Yesterday (10/29/23), i was helped by the MOST pleasent person ive encountered in a very long time. I wish I would have gotten their name for a shoutout. They were super friendly, happy, helpful and had a killer outfit on! It was one of those interactions that unexpectedly brightens your day. I legit want to go back and offer them a job where I work just so I can have that energy in my life more often haha. Bravo! They had everything i was looking for at great prices.This will be the only smoke shop I go to from now on :)

Bought a battery heavily recommended by an employee for $20, waited a couple days to try it out and used it twice before its cheap design broke. Came in and explained what happened, they gave me the option to buy a whole new battery again but with $2 off. Not the worst place in the world but I wouldnt shop there ever again.To the owner: I sent an email and never got a response, sounds like lip service.

Most certainly on the higher end of vape & related retail stores, excellent quality of service Store staff is ideal for customer approachability & engagement. Very attentive and diligent to assist with any patrons selection questions, industry intel, & well versed on much of their products.This shop will have on hand mostly anything someone would look for in their store category, and even some exclusives &/or uncommon & tough to locate products as well. If I had only one single honest critique for improvement, it would be with regards to minimal selection of brand diversity, relatively speaking. They have a wonderful selection of inventory, but on a slightly smaller scale of options per to each individual product type available.They may only have 1-3 BRANDS of Kraytom to select from, depending on the type or category of that particular item. While, comparatively speaking, to the large chain competitors may carry up to 6 different brands or varieties of that same item. In their credit, its a fair assumption to say the odds are still in their favor, & its likely that theyll offer the more respectable 3 brands of each type, and therefore a better variety of each type to chose from.I GENUINELY appreciate the small business storefronts & main-street shops that survived despite struggling to stay operational thru the covid store closures.Even more appreciated is the rarity of finding amongst those small businesses, is a good staff. It truly does reflect on the employees who take into consideration the impact of each individuals service to their customers. They understand this concept because when they cannot cannot offer the customer base a massive inventory. The store revenue is dependent on their quality of service you offer and how effectively the store staff can cater to each customer. Myself a business owner as well, much Respect for a store mentality of attentive and pleasant staffers.

I have been a costumer for years. It’s a fabulous place, they give recognition to local and famous artists and sell their wares. The stuff is also amazing people. Franchise and John are very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Highly recommend.

So Ill redo my recent review now, totally feel recognized and more comfortable attitudes are super positive and you now have an amazing selection of kratom. Highly recommend for two reasons, great staff and price, and it does seem like you care if someone is unhappy. You guys rule

Stopped in to see what they had in comparison to the other shops in the area, & was I glad I did. Was greeted immediately with great customer service from a young woman there with piercings (sorry I didnt remember her name) she was very informative in helping me select a banger & carb cap for my rig. After that she informed me that it was buy one get one 50% off all glass. She then went through each case showing me different pieces and styles until she came to the Infamous Glass. Bubbler which she showed were damn near unbreakable, I was sold. They have a great selection of many other things as well from vape accessories to Kratom and CBD. Thanks for the great customer service, manager should definitely keep people like in the store! Will be back again soon. 👍🏼👍🏼

Was navigating over to the vape shop next door but walked in here instead because I wasn’t paying close attention. At first I was just going to buy a new pod for my previous vape, but both the price (based on the Michigan market) and quality of service were above expectations that I needed to support this small business more. Jake was the man and walked me through everything more than necessary. Would like to see Jake with a promotion next time I’m back. It’ll also be a good idea to add a loyalty points program!

Wildside is not typically a smoke shop that I would frequent, I might describe its general vibe as a little sterile. Having said that, their prices are unbeatable. Several of the items I regularly purchase there are sold for barely over what you would pay for them online, and its location is very convenient for my day-to-day.

I love these guys and this shop! I just wish the coils and batteries were more competitively priced. I can however get 100 ml of e-juice made in Detroit for around $30. I support local peeps as much as I can. 2 stars for Aaron, 2 stars for Nick and the 5th would be present if the coils and batteries werent 30% more $$$ than the other vape shop. I will still shop here for the Detroit Underground juice Collective stuff though ☝💚

I go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Unlike other smoke shops where they make you feel uncomfortable (not gonna say names but they’re on the same street), this shop has an unbelievable staff from the top onwards and it’s always a pleasure when I have to stop in.

