The owner was extremely kind, respectful, and so very helpful. This was my first time purchasing an e-cig/ vape set up and he literally walked me through everything, helped me get all set up, explained the does and don’ts and he truly listened and got me set up with a device that was affordable and that is perfect for me. The variety of products here is almost overwhelming (in a good way). The people who work here are super friendly they not only help me select a product I will enjoy, but also happily answer my many questions every single time I visit.

I have only recently started going here as I switched to a disposable after several years. I have run into several of the folks that work here and they are always super helpful. Prices are in line with what you expect to pay at a brick and mortar shop and I like supporting local businesses. Selection is very good and they have a loyalty program so you can save a few dollars every few purchases. This has become my go to shop for my vaping needs.

Gene is very helpful, and knowledgeable about his products. He has gone above and beyond two separate times to get me hard to find parts for my mod. Other shops said I was out of luck and tried to sell me something different. Chasing Vapes has earned my loyalty!

The store was nice. It had a large selection of items that I was interested in. I purchased a delta 8 disposable and when I came home to use it, the item was not working. I patiently tried various charges and different outlets but had no luck. I called the store and let them know it wasn’t working. The employee told me to come by the store to see if they could exchange it. When I arrived at the store, the employee tells me that he can’t exchange it and says I have to come back the next day between 10-2 because the boss might be there. I then told him that I don’t want to come back because he told me to come up there and I was already there. I asked him if I could just exchange the item and he says “I can’t do an exchange, I just work here.” Lol, yes, you do. That’s why you were there. After pressing more, he finally tells me I will need to speak with his boss. He refuses to call him and when I ask for his number, he tells me he can’t give out that information. Dar, Dar. Dar Dar Dar. Finally, he calls the owner and the owner tells him to just exchange it. WOW FINALLY! I do not recommend this store.

Ive been to many shops from here in Texas and my home state Utah and by far chasing Vapes is the best one Ive been to. The owner is a great guy his family is wonderful, they all know what their talking about and know how to treat their customers. I love this place and will keep coming back no matter where I am.

I had gone to several vape shops in Allen and NOTHING compares to Chasing Vapes! The atmosphere is so chill and Gene is awesome to work with! They have the best selection of liquid and mods and the best prices as well. Ill never go anywhere else than Chasing Vapes!

Chasing Vapes.... where to begin? I dont ever write reviews because of the a-hole that I normally am, but this place changed my life. the place is very well decorated and laid out really well. the counter is a great height for people like myself who like to lean on and b/s with the women who work there. and oh my the eye candy there is awesome. there arent very many places where I want to have my wedding, but I need you to know if this place was bigger it would happen. the variety of e-liquid can not be matched anywhere else.

Amazing family-owned business! They’re my number one top pick, I’m there jut about every day checking out new juices or going in to just chat! Gene and Brittini are super nice and very helpful when it comes to finding the right products for you! Awesome and chill atmosphere, they’ve even got a little lounge table to just hang out and chat. I feel a little selfish because I wish they were open on sundays but I understand it’s a family day. Either way, number one pick for a vape shop! I’ve gone to others when they’re not open and they don’t even compare to Chasing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I just turned 18 a few months ago and decided I would start going and getting vape products from a store. I roamed around a bit and landed at chasing vapes, and trust me these guys are awesome!!! They’ve got a wide selection of good juices and have a few testers to smell and pick from and they’ve always found a perfect match for me! Not only are the juices and vapes awesome and fairly priced, but the owners are so nice and so chill, I’ve sat in there for hours talking to them just about everything. Chasing vapes is my #1 top pick for any vape store, and I would probably drive hours to come get vape products from them. Amazing store, amazing products, just overall amazing!! I love this store so much and it seems cheesy but I wouldn’t trust any other store besides chasing.

I cannot recommend this place more. The woman who owns/runs the shop is knowledgeable about all products she carries and is kind and helpful. I am upset that I am moving out of the area and won’t be able to come as frequently. If you are in the Allen are and you vape this store should be you first stop.

Great products, great people, and good service. Its rare to find a store like this. By that I mean a store that does not make the customers change to the businesss inventory, but a store that changes its inventory for their customers. It is not about pushing the newest and most expensive product for them, its about being there to provide knowledge, and help to get the customer what is best for them and fits their needs. There may be a store with more selections, but this is about quality not quantity.

