My wife and I, went in and this shopping trip at hazel was by FAR the best dealing with Moe! He was VERY knowledgeable and went completely above and beyond! Hands down BEST hazel employee!

I purchased an e-pen and it took 3 days and stopped working and no help was given. I don’t have my purchase receipt and just lost $45+tax for a bogus place.I recommend no one getting anything from this place they will rip you off.

Very dissatisfied with my service at this location. Came in 3/23/24 around 7pm and bought three cartridges and a battery for them. Turns out the battery does not work for the cartridges I purchased so I went back for an exchange. Worker was new and was not able to complete the transaction at the time so I came back about 30 minutes later. Refunded the original battery. (She was not able to give me a receipt showing the refund was coming and told me to just keep calling if it doesn’t go through) finally got a battery that says it should fit my cartridges and I opened it in store just incase. Lo and behold it didn’t work either and when I told the worker I was simply told “sorry dude” and was forced to buy one of the other battery’s so I could at least use what I purchased. Just now getting home and I realize there is no charger with the battery. It’s one of the screw on ones so it’s not like I have a charger just laying around. Very unhappy to have been treated this way even after spending almost 200$. Will not be returning to this location.

Normally my experience is very pleasant, however when I walked in today the person inside did not greeet me! Nor acted as if she wanted to assist when it came down to me getting my hookah coals she asked to see my ID lol which I’ve never been carded before. A complete joke

Justin made my experience great! From the minute I walked in the door, to the minute I was leaving, he was very attentive and always had a smile on his face! Will definitely be coming back!

I usually come in early in the morning when Hazel first opens, and every time i go in Philip is there always ready to talk and help me with products i have questions about. Clean shop and amazing customer support, especially at 8:00 AM.

Went in there to get a vape then washed my hands in the bathroom next door and they called and got my car towed cost me almost 400 and destroyed my Christmas for me and my kids cause that’s all I really had Would but minus 5 stars if I could. Very rude people here when I asked why it got towed they said Is cause I went into a different store to use the restroom and this is for “hazel sky parking only” even though I was in hazel sky couldn’t of been no more than a few minutes and it was gone like they was almost hoping to ruin someone’s week

I walked in not knowing what I wanted, but Justin helped me and made the experience a lot less intimidating. Thanks to him for that! :)

I have always bought all of my vapes there, and there was always a discount when you bought two, but the last time I went in they said they weren’t doing that anymore. Most of the guys that work there are nice, but I’m going to use a different shop because they are cheaper elsewhere for the same product. It’s just nice to feel like you’re getting a good deal. Too bad, because I always felt comfortable there.

I live in San Antonio, and I broke one of my favorite limited edition MJ Arsenal rigs. Called every Hazel Sky in Texas and finally found one here in Allen. I called the owner and he overnighted me the new piece. Love Hazel Sky! Especially the Allen location!!

Virginia is delightful!! I used to go to a different shop near my neighborhood, but Ill be coming here from now on. This shop is well stocked with many options and new flavors that Ive never seen before. Plus, they have a rewards system which many vape shops do not offer. Dutchy is a hell of a worker excuse the spelling if incorrect, i came in to buy something without checking realized their was a problem with it! i was treated fairly and was able to just trade in at another location due me just passing through from missouri with that being said hands down next few months they have my business while im enjoying the lone star state thanks again for the help and great business! ✌️

Go to any other vape shop in the area but this one, bough 3 vapes, 2 of them didn’t work. When I called back and told them, they hit you with “oh sorry since it walked out of the store we can do anything, here’s a 10% discount” yeah 10% on a $30 vape that didn’t even work. THANKS! Scam artist come from everywhere.Shop manager don’t even reply that, I don’t care enough your employees are rude enough.

Won’t sell CBD/Delta 8 products to those who are 18-20 even though Texas law states that you must be **18** or older to buy these products. I used to come here all the time and get what I needed until this new guy showed up.In response to the owners reply: I encourage you to do your research. Texas law prohibits the sale of cannabis products containing more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. If the products you are selling meet the requirements, then there is no legal restrictions on the sale of CBD products to those who are 18+. It is your choice, and your choice only, to restrict your sales to 21 and up. Do not spread misinformation by saying it is the law. My review stands.
