Someone purchased a gift card for my birthday. They received a postcard and 4 numbers for me to access my gift. I went and was told I needed to make an appointment and give them my credit card because this is policy..I emailed the owner and was told the same thing. I asked twice whare this was written and no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and no response. I was very disappointed that I could not use my gift but luckily my kids bought me a spa package from Mon Sanctuaire and I had an amazing experience. I will never patronize Massage Heights or refer them to anyone. First Impressions are lasting Impressions!

Scheduled a couples massage but didn’t get that. Hadn’t seen hubby in 4 months and was excited to share our anniversary date together as a couples massage but they ended up changing it once we got to the appointment . Very sad and disappointed . Massages get shorter every time . I got here 1:08pm and didn’t get seen until 1:20pm but still ended a little before 2pm. I drive an hour to get here but it’s just gone down hill the over years. Most likely will be canceling membership .

No ambiance. You can hear the employees at the front desk talking from inside the rooms. New massage therapist every time I go so it’s hard to find someone you can keep going back to. Also the owner is not attentive to issues and doesn’t follow contract, they will try to swindle you out of your credits when you cancel so be careful and just book elsewhere!

I was really excited to try this place out after a friend gave me a gift card for the holidays. Unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed and did not relax.1. There is no quiet waiting room or robes to change in to. You sit out in the main lounge and wait for the therapist. Once you get in to the room, still no robe, wrap anything. I ended up wearing my own clothes underneath the blankets because I personally don’t like being completely exposed.2. There are no professional tools used to aid in extraction. The skin therapist just uses her fingers and some tissue and pinches at the skin. No extraction to be seen.3. The plastic gloves to my face and excessive amounts of product used had me feeling like I was drowning in product. There were soft brushes used when applying the face masks, why not the other products? Additionally, no lip product was offered at all.4. Normally when a light is used, a therapist will place UV glasses over the eyes. At this location, there was a long piece of almost tape like material placed across my eyelids.5. The therapist was incredibly nice, even offering a complimentary free sample of the facial products used. I do not feel she had qualifications to be giving facials. She was rough on my face during the application and removal or products. There was no massaging the products in, the products were all cold, and when the towel was used she was wiping as if I was a child with food on my face.6. Do you get a décolletage and arm/hand massage with your facials normally? I always have. There was no massage. The therapist rubbed my upper traps once and that was it. Instead of a massage while the face mask was sitting, I listened to the therapist clean out her bowls.6. No aroma therapy was offered though it is supposed to be complimentary.7. The price. $79.99 for a first time price and they act like they’re doing you a favor. Try $159.99 for a 60 minute if you don’t sign up for their membership. I think not. If you want nearly $200 for a facial, the experience should be top notch. Lack of calm waiting room, no robes, no offering of water post, and lack luster facial.Overall, I have been to massage and facial spas and this one is lacking in serene and high quality.Positives: facility is very clean and up to date. Staff at the front desk and the therapist was incredibly nice.I will not be back to this location and advise you save you money and go elsewhere for a better experience.

Went for a prenatal massage at 37wks pregnant. Was very underwhelmed. The masseuse was nice, but nervous and talked a lot, and pressure was weak. Also I specifically requested in 3 different ways that she focus on my middle back, and that wasnt really taken into consideration! For the price I would go elsewhere. And the 60 min massage was technically only 50-55 min.

She is a very good masseuse, she manages to get many knots out of my neck. I felt so relaxed

It has been a great experience, and I look forward to my bi- monthly visit. Massage therapist is great.

I previously reviewed this firm because they failed to understand my cancellation because my cat, after dental surgery was bleeding profusely. They told me they would charge me half price for the unused session. I have since received my credit card statement and they charged me the FULL price, I’m sure in retaliation for the bad review. Now, I can affirm that they are liars too. That’s ok. I will be posting to my 40,000 member Facebook group, which I administer, today to shut them down. Do not do business with this jerk. She has no humanity, empathy, or honesty.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! YOU can really tell that Mr. LUCIO takes his time to train EVERYONE really well.But please practice patience, and be aware of the sensitive unique times that we all currently live in. Remember, continue to take care of ourselves and each other because OHAÑA. ❤️

I rarely give reviews but todays session with Chrissy was such an experience I just had to. It was the perfect combination of a therapeutic yet relaxing session. I walked in with so much tension in my shoulders, neck and back and walked out a new person. Also, the ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. It was such a pleasure visiting Massage Heights! By the way, I need that NEW Green Tea Lemongrass Aromatherapy Blend.

