Je Vape is my new go to spot for disposables and all of my vape needs ever since I moved to Allen. They carry ALL FLAVORS and Varieties of the Geek Bar which is my favorite and they are priced reasonably. Bugz was awesome and real profesional sweet and knowledgeable. I recommend this shop for their product line, prices and staff!

Everyone is here is awesome! They are by far my favorite vape shop in town. I have tried others in the past, but this one always has what I need and great at helping me pick out new juices I have never tried before. I have not had one I haven’t liked yet!

Out of all the smoke shops I’ve been to, the team here is BY FAR the most helpful and the shop itself is one of the best I’ve been to. Ash was very patient and very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and simply just made the energy in the building so welcoming (bonus points on top of just being helpful). I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I was unsure about which honestly sealed the deal for me! I will certainly be coming back!

I had gone to this store after always going to the Plano location, I had been a bit iffy on if it would be as good but as soon as I walked in Bug was extremely friendly and seemed to know their stuff. They found me the perfect edibles and a vape pen I had been searching for. Bug was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you go to this location in highly recommend asking For Bug.

This is by far the best vape shop in Allen!! Customer service is amazing anytime I’ve had a problem with my vape they go above and beyond to fix it!! They also have all the really good vapes you’re kind of like a kid and a candy store!if I could give more stars, I would.

My experience at Je Vape was simply immaculate. The atmosphere is so welcoming and honestly… feels like home. The manager Hani has impeccable customer service, is stunningly handsome and is kind enough to ensure specific products are always in stock for my friends and I. Avoid this store if you care about consuming authentic products.I was sold a disposable vape that was not sealed. When I went back to change it (I was still in the parking lot), they had to call their boss for an exchange (per store policy). The replacement they gave me was a fake. It was missing the authentication QR code and the seals on the vape were yellowish instead of white/clear.(I have attached images for reference)I was given the option to either take the fake disposable or the original but not sealed. Their own products are not consistent on the shelves, yet the “boss” did not want to issue me a refund.Ps. The only policy you need is to make sure that you don’t carry fake products.

Been here 5-10 times, nice staff. I came in 2 nights ago to buy a vape and the lady told me if any malfunctions happened I could come back in and swap it out. I get home and it was working fine, the next morning big bubbles of the wax were coming out coating my mouth with it being hot or not hitting at all. I only got 5 hits out of it, brought it back within the time frame the clerk told me to exchange it, she’s trying to get it to hit and acknowledged the issue, sees the bubbles come out on my lips and calls her boss and he says he can only give me 5$ off since half the pen was gone, but it was only gone because of the equipment malfunction. The lady acknowledged I was in the time grime for the swap but her boss wasn’t. Won’t be coming here again, 44$ for something that doesn’t even work and you want me to buy another one for 5$ off. When I’ve become a regular Ridiculous. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

This is the best Vape store in TEXAS! stopped by there one day because my regular shop didn’t have my favorite in stock. Hani told me that if I shopped with him I’d never have to worry about mine being out of stock and it’s been months now and not once have I gone there and it’s been out of stock. All of the employees know me and know what I want and they are always so kind and sweet. Plus they have some goooood looking people who work there 😉. Anyways if you don’t shop here you’re missing out.

I like to try a different vape juice every time and they take the time to help me pick out a new flavor. The service was spectacular from Hani! I “fried” my last vape (long story) and when I walked in I was warmly greeted with smiles and a very helpful attitude to my problem. My boyfriend and i work late, and these guys are always open. Justin is always there for us on late nights when we need a new pod or juice, and has been extreemly helpful. its nice to walk in somewhere and have a nice conversation with a friendly face.

Hani is one of the coolest people I have met in a vape shop. Hes always smiling and no matter how tough my day has been he can make me laugh. I first met Hani at the Plano location and since then I refuse to go anywhere else. If this store doesnt have what you need, just ask Hani and he will get it for you. My husband and I have been going to this shop for years. When Je Vape came in they definitely spruced it up and added more selection but kept the house flavors we love. Hani has done a great job with the store and connecting with customers. This is our one and only vape shop!

This place is amazing!! I switched from smoking cigarettes to a vape but didn’t really know how the product would taste. I didn’t know what to buy or how the contraptions even worked. You can find all kinds of info on the internet but I didn’t know what brand or flavor I would like. These guys talked me through a couple of items and suggested a few starters. When I returned they remembered me and asked what I thought. When I said I wasn’t crazy about the first two, they asked about the things I didn’t like, better understood my tastes, and suggested others. I tried those and found one I really liked. I have been going back several times per week for many months. They have always been very friendly and personable and showed a genuine interest in making sure I was a satisfied customer. As an appreciation for my continued business, the shop owner gifted me a vape for the holidays...without asking, he insisted I accepted the gift.In today’s society, customer service has been lacking but these guys are the exception to the unwelcome standard. They take the time to know their customers individually and customize their customer service to fit the consumer. Job very well done in my eyes. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Je vape Allen is one of the best smoke shops i’ve been to in a long time. The amount of products they carry blows a lot of shops out of the water. Knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to assist.My vape (Zeus) was leaking and Hani worked on it and got it working again.