Stephanies customer service is amazing. I came in to get some advice. She gave great advice and was super nice. Instead of trying to sell me another vaporizer. She told me try a different pod on my Suorin Air. She basically gifted me her personal pod.As long as Im in town I will be buying all my vaping supplies from here. Thanks Stephanie you are the best!

They have good ejuices.First time I went the guy I talked to didnt know a thing and was just trying to get me to buy anything.Second time I went I find out the guy I met the first time was fired. Good decision in my opinion.My only complaint is that their hardware is a little over priced but for the suburbs its not exorbitant.My only recommendation would be to make one big basic list with all their juices and prices and available nicotine MG on it because its a little overwhelming and confusing to have to look at small individual lists in picture frames on the wall.

Id like to preface my review with the fact that Ive vaped since late 2008 so Im not a newcomer.Ok, these folks are passionate about the vaping community, their products, their store and from my first experience....their customers. I just visited and they are top notch people. They are currently working on the inside layout and Im sure itll be great when its finished. They took the time to shoot the breeze with me after I bought a HUGE bottle of Bazooka strawberry. ...even though I walked in as they were working on the shop. To put succinctly, they genuinely were glad that I was there.In a sea of vape shops, Chasing Vapes is definitely one of the standouts. KUDOS! Ill definitely be back.

I love chasing vapes so much, they’re the best vape shop all around! Gene and Brittni are so nice and super cool, I haven’t had the chance to meet Stephanie yet but I’d hope to in the future! I’d go into the store and talk to Gene and Brittni and hang out for hours, so customer service is on the dot perfect! They’ve got a wide selection of vape products at very good prices, the juice that they carry is phenomenal, I’ve asked for a few reccomendations and brittni set me up with probably my all time favorite juice! (Pacha mama in Fuji apple, strawberry, and nectarine is to die for!) and Gene has helped me find one of my other favorite juices (melting melons.) although I’m more of a fruity flavors person, they’ve got others like pound cake and many more to fit your likings, bottom line is that this is my all-time favorite vape shop and I wouldn’t go to any other besides them! I was out of juice one day and I tried going to another store (because chasing is closed on sundays ;-;) and they didn’t necessarily hook me up with a good juice flavor. Nonetheless, chasing vapes is my number one! (And I wish I could give more than 5 stars ;-;)

Ive never vaped before but I have been a smoker for 16 years and I needed to quit. I ready up on a few shops and it turns out that Chasing Vapes is owned by a couple who quit smoking by ecig and decided to open a shop to help other people quit smoking. I have no problem putting all my trust in these people. They even accommodated me when I couldnt figure out how to use one of the units I bought. By far, best customer service Ive ever recieved.

My sister and her friends turned me onto vaping. Its been great but buying materials can be annoying until I found this place! Chasing vapes is the BEST. Ive been a smoker for a loooong time and the habit REALLY is difficult to kick. Vaping being the alternative, I figured I would give it a shot but wasnt really sure on where to start or what to do. Chasing Vapes is the only place I will ever go and refer EVERYONE to. Great customer service, a ton of knowledge on everything from the people that worked there, really good selection on products, such a phenomenal atmosphere and to top it all off, AMAZING customer service. Every time I go into this vape shop they are out of the juice I buy... I understand running out every once in a while but as popular as the employees say the finest berry blast is, you would think they would order enough to not run out. I tried to make them my go to shop but I am not sure I will ever be back after this disappointing service on multiple occasions.

Buyers beware of this business!I was calling around shops searching for a specific RDA goon to be exact made by 528 custom vapes while calling around I found two shops that had this specific RDA one was in Plano and the other being Chasing vapes in Allen TX. The first shop I called didnt have the color I was looking for which lead me to continue searching I called chasing vapes a girl answered and told me they had one left and it was black and authentic which i took it at face value and asked about price the girl told me she would sell me the RDA for 5 bucks which is unsuaul seeing that they sell for around 65 which caught be by surprise she then explained the owner was just trying to get rid of his RDA section cause no one was buying them. Which made me at ease cause if your trying to get rid of a product obviously sell it for what you can get it for but the only reason this review is being posed is because if your gonna sell somebody a clone tell the customer so they dont get pissed off like I did and never comeback because if your gonna sell me something that is a clone but claim its authentic then what makes you think I believe anything is your shop is authentic business owners like this give the industry a bad name I cant wait to watch this shop go out of business for selling people knock off products