This place is pretty standard for massage parlor. It’s somewhat softy lit with lots of plant decoration and lots of oils and other topical creams appointments and things that are meant to help you relax. The receptionist is helpful. You have to fill out a quick clipboard of references and medical stuff but, as long as you have an appointment, you won’t wait more than about 10 minutes for your masseuse. I will say that I do enjoy the beds here because the face holder is adjustable so I can move it to be more comfortable and not be stuffed into something uncomfortable.

George is a wonder! After 90 minutes, the knots in my neck & shoulders were gone. And so was the headache from those knots. I highly recommend him!

My 11 year old son and I get regular massages here. I am impressed with all of the therapist. Robert is currently working with me on my problem shoulder, neck and hip soreness. I don’t know how I would have made it through my busy holiday season as a hairdresser with out him... I left today feeling like a new person. I also love their products. I just bought two oils to try for my new diffuser. The oil smells so nice! The bath salt is my favorite. I appreciate the front desk staff for help with products and managing my account. I highly recommend signing up! You won’t be disappointed.

Massage was great. My wife and I enjoyed it, but they accused us for not tipping. My wife handed her tip to her masseur. And handed my tip that was in the white envelope to the receptionist to give to my masseuse Tina. They had the nerve to call us a couple hours later complaining that we did not tip Tina; when in fact my wife handed it to the receptionist and she informed us that she will hand it to Tina. We didnt appreciate that call at all ,that was so unprofessional .

I have a membership at Massage Heights, which I started in Durham, NC. When I signed up I didnt realize I couldnt cancel at any time and had to fulfill my 6 months. That was a major hassle and stressor since I was saving to move to the DC Metro Area. However, that was worked out and currently I only have 1 more month left. I had three massages in NC and two so far at this location. Nora has been my masseuse and is very good. She is intelligent, attentive and thorough in her practice. During my first session she gave me a really good facial. During my last session I was having major upper back problems. Nora could tell right away and did a good job using the hot stones and warm towels to relax my muscles. Ive never had hot stones before. I appreciated that she would warm her hands first and massage the area before putting the stones on. The girls at the front desk are really nice and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule my October appointment the day before and they did it with ease. Even though I love it, November will be my last month as I need to save for the upcoming trips Ill be taking. This location is closest to me, but is still 30 minutes away. A DC location would be nice. If I ever go back it will be on a month to month basis and not with the membership.

I depend on my monthly massage with Linda! The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The facility is clean and modern, and the receptionists are always friendly when you arrive. I cant say enough about Linda, I think the fact that you have to book your appointments a couple months out because shes so popular speaks for itself! I always leave feeling restored, she finds the spots that need attention without even telling her. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Linda, you dont regret it!

First time here, made an appointment the same day due to a pain in my neck / shoulder. Super easy to schedule, clean place, friendly staff. Massage therapist was really good, gave some great advice for things to work on at home to address the overall issue. Extremely convenient location for me, so I signed up for a membership.

Love this place! The prices of membership are an excellent value. Therapists are professionally certified and top notch. Successfully help me reduce the shoulder muscle tension that comes from working and living in the DMV. I have sent multiple friends here-- now all of them are members. Well worth a visit for stress reduction!

Ive been going here almost 4 years and am very happy. Linda is an exceptional therapist. Theyre all great but if your either pregnant or need deep tissue massage, Linda is the best. The front desk is friendly and always helpful. I have sent many people here and all leave happy.

Massage Heights is excellent! Great facilities, super friendly professional staff and very reasonable prices. We enjoy our convenient membership. The therapists are excellent, especially Linda. My wife and I both exercise/workout a lot and the therapy provided by Linda allows us to push ourselves and if we over-do it, fixes us up!

Massage Heights is wonderful, and especially my massage therapist Lisa. The entire staff is excellent, they actually seem to be happy to be at work and care about their customers. I travel a lot for work and didnt realise how much regular massage would help me. It has been worth every penny.

Love getting massages here! The facility and staff are incredibly welcoming. There are numerous massage rooms, and they are clean and relaxing. I have been getting massages here for over 2 years with George and am part of the monthly massage program - you pay for one massage a month at a lower rate than non-members and can add on additional massages or services a la carte for a discounted rate. They also provide the necessary documentation required by insurance companies, if your plan covers massages. As with any other spa offering massage therapy, you need to take the time to find a therapist who will meet your needs.