Bought some really nice glass tonight and the customer service here was far better than most smoke shops. Wild Side has a much better/wider selection of glass than Bongz/Thongz. Cool shop overall and very satisfied with my purchase

Nothing but bad experiences here. First time, got a glass bubbler that broke the very first time I used it. Chalked it up to bad luck because Ive heard such good things. Got a Seahorse Pro...wont even turn on...paid 50 dollars for what is essentially a paperweight. Avoid this place.

I think everything here is really overpriced. I bought some coils and one of them were already used. The guy replaced it and threw an extra one in for free (both which he gave me were not the ones i even wanted though) it does have a nice variety of glass peices though.

I dont like not being allowed to touch things, having to ask permission, and being treated like a thief or at least a clumsy idiot. I dont like having to haggle to get a reasonable deal. The selection is pretty good and they have some really nice pieces, but owner is obviously a jerk.

This place is extremely overpriced and has terrible management. The owners are shady and always seem a bit out of it. As a former employee I can attest that these people make 80 percent of their money off of Kratom, and Whip Cream Cartridges; not the glass they order from China and slap on a 250$ price tag on. Or their vape juice for that matter. It goes to show this is a poorly run business as their second location on North Campus, off of Broadway and Plymouth Rode, is shutting down this week due to its poor management. Save your money and order online!!!! I wish I could give negative stars.

This shop has given me the best deal and some of the greatest products I own. Theyre willing to educate you on the best options and keep the atmosphere professional, because sometimes smoke shops are a hit or miss. I would highly recommend WildSide for any glass purchases.

Went in there the other day, (Dec 7th to be exact) around 7-8pm. while walking in & looking around, the lady working behind the counter went up to another man working behind the counter, looked at me & my partner, whispered, & than looked away. Didn’t offer help, didn’t say anything. Needless to say we left & spent our 300$ down the street at bongs & thongz. It was an interesting experience here to say the least. Both people whispering were well over the age of 30, it was off putting. Gas station vibes 100%. Hopefully you guys work in customer service & maybe how you carry yourselves while on the clock.

I got back in town one evening and needed a pipe. They were still open when Stairway to Heaven had closed. Good thing for me they had later hours. I bought a nice, durable piece there.

Its your average good smoke-shop. Very similar to the one in East Lansing, but maybe a little more ~stoner-y~ like tie-dye stuff on the walls. There were all these pink, matte-surfaced elephant bowls, maybe like 20 on a shelf and that looked cool.

The girl didnt know what she was talking about they had a sale going on according to the website and she refused to honor the sale. She refused to listen to what I was saying and even went as far as telling me they did not have that brand when I was staring at it right in front of me. I had to point out the juice and say the flavor profile so that she would finally see what I was wanting. She then rang up the juice as something completely different because and I quote someone put the wrong sticker on it so instead of ringing up the proper product my receipt says I bought a 0mg juice of a completely different brand and flavor. This girl needs to be fired or not be allowed to work by herself. They told me on the phone they had coils for the horizontech falcon and yet this girl said and I quote again we dont sell any product that is not smok and yet just walking in you will see several things that is not smok brand. So dont come here if your a loyal IVC customer go out to Ypsilanti and hit that location because the people here are obviously not competent in how a business is ran.

Good kratom prices. Friendly folks. Never have to wait. Bong was good quality glass.

This place is a joke. Most of the glass is from China. The majority of their sales come from kratom and whipped cream chargers. Oh yeah, Simba Glass, Phire, Vapor Blunt, and Wild Side are all owned by the same company, Carpentieri Novelties. For Missy Missy... no one pays sticker prices except for suckers...They haggle on EVERYTHING!The prices are high because theyre hoping some chump comes in and will pay the sticker price without trying to work them down on the price. And it gives the impression that theyre hooking you up when theyre not.As far as ejuice goes... there juice is pretty gross if im being honest. To me atleast...

The staff is ALWAYS more than helpful and the selection is impressive. I would give 5 stars if there was a punch card available. I soend a lot of money there.

The selection alone fir nit only there glass as well as vape juice bar. But the qualitly glass they offer is so more satisifing know Im getting a great product for a reasonable price.. as long as Im comming to ann arbor area ill be buying my glass from Wild Side smoke shop.

Years ago, this was my go to shop. I heard through the grapevine that it was now partially a ejuice bar so I was psyched to check it out. The ejuice is not very inviting, it was equivalent to DIY. If youre looking for ejuice, this is not the place to go.

I wouldn’t shop here again they smile in your face hurry you to get the sale and if you go home and not like what you bought lol don’t try to come back and return the item trust me they come up with so many rules and policies they don’t show you before you leave the store that you will not get your money back they don’t care if you don’t know how to work the item or that they over sold the item you will not get your money back
