Ive been a patron of this particular vape shop intermittently over the past three years. My loyalty stems from multiple factors, including its central location. Admittedly, its somewhat hidden between two other buildings, so keeping an eye out for their signage is key. What stands out most, however, is the exceptional staff. They are not only welcoming but also highly informed, ready to field any inquiries regarding their product lineup. The selection here is impressive, extending even to their own range of in-house vape juices available in diverse flavors. Their expertise and the breadth of options available make it a go-to destination for vape enthusiasts.

Nicky did a wonderful job explaining the different types of Vapes. I really appreciated her knowledge and insight in helping me to make purchase decisions. I stopped in again, Nicky was very helpful. I highly recommend this vape shop.

This is the only truly honest vape shop in the area. By honest, I mean that they will inform you, in a way that other vape shops refuse to do so. They are clearly community-based, allowing members of this community to leave their mark on the walls (art). They explain without hesitation, offer to mix upon request, and prices are decent. I learned info in my first few visits, that other shops never had even breathed a whipser about. Plus, a super-good doggo is sometimes there to greet customers.

They’re so amazing!! I’ve been going about 5 years now and I don’t like going anywhere else. They’ve always treated us like family, every last one of them. And their e-liquid is unparalleled to any I have had. Can’t say enough about how professional and yet kind the staff is, how clean the store is, and how good the value for money is. LOVE them, would recommend to everyone.

Unhappy with my old vape stores customer service, I tried somewhere new. Maria and Shawn at EVapor were incredibly helpful. They listened to my needs, and took care of me. I am so happy with their customer service and selection of unique juice flavors. This is my new store now.

Went in looking for a replacement tank and they did not have it but the female that was working there was very helpful. If I would have got her name I would have included it here. I was there 06/02/21 between noon and 2 pm.Update... thanks to the owner... it was Nicole that helped me at the Oneida Store. I will give this store a shot on their ejuice when I get ready to buy more before I buy online again.

The customer service here is excellent in my opinion. Ive gone here since I started vaping. I started with a little pen mod that got lost in my house and by the time I found it, the battery was dead. When attempting to charge it, it would not accept a charge. I was infirm that this was a known issue with that model and I was just given a new vision spinner II as a replacement at no charge. Today, my old coil finally gave out. They dont carry my specific coil anymore, and we werent sure if the ones we were looking at would got and work or not. She gave me one from an open box and allowed me to keep that new coil at no charge, even after we determined it worked. I bought another box full of 5 coils in addition. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to go for all things vape. Met with the owner Shaun and he was super friendly and got me what I needed. He even showed me his lab in the back where they make all their own e-juice. Very clean and high tech facility.

Always a great selection. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and give advice on new or different products. Nice variety of Vape products for all levels of user.

If I could rate zero I would. Worst staff I’ve ever met at a vape shop and it was my first time there. (It was a brunette somewhat skinny lady) I came in to ask a question about a replacement part and it’s not like I was going to buy anything (attempting to buy any vaping/Tabacco product only require ID when you look under the age of 30. Like I said I wasn’t trying to buy anything but ask a question) and I was required to be ID before I could ask anything and asked to leave with no service. I’ve never see anything like that before. I couldn’t even be help at all. I’m 26 and on that day I didn’t carry my ID since my wife is the driver. I’ll never come back to the shop. I would recommend e-cig, and Marley because they have more friendlier staff and would help if I was just asking a question. Only time I would be ID is if I was buying anything.

Came here for the first time and saw the sign on the door that anyone under 18 had to be accompanied by an adult (all over 18 and it was obvious). We walked inside to ask a question and they asked for ID, I had mine but my husband and friend did not. So immediately we were denied service because the sales person said, “Well then I can’t help either one of you even if you have yours.” If I could give this no star at all, I would. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The guys here are cool and helpful. it feels like though whenever i come in they didnt have the things in stock that I was looking for.. 4 Stars for the customer service. (:
