This independently owned yoga studio is true Nirvana. Ana, the founder, is an exceptional teacher. The studio is calm and welcoming. The classes are well balanced and easy to modify for your level of experience. I am always recommending this studio to friends. It is one of the more affordable studios I have found in Ann Arbor. One of the gentlest and kindest yet most challenging strength workouts I’ve done. And I mean this yoga space in particular. Healing energy. Highly knowledgeable teachers and owner with Ana Hough, Juliana, and team. Welcoming space. Very chill atmosphere. Levels range from expert to beginner all in the same class. I look forward to going and my weeks always go better when I do.

A true and natural yoga space. I feel both fortified and challenged physically when I leave, in the most nurturing and centering way. The teachers are OUTSTANDING, kind, and aspirational for ANY level -- beginning or expert yogi. A2Yoga is like a vacation for my body and should each time Im here.

I highly recommend prenatal yoga. Both Ana and Juliana are great instructors. The classes have helped love and trust my changing, pregnant body!
