Twins Massage

I came here last month after finding Twins Massage via Groupon. Its easy to find and located in a small strip mall. I had called and book a massage appointment for my wife and I. We got there on time and only had to wait about 10 minutes for service around noon on a Saturday.We paid first after showing our Groupon which they honored. We chose the essential oil we wanted and was directed to or room to change and get ready. Now be forwarned they understand English better than they can can speak it. Their English was limited. However they know enough to get you through a satisfying massage.My massage was a full body 60 minutes with hot stone. They massage everywhere on your body except your chest, face and private parts. The pressure was too hard for me at first but the massuese adjusted to medium when I told them. The massage was very good and attentive but my wife and myself enjoyed our massages. I was sore the next day but it only lasted that day and be mindful you can adjust your intensity. The soreness was bearable and worth it.We would and are looking forward to going back!

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage here. It was very easy to make an appointment. They had a lot of availability, including evening appointments on the weekend. For the price point, the massage was good.The front staff was nice as well as our massage therapists. The actual store is older as you can tell by the carpet and bathrooms. They only use sheets in the massage rooms versus blankets... maybe to keep you cooler because it was a bit warm in the room.Overall, for it being a foot spa massage business, you get your moneys worth but dont expect a luxurious experience.

My husband and I had a couples massage from Twins Massage, and it was wonderful! It was so reasonably priced that my husband and I will be able to go regularly. It really exceeded our expectations. I got a Swedish massage, and he got a deep tissue massage. We also both had hot stones and loved it. I highly recommend this place!

These people are wonderful at their jobs! They deserve every penny of what they get. There are different stages to the massage so they may have to walk out to grab equipment. If you have a couples massage, they may speak to one another, but it didnt bother me like it bothers other people. I was still very relaxed. They werent afraid to get my glutes and legs which were really tight. They made sure we were comfortable. PLEASE COME PREPARED TO TIP THEM. If not, go somewhere else or have your partner massage you at home. They will take care of you and they deserve it.

Had wonderful couples massages today w/Owen (very firm & to die for) & Jenny (medium firm, had my partner hold hot stones in her hands - lovely touch that Owen didnt do). They both used ample amts of essential oils (chose Lavender & Lemongrass- low quality but smelled nice). We will definitely be back, planning on 1x a mo visit!!No phone interruptions. Gave us waters & freq punch discount card.My only negative was the spa music was too low & I prefer the massage beds that have breast cutouts. A walking bar above the beds would be nice too.

Wasn’t super impressed with my 60 min massage. I think I had Lili? I felt like it was her first day. She basically rubbed and patted me the whole time. There was no attention to massaging my muscles. She also kept asking me if I was okay every 5 min. While I like to be asked if what is being done is okay, it doesn’t have to be every 5 minutes. Overall, I needed a good medium massage and it just didn’t meet those expectations.

I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I. The massage itself was good, however it was very difficult to relax and enjoy because the two women giving us the massage kept talking to each other. The therapist that was massaging my husband kept stopping to answer the phone. We had to listen to her talking and listen to other customers trying to confirm their appointments!! Very Disappointed 🤬

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage here. It was pretty reasonably priced with the Groupon price. Overall, the massage was good. I felt that they focused on certain muscles and movements instead of a more comprehensive massage but I felt relaxed and felt that the pressure was good. I didn’t feel like my privacy was being compromised at any point and they respected an ankle injury which I had communicated about. The best part about this place, they didn’t hassle us for more tip which we very much appreciated. I’m sure we’ll be back!!

First time trying this place out of celebration for my husband. I left more annoyed than when I walked in the door. My therapist and my husbands therapist talked almost the entire time. When I pay money to feel relaxed, I should feel relaxed when leaving. They constantly walked in and out during the massage therefore technically paying for more time than we actually got. And my therapist felt bored when massaging me. Definitely would rather pay more money elsewhere than to settle paying on the cheaper end to come back.

My wife and I had the BEST couples massage experience this evening. Owen and Alice treated us like royalty! They should start their own massage school - their fantastic deep tissue technique and intuition have us feeling relaxed and refreshed. Now time for dinner!

1)First of all they made me and my family pay for it first.The next couple who came in were given options to whether pay before or after.2) I got a couple massage and they masseurs kept talking to each other3) They walked out of the massage room for a few mins4) most importantly I tip based on how I am treated, customer service and the massage.They were extremely rude and arrogant when I give them a tip I thought it was good for this massage session.They started yelling and cursing at us in their languageVery disappointed 😡😡 never going backThe only reason I gave them a 2 star and not 1 is because the massage itself was decent

We got couples massage at this place. Massage was Ok but not great. I noticed a few things that made me and my wife uncomfortable. First, the two therapists were talking too much. We needed a quiet and peaceful time. And out of nowhere someone opened the door and started talking. Second, my therapist during my time went out and came back after a few minutes. Third, they used the least amount of oil on our bodies. Forth, tipping is optional not mandatory. When I tipped them, they looked at each other and God knows what else they said about me in their language. You have to provide exceptional service to receive a good tip.

Always get my body feeling good after visiting this place. They dont disappoint. Owen is always my guy for deep tissue massage. I normally visit 1 to 2X a month. The place is always clean. My only issue is the language barrier. Wish there was a way to better communicate with the clients by installing Google translating devices in each room.

What a great massage for a reasonable price. The staff is great and makes you feel really comfortable and it’s a pleasant experience. We used the Groupon and got 2 massages for $100 basically, for 1 hour. We also added a body scrub and it was a great experience. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because at the end when we were signing the receipt the front desk lady became overly pushy on getting a massive tip. Other then that a great experience !

I do not write a lot of reviews. The place has to be exceptionally good or bad. Twins Massage is exceptionally good.I am a 70 year old man with a lot of issues including arthritis, bulging discs, plantar fasciitis and am in constant pain. My neurosurgeon recommended I get regular massages. I have tried a lot of places and this one is the best. They have five therapists and all five are excellent. The thing I like best about them is they listen to me. My doctor and physical therapist give me directions on what I need massaged and specifically how to do it. They listen to me and and dont argue with me as most therapists do at other places.I have taken my daughter there and she loves them also.

This past weekend I treated my boyfriend and myself to a deep tissue couples massage. The staff was so friendly and the ambiance was delightful. The massage was amazing! Very thorough and not one problem area was left untouched. I have already recommended them to friends. I will most definitely be booking my next massage with Twins Massage! If you’re in the Allen/Frisco/McKinney area, I highly recommend!

The two women who did our couples massage were wonderful, Very attentive, Make sure the pressure was good And that we were both satisfied above all else. We will definitely come back!

So let me start by saying, based on my massage alone, I would come back here. My husband and I had a couples massage GIFTED to us via Groupon (thats important), and we both felt amazing afterward, it was probably the best couples massage weve ever had. I can only assume I had Owen (?), and my husband had what seemed to be the front desk lady.THE NEGATIVE:During our massage their phone went off three times (texts) until I finally said turn the phone off lol and she did because she understood, but still, I shouldnt have had to tell her that.I will say, I wasnt asked about pressure or anything either, but my husband was and after the woman asked him, my guy would ask me, plus I spoke up if something wasnt good.I dont feel comfortable, as a black woman, being in a room where people are speaking another language to eachother while massaging me. It makes me anxious. Again, unprofessional. However they were really nice and not in a fake way, so I can only assume nothing was being said rudely? I dont know.The tipping situation was also my issue and honestly doesnt make me want to return. We dont get massages often, and this was a gift. I didnt know the intricacies of the Groupon, but I brought $10 just in case. When we gave it to them, she looked at it and said for both? in a very judgemental way and they both had attitude. Again, this was a gift and even if it wasnt, PROFESSIONALLY, you dont openly show youre disappointed in the tip, thats tacky. Life is hard already without being judged for how much money youre able to give. Because were nice and understood that tip wasnt included after, we went to the gas station and got another $10 and came back and lo and behold, their entire countenance was happy and good. While they were appreciative, again lol thats not professional.If you want a deluxe full quality experience, dont come here. But if you want a great massage and dont care about 3 star customer service, this is the place. And honestly the prices are amazing. For me, now that I know what to expect (in terms of service), Id go back.

I have to start by saying I greatly understand the frustration of being understaffed.My husband and I had a couples massage. The massage was good. My husbands was better than mine. He thoroughly enjoyed it. My masseuse went a little bit harder than I’d like even after I asked to reduce pressure but it was overall a good massage.HOWEVER, we were trying to relax but the phone rang twice in the massage room so LOUD and the masseuse answered the phone both times and was talking so loud!! It was very disruptive and loud for our peaceful massage.Also, at the end, we were tipping and she was very openly disappointed that we weren’t tipping the full 20% and made a remark to us.Overall, the massage was good, but the rest of the experience wasn’t great.

