Random order: I bought a flavor for the shisha and it was expired, so I returned from the car to inform them that it was finished, so I decided to take a new one and found that they were all expired, so I asked the money from the employee, because I wanted to buy it from another store, but he refused, and the reason was that he could not return my money due to the rules of the store, so I left the money and the bill and walked away and told him I will. He took steps to return my money, but he was afraid and the money was returned to me

Do Not BUY From Them!!!! Cheap products and poor customer service. Bought a lighter from them and it broke immediately. I brought it back to the store and was told the igniter was bad. Employee says that its common for the igniters to go bad and he did replace it. I then asked for some butane which he sold me saying that it was universal. I brought it home and it did not work. It sprayed all over. I even tried the other tips to make sure i had the correct tip. So back to the store. I was then told the can of butane was bad and he couldnt do anything about it because he doesnt know if it was used correctly. So, I am letting everyone know that this company is SKETCHY. Buyer beware!!!!!! He just lost a customer for a bottle of butane that costs less than 4 dollars.

This is my go-to place for all my tobacco/delta/accessory needs! There are many selections across the board that are reasonably priced. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I have learned a great deal from them and always leave happy with my experience. I have been a regular since they opened this location. Definitely recommend. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! They really want to make sure you have everything you need!

Went in today to get three things and they had them all! The person working was amazing! Answered all my ridiculous questions and was super knowledgeable and nice. That will be my vape shop from now on, and it’s not even in my city!! And I have 4 in my city! Worth the drive if you not near 😊

This is the only place I shop for E vape juice Ive traveled from manitowac and from Janesville and other places to buy my juices .. Because they have the absolute best home juices Ive found..gummies and other items they sell..I just wish we could order juices on line .. But to me uts worth the drive hands down its the best ..

Buyer beware...Purchased a new vape device (GeekVape), that came dead in the box and would not hold a charge after 4 hours of charging. I exchanged it same day (with the employee confirming it was defective) for a new one. The second device worked great for 7 days. Day 7, it just stopped working. Completely dead and would not turn on. I returned to the store as soon as they opened the next day with the employee confirming this one was also defective. The store owner said because it was day 8 (7 day return policy for defects) from when I bought the original defective unit, he would not exchange it or make any concession outside of offering me 10% off if I wanted to buy a different unit.The guy on staff was very nice and helpful, but needless to say, I wont be buying from them or recommending them to anyone in the future.

I didnt take my receipt, but I should have because I always have bought the exact same thing at other tobacco stores. I will tell you that my purchase at this store was substantially cheaper than any other retail store or online anywhere, ever. I was in this store yesterday 9/16 to get some vape juice. This is not my first time in this new store. The girls that work there are great. Now there is a new guy working there. It took him a few minutes to come out of the back room. When he did come out he seemed like he really did not want to be there. When I told him what juice I wanted I asked him if it was iced or not and he told me no it was not. I trusted him big mistake on my part. I did not read the box before I opened it and it is iced(menthol). If it was not for this, this store is a five star store. I kinda know the GM Zach and he is about customer service.

Love having this so close to me! Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Ive gotten vapes, pipe, smoke odor candles (lots of scents to choose from), and a grinder. Very happy with all of it.
