaxed, yet respectable establishment. Their variety is always up to date with the most unique pieces and their prices are very fair.

Only reason they got a star is because that’s the lowest option. I call asking for an electronic dab nail. Also known as an E-Nail. Guy obviously is too high to understand that I didn’t want his e-mail. So he hangs up without giving a damn and refuses to answer when I call now. They’re not worth your time or the unlimited on your phone plan. Worthless customer service.

If you’re looking for a smoke shop where you are treated like family, this is your place. Oz and Mad Dog always welcome you and help you with whatever you need. Also, check out their coffee. It’s amazing as well!! Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, safe precautions regarding COVID (temperature checks & sanitizer) and at least when it comes to kratom, the best prices you can get anywhere near this area. Almost every other shop carries Choice Kratom which prices 100g powder at $35-40. Choice Kratom also sucks. Here you can get 100g of better quality stuff for $20. They also have the typical smoke shop stuff as well.I really like it here! Top notch stuff

I went in to try something different maybe a new juice. They had nothing I asked for, I was told the owner was trying to get rid of the extra stock he had. So I picked something that they did have and when I went to pay he had no credit card machine hooked up. So he went to the other side of the building to get the credit card machine, hooked it up and then when I went to give him my card he said sorry we dont run cards with no chip. So I wasted 20 minutes of my life for nothing... Kind of glad because the Juice that they did have was overpriced.

Hands down the best vape shop in Albuquerque! The New Owner is a great guy he has flipped the place around with a remodel and adding a lounge definitely a great place to hangout! They also have the best prices on juice being the only place that sells premium juice from labs and not the nasty house blends everyone in Albuquerque does! Make sure to make this vape shop your primary the owner takes care of his customers!!

Staff is clueless! I had inquired about some CBD product and she had zero information. She seemed annoyed to help me, and was very condescending when I tried to ask questions. The store itself has an okay selection of products, but the staff is a total turn off. I wont be returning to this establishment.

Beat smoke shop I’ve been to in ABQ. Gave us the best experience, made sure our disposable vapes worked, and hooked us up hella. Gone back multiple times since then and on our way there now too hah

If I could write this without giving any stars I would!!! Worst smoke shop in Albuquerque avoid at all cost, the prices are outrageous and the employees are rude then on top of all that they close too early. I miss the moon smoke shop they were the best!!!

They had very small selection when it came down to rigs, the people working there were incrediblely rude, and I could not find a single thing I was actually looking for. 10/10 do not recommend this smoke shop(:

Don’t even bother going, they are probably closed. They are only open 4 hours a day, and can’t be bothered to stay the full 4 hour shift.

Hands down best place in town, they know there game, you can find things cheaper online but i support local shops! they should have a website so i can check the juices that they have in stock and deals.... when i get there they have so much juice brand options that i forget what i want... lol

Idk if it’s the same owner it’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Regardless I felt to voice out my review on this place. But the guy I dealt with claimed to be the owner, I doubt it because he was a little punk. No manners, no class. I hope it’s under new management.

Went in there for a cheap grinder and left with a little more then I thought haha, great customer service and all around friendly open environment.

I got a torch ask if it was empty. they come filled she says no its just display only. Take it home turned on for 15 sec done. Empty. Sad