My boyfriend and I ordered a Groupon online for a couples massage. During the massage the phone rang multiple times. The lady was answering a customers question about where the building was located. She handed me the phone during my service to talk to the customer. This happened twice. She then stopped us from leaving telling us to leave a tip. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Edit: Upon the response to my review, it is stated that I agreed to answer the phone. It should be a curtesy to not ask your customers to take your phone calls. It should be known that during my massage, the phone was handed me and at no point should that have happened. I dont like how this situation is handled and I shouldve asked for a refund.

Let me start by saying the results of my massage were fantastic! I have a history of back issues, some caused by stress some genetic. I was in need of a therapeutic, deep tissue massage. That is exactly what I received. Im tall, big person and sometimes its difficult for the therapist to work deep into my muscle tissue. The technique of my massage therapist was incredible. She worked hard but broke through. I could actually feel the knots break and melt away.Now, this is a small non chain massage business. I was not fond of the interruptions (3 times) to burst in and have a conversation with my therapist. Since they are small, there seemed to not be a dedicated front desk person. My therapist had to answer her phone twice and leave to make a booking. Granted, she was quick and returned promptly.In summary, this place is a little rough around the edges, but if you are after a wonderful massage, this is your place. Its not a spa by any means, but is friendly, clean and warm. I will definitely return because the results were great. Perhaps another time I will elect to go for a Swedish massage to experience this place from a different perspective.

Jack gave me an absolutely fabulous back and foot massage!! It felt SO GOOD!! The pressure was perfect!! The reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wasn’t thrilled with the products used. Definitely not organic, so if you are conscience about the products used on your skin you might want to check labels first or maybe bring your own massage oils & body creams. Lastly, there was a major language barrier between the lady at the front desk and me. I had to ask numerous times for her to restate her instructions, questions, etc. In the past, I’ve had massage therapists after my session provide some insight on my body such as you were really tight in this area and you could probably use this to target it. Again, because of the language barrier all I received at the end was “finished” which isn’t a big deal because I understand why it didn’t happen.I do have plans on returning for another massage by Jack and I’m hopeful I can have him use my products next time. If you get a chance to visit Twin Massage definitely ask for Jack. He is amazing. I’m coming back because of his service provided!!

I would not recommend. Not only were they entirely way more touchy than most. (We are talking ripping my underwear off when I literally left them on for a reason) however, they also charged me DOUBLE and then when I checked my bank account they must have gave themselves a tip on my card of $81. This is straight up ridiculous and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We did not have a good experience here. They were answering multiple phone calls from our massage room as well as walking in and out of the room to write down what time the callers were coming in etc. At one point the female was gone for 5+ minutes while my husband was sitting cold uncovered while she was on the phone taking new appointments…not a good experience and will not return. Stone foot spa in Plano is way better!! Tried something new since this is way closer to us but I’d rather drive than have this experience again!

Thought this was going to be better based on reviews. No conversation of what we wanted or pressure, lots of talking during the massage and overall not a very good massage. Also all three employees watched me as I wrote the tip down and then looked at each other judging once I was done. Very uncomfortable.

Semi decent place.I agree with another comment I just read, they FORCED me to tip the 18%. All employees look at you while writing the tip and if it’s a little the lady at the front desk will tell you “oh, look here” and point at the bottom of the receipt for the 18%. Tipping is not mandatory but of course we tipped the percentage so we wouldn’t look like a**holes. Never going back though.

Staff was very experienced, My Wife and I got a couples massage and and a back scrub. Immediately, the lady that was working on me found my knots, and worked them out. 10 out of 10, well definitely be back.

My husband and I went here for a couples massage and it was wonderful! Very reasonably priced, peaceful and great therapists. They were able to accommodate our last minute appointment and make for a relaxing Sunday. We will definitely be back!

Man — I have travelled all over the world 🌎 This was hands down the best massage 💆‍♂️ ever. Owen is the OG / best. He spent full one hour on every part of my body (except genitals). Loved it so much that in the middle of massage, I ended up giving him $40 cash tip lol.I mean $65 base for full one hour and best quality massage ain’t bad at all.

