My pup injured his arm and the vet wanted to prescribe Rimadyl. Im not comfortable giving that drug to him so I opted to try CBD oil. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful and the product seems to be working really well! I am very pleased with the results! Thank you for all your help!

This is my favorite dispensary in the Fox Valley area. The prices are on point, they have an excellent selection of Delta 8, Delta 10, THC A, and other products. The staff is always very friendly and their recommendations are helpful. Would highly recommend.

I had gotten off work and i accidentally bumped into the counter and felt absolutely terrible. However one of the associates, Alexis, let me know it was alright and was so kind! I also let her know a specific product was out of stock and she offered to get it in as soon as possible! Impeccable customer service!! 10/10

I’ll admit, I’m pretty new to all this stuff, and this was the first dispensary I visited by myself. My first visit was a great experience - there was a girl working who was very friendly and informative, she answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgement and recommended me a product based on my needs. I signed up for the rewards and felt confident that I’d be back. I didn’t see that same employee again after that, but everyone else I talked to in my following visits were pretty dismissive and seemed more occupied with talking amongst themselves than with our transaction, but I didn’t have any particularly bad experiences until tonight. When I came in around 8 pm-ish, there were two employees behind the counter. One was helping two guys at the register, the other was talking to seemingly a distributor or other store associate on the phone. Neither acknowledged me as I walked up to the counter and started looking, save for the one on the phone briefly asking “what do you have questions on.” They seemed kind of annoyed at me being there, and when I asked my question they just very quickly answered and went back to their phone call without assisting me further, only breaking from the call when the girl at the register asked questions (it seemed like she was having some issues with it that she didn’t know how to fix ). At this point, I’d been standing there without being helped for a good 5 minutes, and by then two other customers had walked in. The person on the phone finished their phone call and took over the register to help the two guys, while the girl who was on the register initially came over to where I was standing. She COMPLETELY ignored me, and helped the first guy who came in after me. She quickly gave him the item he asked for, then continued to ignore me and began helping the other guy behind me, who also came in after me. At that point, I was fed up and frustrated, so I just left. I went to THE Dispensary on College Ave, and the service was not only ten times better, but I realized their prices were drastically lower. After doing some digging, it seems like this place is charging sometimes as much as 3x the market standard price that other local dispensaries offer, and with much lower quality (not to mention more questionable) products. I’d recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Buyer beware.

Ive been going here for almost 2 or 3 years, I think. Im not going to lie; I miss the old staff. The new staff is fantastic, but 100% vibes are gone. I used to feel like going to a dispo. Now it just feels like Im picking up Bud from a dealer that cant stand me. Oh well, the points dont work, so you got lucky with unlimited high-point discounts or unlucky and never got points added to get discounts. Theyll fix it eventually, but jeez, I think it was what 6 or 7 people just quit all at the same time. Its rather sketchy, but you know, before it was legal, you just have to tolerate your dealer, so it is what it is. I give it three stars, and I recommend stopping in. The product is fantastic at this location, and the area has excellent gadgets and a vast amount of options to choose from.

Idk who recently decided to remove all the cool good staff and replace it with the old and lazy farts that are running the shop now, but that was a bad decision. This used to be my favorite smoke shop but I actually think that the experiences with the new staff have driven me away. Furthermore vibes are gone. Used to be a mega vibe to walk in and see what they were watching and/or listening to and have a little chat about that. Furthermore the last 7 times I have had them type in my account they said I have 190 points which means I only get $5 off instead of better rewards. They have said it’s an issue with the system but I think it’s not cause why do they keep asking??? Also the new young staff has been excellent! High energy, fun to talk to, and just faster than everyone else. But it’s unfortunately not enough to bring me back for a while

The owner did not give opening employee a key. Wasted employees time by them having to sit in the lot while a plow was working, whilst owner still hadnt shown up to open the store an hour later. This was a 5* review, but I was a manager for a few establishments, and...This is unacceptable. I would quit a place if something as simple as a key cannot be provided to store opener. I didnt even get what I drove there for in the 1st place, as I just drove around for an hour, waiting for another store to open. Apologies to the employee having to deal with this nonsense.

CCAP the owners Tracy Sheldon and Chad Zeske, it will make a lot more sense why all the original employees that the customers loved left and why this place has so many 1 star reviews.

Great staff. Prices are the best Ive found in the area. Large variety of products. Would highly HIGHLY recommend. This is my new go-too shop in Appleton.

Higher priced than almost anywhere else around, and out of the 4-5 times Ive spent $50+ on disposables, 3 have leaked out entirely, 1 plugged bad enough to be unusable. The Dispensary on collage or Infused Organics in menasha seem far superior. No issues with either of those yet

They listed some mushroom gummies as $24.99 and then said they were $45 at checkout so I said something about it and they insisted so I said fine to the price since I wanted them. Checked another store and theyre $24.99 there so definitely a huge upcharge

Honestly, went there within the last 20 minutes of it closing and the girl Kaelinn was absolutely the sweetest most informative person to meet when walking in there for the first time…. We left surprised informed and extremely satisfied with the product we came to purchase as well as the bonus product. We ended up getting due to weekly promotions Overall really pleasant experience highly recommend due to the customer service!!!

This store is absolutely amazing! Staff is really helpful with everything, plus they are extremely welcoming and the vibe in there is amazing. My new go to spot!

Update 03/24-What happened? Workers are rude, un- educated, and have a sense of unwelcoming vibe. Joints have black ash? Point system is messed up, somehow always have 5 off. Kinda fishy. Avoid this place, it used to be amazing. Its gone completely downhill.

Updated 5/24. TLTR: Fishy points system that’s repeatedly “down”, missing points never replaced (even with receipts), all the cool employees are gone.Revising my original review since none of the original employees are here anymore (it’s someone new every few weeks at this point). I’ve been going to this place a couple times per week for the past 3 years, reached VIP on their points system very quickly and have continued to go here to utilize these points...only half of the time, I can’t. Their points/rewards are “down” waayyy too often..for days on end each time. Then when you finally get to talk to someone about it two months later, they’re snippy about it..knowing full well that it happens all the time, no big deal. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but when you visit 4-5 times in a row and are repeatedly told that the points are still down…not cool. There are 3 dispensaries within 5 miles of me, but I go out of my way to come here to utilize the rewards, and previously everyone (just about) working here? Super cool, made it fun to visit…same can’t be said these days. In any case, what’s the point of having a rewards system that’s repeatedly down for days or even weeks at a time? Missing points are not replaced when the rewards are “back up”. Was told it was due to the previous manager..but absolutely nothing has changed. Have never experienced such a thing with any other rewards system..anywhere, ever.In short - don’t count on racking up your points or using them every time you come here. Keep your receipts/track of your points..not that it’ll make a difference.

They make sure to take care of you and they also feature deals every day of the week! They also got a lot of options with great prices that keep me coming back! P.S. They are open from 8am-12am!

One of the best DELTA-8 dispensaries in town. Great prices and amazing variety. The staff is super friendly! No matter how busy they are, they treat each guest like they are the only one in the shop.

I visited the store early after opening, I said good morning, the person working couldn’t care less. I asked for disposable indica vapes. The employee pointed to the whole wall behind the case and said “you tell me.” He chose 2 cartridges for me and I paid. They were not disposable vapes, they were 510 cartridges for a battery. I’ll happily use them, because I have the battery, but that is not what I asked for. I have visited other stores in the area, and I will continue to visit them. This was a terrible experience, and I will spend my money elsewhere.

The absolute most friendly and helpful shop in Appleton! The product is good too, but they score 6 out of 5 stars for customer service. Will return as much as possible just because of the service.

Listen to the other critical reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Got a vape last year, was overpriced. It didn’t work. They refused to even assist let alone replace their faulty merchandise and were not even remotely apologetic about it. At that time, I had no clue the policy was to test it at the store because they neglected to inform me of it. Sneaky.Decided maybe they had a rough patch, visited a few days ago to get a D8 cart. Now tell me why they were not only rude and unfriendly, but they are selling these carts nearly $20 MORE than every other place in the area as well as online?! Makes no sense. Overpriced garbage shop.Learn to respect your customers as they are the only reason you are in business. ;-)

0 stars. Purchased cartridge, got home and found it didnt work, tried returning the next day and was denied saying the store doesnt allow returns if its overnight or leaves the store.

A friend of mine recommended to go to the Dispo a little over a year ago, when I first walked in they were amazing and helpful. I’ve been going there ever since and honestly their store has just grown and keeps growing. They have such a large selection of products and newer products coming in a lot. The staff there is honestly amazing, prices are amazing, and they have a points system that you can get money off when you buy. I’d recommend for everyone to go here, very chill and nice environment.🍃😊

When in to purchase CBD gummies and the girl behind the counter seemed to be inconvenienced by my questions about what was best for what I was looking for. Meanwhile somebody is in the back room coughing so hard because hes obviously smoking some of their product.Personally I thought it was hilarious!! But I found the same Gummies at another place for almost $20 cheaper. Another heads up for everybody reading these reviews.... I find it interesting that the owner only wants to address all the positive reviews and does not care about customers whove had a bad experience.

I have found some great deals on glass and other smoking devices here as well as plenty of options for disposables and cartridges! The owner is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the different kinds and whats used for what. All of the staff have a friendly, welcoming vibe!! Wanted to add that they had FREE hot dogs,cookies,chips and lemonade for all on 4/20 also lol!!

I had an awesome time and everyone was so helpful. Evan and Nash were really knowledgeable about the products and how they could help with arthritis, fibromyalgia and anxiety. As well as the equipment needed for the products they sell. Im definitely hooked. Thank you Evan and Nash.

Upside is they have a decent points program where you earn points for every $ spent. the downside would be that everything is pretty pricey when it comes to cartridges and disposables. No offense but marleys still has the best selection for cartridges in the valley. 37.99 for a cart is a little excessive

Well lets start off saying that I have been coming to this shop for a long time now. At least once or twice a week spending 37 dollars a pop. I bought a little high blue milk cartridge and when I opened my item... the top was un screwed and it was missing half of the liquid inside. I drove back to the store a 15 minute drive for the owner to say the could just clean it for me since it leaked every where inside the box. I shall no longer be a patron of this company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a store or vape shop. Not understanding at all. So if u want advice please choose a store that appreciates the people who give the business every week

I dont like writing reviews but I needed to give big PSA about this place. You are being robbed. They are charging 3x more for the same product you can get at other shops. The place I go to normally (Infused Organics in Menasha) normal is closed on Sunday, today I tried this place and was floored that a THCO cart was almost $50, when my normal shop sells it for $21!?!? Are you people nuts charging this much for a cart? Honestly go some place else. 0/10 you are being robbed. Side note. The retailers website is selling the Carts I like online for $17. Your store is a joke.

Customer service was very poor, asked a few questions about some of their delta 8 products and was met with and aggressive attitude and short generic responses. Not to mention their prices are significantly higher than other stores in the area.

The workers were not very educated on their products, and I was not pleased. I did not get any benefits whatsoever and I did not like the overall atmosphere of this place. I would recommend The THC Dispensary located in Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay, Fond Du Lac, Wi., etc.

Poor product and poor prices. Multiple products seem to either be mislabeled or flat out do not work. Employees seemed completely unknowledgeable about the product they were selling and are misleading with what you will receive, I’ve seen multiple products cheaper elsewhere it just doesn’t seem worth the money.