So, prior to the shutdown, I would say the services were hit and miss. I had some great massages and some that were so so. Everyone was super nice, though.When the place shut down I wanted to cancel my membership, because I was unable to access the services. The owner said no, so I had to pay for 5 months without being able to use the services. Yes, I know the place has reopened but I am in a high risk category and not willing to take that chance yet.

We love Massage Heights! My husband has back issues, so he is very particular about massage therapists. And being a military family, every time we move we go through the painful ordeal of him finding a new therapist. When we found Linda, we hit a gold mine!! She is professional and a very nurturing person that is definitely skilled at her craft! And 3 years later, I can’t imagine the day we’ll have to find someone that can live up to her reputation.

I do a lot of lifting and need deep tissue massage therapy. A neighbor suggested I see Linda at Massage Heights and Im so grateful I did! Linda listens as I explain trouble areas and she diligently relieves each painful area.I love the low monthly cost for a 90 minute, quality massage!

The massage therapists are serious here. Staff is friendly. You can get year round membership, if youre interested. This location has plenty of parking in the rear of the center. I def recommend.

I fullfilled my membership length of time and payments. In fact, I stayed a member way over the required period. I have a limited amount of time available to get services done and began to accumulate credit hours. I asked them to please stop charging me every month, and let me use my credit hours, then close my account. They said they can freeze my account for a limited amount of time but will charge me to do so!!! $10 per month. I wasnt able to use my credits by the time the account freeze expired, so here they are again charging me almost $80 a month and I cannot catch up on my credits. Think long and hard before you sign up to become a member here. They make it really difficult to get out.

Called to use my 9 hours and 12 additional add-ons that I already paid for. Was informed my account was suspended and the manager left me a message that I would have 90 days to use it. I never heard or received a call from the manager. Never was informed before hand my account was suspended. I am requesting my full 9 hours and additional add-ons be refunded. Was told the manager would not be able to speak to me until January 4th. Im contacting the Better Business Bureau. Dont waste your time with this place!!

Horrible service. They lied to me. They informed me that the charge for an hour and half would be $89.99 and at the time of paying they charged me $179,99 dollars. I complaint and they lied saying that they had told me that I was not a first time client therefore the charge was $179,99 dollars. I never had that conversation with the manager who claimedTo have informed me. They are not that good At massages and they rob people. I do not remcoomend anyone tongo there.

Well, I came here to get a massage with my husband, I wanted to give him a surprise for Fathers Day, to have a massage by someone else other then me. We came to massage heights in alexandria Va. We arrived to our appointment at 2:10pm our appointment wasnt til 2:30, we got there early so they wouldnt cut out time down, we didnt start the massage til 2:45pm and our session ended at 2:30 so we were like 15 minutes short, we were introduced to our therapist my husband had Amanda and I had Mr Kim, my husband told Amanda what he wanted done, he wanted firm pressure which she didnt give him, and did not focus on the areas where he needed attention It felt more like someone was just scratching hes back. SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING,SECOND: I had mr Kim Who started talking to me in Spanish like a look like I dont speak any English, that was very rude, trying to talk a language which you dont even speak!Third: he massaged me and spent too much time on my back and I was left uneven, he didnt do my right leg or right arm, he run out of time, and was all over the place, this was suppose to be a whole body massage not a partial massage. He seem to me that he didnt know what he was doing!Fourth: He kept breathing in my face all the time, which was very rude and disrespectful, I called the branch the next day and spoke with the manager and said that the owner will call back, and its been 2 weeks and no call from owner, I am demanding my money back because this was a waste of time and money! I am never coming back to this place neither I will recommend to any of my friends or family, the therapist they have here have no experience in massage feel like they just got out of school!A messege to the manager dont tell the clients or promise anybody something that you cant control.

I’m very disappointed with them I took my mom there to do a massage therapist and I don’t have a problem with the staff over there but after that. they start taking $69.99 every single month without letting me know .without me going there and geting any service when I called them and I ask them what’s going on.they didn’t refund anything for me and they said it’s not their fault I won’t recommend anyone to go there

I visited two times, I had two different therapist June, and MikeI totally satisfied with them bothThey made me feel like it was all about me .I gave a 20 percent tip but I feel like I owe more .I highly recommend.their servicesAnd will be returning as a member