Excellent massage from Wendy but, yes, you will get your massage interrupted by phone calls. I expected it from reading the other reviews but Wendy did her best to get back to me quickly. It wont be relaxing like going to a spa at a 5 star hotel but you go here for a really good deep tissue massage when youre in pain and walk out feeling good. Ill go back just for that.Most times I just need someone to crank on my neck and shoulders. Let me tell you, Wendy will spend the time needed in your problem areas. I have been to many massage places and spas...I would often leave wishing they spent more time on my prob areas, even with a 90 min session! If I want to relax Ill go somewhere else. If you want a deep tissue massage because youre in pain come here and dont sweat the people trying to do their best to run their small business. Theyll still take good care of you.

I have been getting massages for years. I have never gone somewhere where I pay for services before receiving them. I felt hustled when they proceeded to look in my wallet, telling me to pay cash. Then when I wanted change for a tip they were giving me a hard time. It was a decent massage but I wont go back there again.

Horrible! Scheduled two 90 minute massages; when we arrived we were told they scheduled another massage and we could only do 60 minutes. Makes more money for us. We walked out, never to return.

Would like to share my thoughts after having a massage at Twins Massage today. It was a very good experience. I was asked many questions concerning my likes and wants which was relayed to Leo. I liked that he had a very methodical sequence and addressed my issues. Definitely will go back!! Thank you, Leo and Bella!

My wife and I went for a couples massage for my birthday. Both of our masseuses were attentive to our tension areas and out us into such a relaxing state that we also fell asleep. This place really is worth the money if you want relaxation and/or to get knots out of your muscles.

We went there and We will NEVER go back again. The customer service is like trash, not friendly at all, they made us feel if they were doing us a favor for having us, instead of appreciating us for our business.When we first entered, I tried to make a complaint about the place, and the lady cut my conversation and said: 39!!!! (Mean pay me $39 now), and then there was a miscommunication between us that caused us to change our mind and leave the place without getting a massage. The most annoying part was when the lady started blaming and arguing with us over text messages and she sent us a video recording of us captured by their security camera when we were talking with her.Mannn we were trying to get relaxed and we ended up getting really annoyed with this creepy experience. No wonder why their place was empty and didn’t have any customer.

Had a AMAZING massage with Bella. I’m always hesitant to try new places, because it’s so hard to find someone to do a great DEEP TISSUE/TRIGGER POINT massage, and I usually feel like I wasted my money.I am so glad I gave it a shot here. Bella went above and beyond, and I will definitely be back on a weekly basis!

I was greeted promptly. Used a groupon for a foot reflexology and body massage. The massage itself was uncomfortable and the guy who massaged me was weird. After he finished my feet he started on my body and asked me to take off my top and bra while he was standing over me...no privacy whatsoever,,,so I didnt...very uncomfortable

Massage was good and healing. Felt relaxed I would have given a 5 star but the only issue is the masseuse tip will be demanded at the end for higher amount.

Great place. Haven’t had a problem yet. Only thing is that the lady that goes in the room takes a phone with her and it rings in the middle of the massage and if it rings she answers. You can hear her and the customer talking, it’s kinda awkward. Overall it’s a good experience.

It’s a good and bad place. Great massage but the service is horrible. In the middle of your massage they are taking calls, going out to help customers, and talking within eachother. Very frustrating when they do a good job but you can’t fully enjoy it because there’s so many distractions from them. Hope they get one more employee to help front desk.

I ended up getting pain in my upper back. I got full body massage, but ended up with only upper back apparently. And now my neck hurts for 7 days straight. My bad for not calling out the pressure, but still- not the happiest customer. Wont return.

They don’t pressure you and take good care of you. Got what we agreed gotFor ( couples massage for the mrs birthday ) and she loved the experience.

Very tranquil massage parlor. Soft music and soft lights. I received a great massage that really relaxed me and made me feel like my body had taken a nap. I will definitely be back and will take my family.

It was cool in the room with only a thin sheet for cover, there was no discussion about what was wanted or what would be done, and the draping with a thin sheet combined with awkward hand placement left my wife very uncomfortable.

They made a 1 hour massage feel like it lasted too they focused on the areas that were troubling me and the facility was very relaxing and clean.

Very talented masseuse. Did couples massage here and loved it. Its a very humble establishment with hardworking crew. Its a good place to go to for muscle healing.
