Royal Foot Spa

Definitely my WORST message experience. This was the place that I suffered and experienced a huge amount of pain at message instead of relaxing. The person who gave me the message didn’t event listen to my request to be softer. I had deep muscle pain from the damages of the message for a few days. Again, this was the MOST HORRIBLE place I could get a message at.

To anyone looking for a foot massage, do not go here. Apparently they are too busy to do foot massages. I called today to confirm that it was a good time to come in for a foot massage before I drove there only to be told they no longer do foot massages. In the business name it says foot spa and they have a neon sign advertising foot massages in addition to a large poster advertising Chinese foot reflexology massage. How do they not do foot massages?? I was hoping to use the gift certificate my daughter had given me. The only positive is they did refund the money she spent on the gift certificate.

My daughter and I went here tonight for the first time, after our husbands got us gift certificates for mothers day and it was AMAZING!! I have a shoulder that I will be getting surgery on and mentioned it to the gentleman, so he would avoid that area and he did. For the price, it was awesome! I was so pleasantly surprised, we will most definitely be going back soon and often!!!

Very professional in approach, Mr. Andy did a wonderful job with back massage. The place is clean and well maintained. He is very courteous and polite. I had been to several other places but Royal Foot Massage is awesome. I will recommend this to others and will visit this place again and again.

I was utterly disappointed and dismayed by our treatment at this place. Ive had a reflexology massage in the past and thought Id give this place a try. Bad idea!!!! I bought a Groupon, called and set up an appointment. Arrived at my appointment time; only to be told that Id have to come back later because they had 2 walk-ins before me. This was stated by the female, however the male was stating to the walk in customers, that he needed to take care of us first because we have and appointment. The female comes over to the man and says no you stay they can come back later. Wow!!!! I was stunned by this, and was given no explanation for this treatment. Therefore, Im concluding, since all the customers in this facility were Caucasian, and I and my daughter were African American. My assumption, is that this young lady really didnt value our business. Not a problem, I called Groupon got a refund and went to 121 Happy Feet, and was treated with dignity and respect. The massage cost $30, I tipped Vincent $10 for his great service. America really is great because we have the power to choose!

Andy is very professional and knows exactly what his clients need. He puts the right amount of pressure and works out knots.Recommended here by my mother who comes in often to release any tension. They are very friendly here and will take care of you.I highly recommend the full body compilation massage.Thank you, I will be back.

Its been okUsually very good, but I walked out feeling dissatisfied this time. I made an appointment for a 2 hour massage and they only did 1 hour. It wasnt a very good hour, I ask for deep tissue, but the person massaging me today just rubbed oil on me for an hour. I hope they do better next time because I actually like this place

My massage was wonderful and service was excellent. My massage was therapist Andy was excellent and pressure was perfect. It is also very affordable and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place.

The massage was good but the owners were crazy. They couldn’t get there credit card machine to work for 15 minutes at 9 pm, so made me go with them to the 7/11 next door to buy two cars gas. They would not accept a check or PayPal.This was my second bad experience with the new owners. First, was when I bought a Groupon here and made an appointment after telling them I had a Groupon. The next day, I walked in and they said they weren’t taking any more Groupons. I guess that’s what I get for giving this place a second chance.

Royal Foot Spa is a wonderful place to relax and get a foot massage, but I always opt for the body massage as well (in a private room). Andy is absolutely amazing when I ask him to work on my upper and lower back. Just tell him what or where it hurts and he may know the source of the pain. I try to go every week. I have been satified every time and wish the session wasnt over yet! Thank you to Andy! I will be back in a week.

Mr. ANDY is great. He really knows how to work the knots in my neck and shoulders. Seriously the best foot massage ever. I have plantar issues and an Achilles heel injury. He does a great job and I feel so much better.

My lower back was really hurting and I got a massage from Andy. He really knew what he was doing and I was not in pain when I left. I have had a lot of massages and I would highly recommend him. Very professional as well.

A friend of mine recommended this place. I really enjoyed every minute of the massage I got. The place is clean. The people were great...friendly. I cant wait till I go back.

It was a nice experience until checkout. I left a cash tip and they questioned me about why I didnt leave more. I tip if I want to, based on the service!

Holy cow!!! I am a teacher and a coach and I am on my feet all day long and some nights for my games. This has been the 2nd time I have been to royal foot spa and Andy is AMAZING! He knows what to do to relieve any pain you are having. Place is very clean and prices are great!

Absolute Bliss!!!I went in with some really bad neck pain and the gentleman worked really hard to get the tightness out! Ive been to this location multiple times, they never disappoint! Very professional, very courteous, very attentive.Thank you!

We booked a 1 hour foot massage... When we got there they said they dont do foot massage. Wanted to force us to do full body, more expensive massage..Like, its literally in the name. And the flashing sign outside that says Foot Massage is a bit misleading

Clean, well-kept interior with a soothing ambiance. We got the 45-minute foot spa treatment were really pleased! The staff are friendly and responsive, and we plan to go back.

This place is dirty and cheap. They no longer do foot massages, only private full body massages. It is overpriced and the people giving the massages don’t know what they are doing. It is a sketchy establishment. I was not relaxed the entire time.

It was amazing! Best massage place in the area, I have been a couple times and I have always felt amazing after. Great prices and great services, I will continue coming.

The guy kept talking while doing my massage. Not as relaxing as Id have liked as he didnt listen when I told him not to do a spot. That spot had stitches .. . . Also I just looked and they charged my card 35 instead of 32. I tipped part cash. It may be a small amount but its the principle . . They just lost my business

The employees need to learn to communicate in English. I booked an appointment for 2 people and when we arrived they laughed and said...Were sorry...she doesnt speak good English and she canceled your appointment instead of making you an appointment! I dont see the laughter in screwing up someones afternoon 🤔

I had been there last week , the place nice and clean ! Andy is perfectional therapist is , my shoulder and neck was very bad , feel very good after he did massage for me ! Thanks Andy anyway , I will be back !

I love this place. As a therapist I trust Andy to give me what I need. He helps me get rid of the physical stres Ive put on my body. Giving me a nice clean slate to work with.

Beware - this place has been taken over by new owners and service has gone down and prices have gone up. Overcharged us despite agreeing to the price before hand. They will not honor loyalty cards from previous owners either. Not the place it used to be.

I went there totally tense and left feeling completely relieved, Lili is wonderful! I will be back!

Hands down the best place I have ever had a massage. Back problems and ankle problems brought me in. I walk about three inches taller and dont limp when I leave!
